Tom Chapman, the mgr, was extremely polite and professional. They showed up on time, and did very good work. Very knowledgeable, and was able to trouble shoot all my issues with my home automation. They also gave me a warranty with their work.

I attempted to call ADS to seek a quote for some commercial A/V work. I was hung up on twice before being put on hold. Once I actually got someone on the line, they abruptly told me, “We won’t be interested in doing that project...”and hung up on me again.Another local business with poor customer service. To be considered by any customer for business is a privilege, not a right. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business here. Lucky for them, I had to give 1 star.

Was great under the previous owners management before 2017. Now I cant get the company to call me back to resolve an issue after their installation.
