I placed my order in person on 11/12/19 and was told it would take 5 weeks to be delivered. They advised they’d be cashing check I wrote on 11/15/19. My check did not post until 12/6/19, when i called to ensure they had at least started working on my order even though they hadn’t cleared my check. When i called, the woman who answered was incredibly rude, and proceeded to advise me they “closed thanksgiving week, just like the schools” so that week didn’t count. You’re not a school, and that certainly wasn’t disclosed when i ordered. It is now 1/2/20, and not only do I not have my order, but you can’t get anyone on the phone to check in either. At this rate, it will be to warm to wear the $200 jacket I ordered by the time it arrives.

Ordered a new Letterman Jacket to replace the one I had Ordered in High School. Had instructions typed out, and they could not follow the simplest instructions...Letter originally earned to get Jacket was for Yearbook, which I wanted the word spelled out down the Leg of the H. Added insert to represent. Had first name put on back, usual place is across the shoulders, they put it in the middle. Had wanted wool body and wool sleeves, sleeves were a similar material to the old onesDO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...front doors are locked and you have to talk into an intercom to be let in. Was told that my jacket would take two weeks, and it took 3. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

Excellent staff and service. Professional jobs done in a hometown way.

These people are very rude especially if your lbtg I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone.
