This University is one is San Antonios hidden gems, hidden from the everyday traffic jams. Built on a 2 road access and exit a mile long each way. Built to educate those that desire, science, administration, teaching, horticulture, etc. Campus dorms, library, science ( bio/ chem), cyber tech, and much more. Always growing to meet the demands and give back to the community. Various 5k runs, holiday free events to the community. Dedicated staff and faculty taking pride to give theyre best time after time. Im blessed to be part of this University. Go Jags.!!!

The student union empty ... But clean food is awsome ...bit hard on the pizza over cook on the crust ...

My bonus daughter will graduate from here in May. We were on campus for her ring ceremony and everyone we encountered was gracious and took very good care of us. It is a beautiful campus in the heart of San Antonio!

Professors are caring and have more opportunity to interact with students given the reasonable class sizes. Most affordable 4 year university I found nearby. But the student body is rapidly expanding and so is the campus, so prices are going up. Watch for wild hogs that come out around dusk.

Awesome college

TAMUSA is San Antonios newest four year university, with a very ambitious growth plan. Its hidden away on a huge swath of land on the south side of town, identifiable from 410 only by its clock tower. Once you do find it, however, you find beautiful architecture that feels right at home among the historical missions of the south side, the latest in educational technology, and--surprising considering the schools age--deeply rooted traditions. As an added bonus, TAMUSA is currently San Antonios lowest cost four year university by a long shot. This school is definitely going places.

Amazing campus. SO MUCH history from the grounds it sits on to the land grants it was awarded, to the history of Senator Madla, and the art work throughout the campus is reflective of those who attend and the families and residents in the area. The school is growing so fast and only continues to improve their programs. If in doubt, set up a tour and go visit. There are SO MANY organizations and activities to be a part of. As a Jaguar, youre never alone!
