Floor Pros was extremely responsive, we had a representative on-site to check our floors within a day of request. They knew exactly what we wanted / needed and were very responsive. Once they arrived, they were FAST. Within 3 days we had professional flooring that made our house look 100 times better. Dillon, the owner worked around my busy schedule and would follow up with me frequently to see if i was happy.Bottom line, we are more than happy with the whole experience.If you want quality flooring and service, call Floor Pros...just do it. Youll be happy you did.

Wow they are amazing! saved me and my boyfriend almost $800. we shopped stores around town before someone referred floor pros to us! they do nice work, we are in love with our tile.

I want to say first and foremost that I am very happy with the work that Floor Pros has done by removing my carpet that was decades old and replacing it with Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) Flooring. Throughout the process, Dillon (the owner), was responsive, attentive, and patient. I had never hired someone to replace my floor before and he took the time to explain a variety of service and material options. The 2-man team that came to my residence was professional and personable and completed the job within the expected timeframe.There were some minor things that I didn’t particularly care for. First, when I met the business owner, Dillon, at the local flooring shop, he did not wear a mask and shook my hand, which I was somewhat taken back because the store had a sign on the door that indicated masks were required and that handshaking can increase risk for COVID-19 transmission. The salesperson in the store and I wore a mask and Dillon didn’t. When he and his assistant came to my residence for the install, they never wore a mask. To be fair, I’ve never had a service provider come to my residence and wear a mask, which is troubling considering they are constantly in and out of people’s homes and can be at an elevated risk for transmitting COVID-19 to other people. During a conversation we had related to the coronavirus, he made a comment that “more people die from the flu each year.” I found that perplexing considering that there is consensus among health care professionals that COVID-19 related deaths are significantly higher than the flu and is currently one of the leading causes of death in this country. My overall impression is that he doesn’t take COVID-19 seriously and doesn’t take the necessary precautions to protect his customers.Second, I was charged an additional 3% (roughly $40) from the agreed upon price. Dillon informed me that he didn’t have a card reader for his phone app and because of that fact, he indicated that he would be charged 3% for an additional processing fee and was passing that cost over to me. He indicated that he could remedy this issue in the future by purchasing a card reader at Best Buy. So, in essence, he increased my cost because he didn’t have a card reader attachment for his phone.Third, when the jobs were complete, the business owner provided me with invoices that had his company name handwritten at the top. I found this odd considering he’s been in business for more than six months. It seems he hadn’t made the time to get invoices professionally printed with his business name at the top or develop a system to generate electronic invoices. The invoice gave me the impression of an amateur. On the other hand, the business card he provided me was professionally done. I recommend he take the necessary steps to develop professional looking invoices.Overall, I am a satisfied customer. I recommend his business. However, because of the issues above, I rate my experience with this business 4-stars out of 5.

Dillon is a piece of work, do not trust him, he’ll curse you out all over an email, be wary.

They came out and gave an estimate, helped me find the floor I wanted and got my kitchen and living room done for me all in the same week! It looks great and I could not have asked for a better experience.
