Serratos installed my fence. They did not use oil based paints per the contract, when it rains, paint runs onto the cedars boards. They also did not use galvanized screws, now screws are weeping onto cedar. I DO NOT recommend this company unless you want poor results. I have contacted the owner multiple times and he says he will fix it. It’s been six months and he still has not showed to fix the issues.

Christopher came out within 24 hours of me calling him to give me a quote on a wrought iron fence. He communicated well. His quote was reasonable and he gave it to me immediately after meeting me. He wouldve had people to come to my property in a weak and had the fencing done in 1-2 days which is fast. Christopher, I wanted to thank you for your time but we arent going forward with the wrought iron fencing right now. However, I wanted to write your company a positive review because I felt like your quote was reasonable and you were very professional, communicated well and seemed highly organized. We may do the wrought iron fence in the future and I will refer your company because I felt like you were going to do a good job if you oversaw everything.

I hired this company to fix my fence and i was told they were going to do certain things and I was lied to!! I called them back and never got it fixed right!! I dont recommend this company they are dishonest ! Pluse they took my other fence panels without permission!!

Reasonable rates, quality workmanship, did the work timely. We had couple doors, balcony railing done. Although there were weather delays they came right back out to finish. Efficient, friendly we wanted a gate door to swing open, they came right out to to make the changes which required more welding and painting touch ups. He also installed heavy duty shed locking cross bar last minute, took only minutes to do. This crew measures for the job several times be exact.

Everything went perfectly. He matched a existing fence, crafted a gate and was prompt and cost effective.

Doesnt follow-up or respond to calls. He gave me a bid for my project (which was 2x the bids of others), and I accepted. However, I made multiple appointments to start the work and he never showed. He also stopped responding to calls. Perhaps there was other work going on? At least let me know, so I dont take off work! Dont even bother calling... they are super flakey...

One-Star Rating is Too High!This guy was recommended from a sub-contractor of ours. Francisco and his son Frank repeatedly said they would come out and they would miss our schedule. Finally, it cost our client because his pool failed inspection due to a fence panel not being welded back in place. They can only handle large jobs, which is fine, but dont have enough guts to tell you that. He said he would charge $100 to come out for my little job, I said that was fine, and then we scheduled. Then he wants to keep putting it off, saying maybe he can come tomorrow afternoon.Dont hire them. Very unprofessional!

Gave Serratos a call explained that I had a small job and asked if I could bring it down. Got there and Fransisco took care of it right away at a very fair price.

Rip off. Worst mistake i ever made hiring this guy. He collected half off the balance due, worked one day, and never came back. Stoped responding to calls. After threatening a law suit he gave half of my deposit back. I lost over 1200 bucks..and have nothing to show for it.
