2 years ago, Ryan Newlin help us buy our new home. It was a great experience. He always answered our calls no matter the hour.. he was patient and shows us many homes all over town. We have recommended him and will continue to do so. Plan to use him when we are ready to sell also.

I sold a home to a couple who went through ERA and the experience I had was the worst by far. We had to replace the roof to sell the home because of damage we were unaware of and the buyers and agent threatened to back out if the INSURANCE company didn’t give us an answere on if they would cover the damage, within a couple of days (something we had little control of). Not only that but we were under appraisal value and already bringing quite a bit of money to the table to sell the home quickly. We also payed closing but it seemed as if the agent was trying to nitpick us dry trying to get every bleeding dollar they could out of us. It was a nightmare trying to keep the agent and buyers content. I believe they were trying to take advantage of the fact we needed to sell quickly. I will never use ERA and will advise anyone not to as well. No Grace and no class.
