Absolutely horrible customer service! My family and I viewed their venue at Paradise Falls on Friday and although it was a nice venue it was not what we were looking for. They also obviously have a chair/table rental business and because they were nice during our tour I thought I would utilize their services for my tables and chairs. I called and thanked them for their time and told them I had chosen a different venue but I would like to move forward with renting tables and chairs this is what the owner told me Well I am actually about to take a nap its 1:00pm ill call you back around 4:00pm I was shocked that is how she conducted a potential customer willing to hire them on the phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited for a phone call and did not hear back from her, four days later I called and have left a message and yet to get a call back. Be prepared if you do not book your wedding or event at THEIR venue they will treat you awful. They must be extremely successful because they obviously did not want my business or money. Her name is Nan. Very disappointed!!!! Stay away!
