Visited this store to do my monthly shopping. The store was sparkly clean and well organized. The few employees that I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. I feel like the prices are reasonable. When entering the store, be ready to show your Sams club card to enter. There are several self checkouts and several checkouts with cashiers. I never have to wait in a checkout line because there are plenty open. I enjoyed shopping here and will be back. Definitely recommend. 5 Stars!

I enjoy app and have found the scanning go to be a useful tool on that app. I love my San Angelo Sams club! It is one of the easiest places to get in and get out of. I can get what I need at Sams and in quantities that help my household at prices that fit my budget. Thanks to all the wonderful stuff members that help while Im there each and every time.

Club had good items for good prices. Some staff was more willing to help then other a but using the app helped. The scan and go feature is pretty cool and time saving

I love Sams and it’s products. I also love the gas prices. But I had to take off 2 stars because apparently no one in San Angelo can follow a simple arrow when getting gas. It’s always busy, which I understand but everyone is pulling in from all directions when it’s clearly marked one way. So I’m waiting while farmer Bob just pulls his Ford around the wrong direction. Annoying and I wish the attendants would say something.

It was most excellent, got my eye glasses fixed and stocked up on groceries while waiting.

Good management store. Keep the fresh veggies, flowers. I find almost every items. And quick pickup pizza and snacks with low price.

Sams club employees went out of their way to help our 6yr old get the only bike they had left hanging from the ceiling. Meghan was so helpful and we are so grateful! Thank you sam’s club San Angelo Texas!

Overall a well maintained store. The store is always clean and the staff are always friendly and willing to help out. Products are always full and the store layout is great. Even with lots of people in the store its always easy to get yourself around. When checking out you can either self check or have someone do the checking for you. The receipt checker at the exit is always quick and courteous. This is a great store.

Lots of options for fresh food and other food. Attentive customer service is a plus. Would recommend!

Ive been a Sams member when I had to drive to Abilene. I still go to Sams. I actually knew one of the nicest men on earth. Mr. Sam Walton, the founder. My little sister ran the Best Western in Palestine, Texas. They were building a huge warehouse there. Mr. Sam was always at their table for meals. Glenda was a fabulous cook. So I visited them for a week and Mr. Sam came in. He gave me his personal numbers and told me to call him if I had a problem in any of his stores. I ran into him in Palestine every time I went to see Glenda. Youd never know he was a billionaire. Just a nice guy who talked about his plans to help the not so rich and his much loved family. They get a thumbs up when I see them act like their founder expected!

Ran into 2 plumbers from ASU buying water, These guys are the best ambassadors for Angelo State University, they helped us load our water and everything 😀

Have a really sore back so I had to use the electric chair. Staff and customers were so very helpful! Staff took water in cart out to truck and placed all items in vehicle. Then asked if I needed assistance back to vehicle when I put chair close to front of Sams. He wouldve walk me back to truck if I had said yes! This is why I love my Sams!

In my opinion its closing too early! Here at 8:15pm and theyre closed already. Otherwise a good store.

Disappointed they did not have the product I wanted as every other Sams stores carry. Nice and clean no wait time at checkout.

Sams Club is the premiere club of San Angelo. Anything you could want in bulk, and competitive pricing keep people returning day in and day out. Its always clean, and easy to find a buggy. I would have given five stars except I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time because I was paying with cash.

Sams always has been a great place to shop. Its a step above the other affiliated store chain.

Clean they were wiping the door handles in freezer section had great prices on face mask and shields

Stop trying to push members to upgrade, if I wanted to, I would. When I tell one associate no, that doesn’t mean to send another one who continues to harass me after telling them again no. I use self checkout to avoid interaction with people..

Very nice facility. Just set up different from the Sams in Austin and the lack certain goods the others carry. But for a small town good job

Great buys.. super service.. and can you say deli. Sams specializes in bulk and wearhouse items. They also have eye glasses, a tire shop, electronics, pharmacy, bakery, meat shop, name brand clothes, books, outdoors, toys, and furniture. There is something for everyones interest and the customer service is number one. Prices are excellent and there are often bargain deals.

They have no power but if you have the scan and go app on your phone they are allowing you to shop. The employees are doing a great job and are very helpful and pleasant.

During hard times there were there for us. Since power was out due to winter storm customers could still purchase thru the app which help so much.

Sitting in line to get gas, following arrows, when 3 people went around the wrong way to cut in front to get gas. Whats the use of the arrows for a better flow of traffic if no one pays attention to it?

Very busy I just went to pick up prescriptions and I like to have never found a parking space I drove round and round until one came open and then the wind was so strong it like to have blown me over all in all it was a great time

This is a pretty clean nice Sam’s club but I always feel like I have a hard time finding things. Their curbside pick up is good, but sometimes I have to wait a long time for them to come out, even if I have one or two items.

I work on Base they allowed me to buy 24 5lb bags of Mozzarella cheese in order to provide pizza for the students at the DFAC

After I picked out a few items and headed towards the registers to check out, I was stopped and abruptly informed you can stand over there by the girl unloading my cart. Then she informed me to keep my distance followed by you can hand your card to the cashier if youre going to pay with that card. I just stood there wondering how on earth Ive managed for 54 yrs without this person informing me what I can and cant do. 🤔 I understand about social distancing and I completely agree with it [I wear a mask every public place I go], but to have such a condescending attitude, not just because Im older, but because Im your customer. It wouldve been really nice to have been shown some kindness and appreciation. The cherry on top, was after the transaction was completed, not so much as a thank you. /If the manager is interested, my receipt timestamp is 9:21 on 05/30/20. I checked out at the first register nearest the entrance.

I live shopping at Sams club. I got s months worth of good for under $150.

My husband got us our memberships. Never found out what happened but there was something wrong with my card and Inwas purchasing something separate from our groceries. The resolution never got resolved and air needs up leaving my item at the register. The whole situation from the issue to the card, employee attitude to my not being able to make my purchase through no fault of my own left me feeling like a untrustworthy lowlife. I will not step in there again.Yesterday, after work my husband went in there and showed his card but they made him show after he had gone through the register. He was dirty and did not look his best but he said they acted like he had stolen a card from someone, the whole time looking him up and down I will never do business with them

Love Sams. It has great prices and a lot of variety. The pharmacy never disappoints as far as my experience with it goes.

Most of the staff is good polite and kind and its usually a pleasure to make my deliveries here, but the inexperienced or frustrated lady working today (Maribel or something close) was rude and bad tempered and did not know actual Walmart/Sams policy on refrigerated freight

Clean and roomy

We are new to Sams club, it was only our second time going but we already purchased a membership card. The obvious draw is being able to buy things we use all the time in bulk and for a good price! Store is well organized and easy to navigate. Only disappointment was in the kids department. There wasnt a lot of things for kids specifically. Some clothes, a couple toys and books but that was all. Would like to see a bigger variety in the kids section in the future.

I went early, it wasnt crowded and got the merchandise I went there for.

Sams Club Online shopping for groceries was prompt and easy. Great Customer Service!

I have never used Sams Club but this location has a great staff and organized floor that was really helpful. I am now a plus member and receiving rewards, which is great for my family. You can also do Scan and Go so you dont need to wait in line.

My only complaint which could be construed as petty is the fact that they keep moving stuff around to make you walk the whole store to find what your looking for. I know, petty. I always appreciated knowing exactly where the stuff was that I was after. Other than that, great.

Awful place to work. Management was awful and there was major favoritism.Sams seemed like a great place to work at first. I worked in the bakery and one of my managers hated me for no reason and was basically always trying to get me fired. the managers are the worst. they treat their employees awful and one of the managers sleeps with some of the employees. I know employees who would steal from there all the time and no one ever said anything. I was often singled out for something that everyone was doing. this place was a nightmare and I would never recommend working for this sams club to the Walmart corporation in general. the Walmart corporation doesnt care about its employees at all.

Have had a Business Membership for years now. They arent carrying some if the supplies now that they used to. I have been buying some of the grocery products that have good prices. Bought some popcorn that they said was on sale and it rang up at a different price and when I told the cashier she said that I had a Business Membership and wouldnt get the sale price. I think that they are ripping off the ones that buy a Business Membership. Not sure that I will buy another Membership.

Card holders beware read the fine print. My daughter has a business account. Added me to her account so I could save money on my purchases. I bought $135 worth of groceries. I was to get $9 credit. No savings for me. My daughter is the only one that can get the savings. things like this are why Sams Clubs are closing up around the states 63 Sams Club stores across 24 states. good luck Sams Club youre going to need it. HEB here I come.I am adding to my first review this is my second review of Sams Club. The card that I have that Sams Club wont honor when it comes to my discounts. I am not supposed to be able to buy gas with this Sams Club card. Sams Club will let me purchase gas with this card when its not supposed to. Sams Club has no problem taking your money but when it comes to giving you your groceries discounts, they wont have anything to do with you. Sams Club needs to get rid of these b******* Sams Club cards. This will be their downfall if they dont. If youre just buying groceries go to HEB.

It was ok...but they woldnt let me in the exit door....i was just going to the automotive dept and wound up having to go all the way into the store to the housewares aisle to turn around to go back to the automotive dept....very bad floor plan

Cannot Believe such a corporate retailer closed at 6pm on Sundays. Must be the only one in America that locks you out at 6pm on the Sabbath !!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽Does the Sunday Differential Pay hurt the Corporate headquarters that bad that some executive made this decision ????If thats the case folks them how about opening your store Sundays at 12 Noon so your employees can be at their church service them lockup at 8pm so the rest of the populas can shop then 2 hours later in the evenings. Or is the Sunday 6pm lockup just for the winter season then in Summer the stores stay open till 9pm ?Someone Please Educate us here in San Angelo, Texas !!!!!! 🤔😏🤔🙄🤔😑🤔😐

Great prices on bulk items

Cheapest gas prices in town. Also great place for hot dog drink combo and now sliced pizza drink combo is under $3. Parking is convenient.

Sams Club may be owned by the Evil Empire, but this branch is more like the Emperors kind-hearted princess daughter. First off, the employees have been friendly and helpful every time I manage to track one down. Second, although its a little creepy they keep records of what I buy, that policy came in handy when they emailed me a recall notice of a product. I brought in the ones I had purchased and got a full refund, no problems. Nice job, guys.The only downside is the pricing is hit-or-miss. In order for the savings to cover the normal price of a membership, one would have to buy thousands of dollars of merchandise/groceries within that year. Bargain hunting between this and other stores is still necessary if you want to get the best deal; some things are the same price as elsewhere, a few items are even more expensive, but many are lower-priced.Overall, I give this branch an average score for value (good if you shop in bulk, questionable otherwise), and a great score for service. Keep up the good work, people!
