Seat broken. Drove almost 8hrs and my back is killing me.

Great experience renting from here. I had to move the date with absolutely no problems. The service was excellent, and the truck (26ft) handled the road better than the 2 other companies I previously used.

I decided to use Budget truck rental services, because they are about half the price of Uhaul. I was a little hesitant considering the amount of negative reviews concerning customer service and missing deposits. However, since it was HALF the cost I was willing to try. I was shocked to have great customer service, a great price, and a fully operating truck. No break downs. No troubles. I would recommend to anyone who is considering moving.

Theyre liars, dont use them. The Budget website claimed that my vehicle would fit on the car dolly for my cross country move. I attempted to make it work at my home and the dolly nearly ripped my front bumper off. I called Tuff Shine and they advised me to bring it back to their lot and they could make the vehicle fit by using a 2x4. The associate ripped my front bumper while attempting to make it work. After my move, I filed a claim for the bumper damage with Budget and Tuff Shine told corporate that they didnt damage my vehicle. Spend the extra bucks and rent from U-Haul down the road.

Very unclear on the charges to be incurred. Email receipt stated one thing. Dealer when we picked up at truck said something totally different. Highly displeased.

They had the equipment I needed and it was in good shape, but they were horrible about customer service. Disregard their posted hours of operation as they clearly do too. Go across the street to Uhaul as it is much smoother and efficient.
