The guys at the parts counter could have been a little less irritated at being bothered.

I had an issue with my Honda mower and they had a replacement part but it was expensive. The gentleman that was helping me took my part to the back to see if it could be repaired. He was back in a few minutes with the part in perfect working order! Ended up costing $12.50 + tax instead of $68 for a new one. They were so helpful and I feel they went above and beyond to help me and save me some money.

They were very helpful and had the part I needed for the Gravely zero turn riding mower. I had been everywhere searching and then thought to google it!

Never again. My 82 year old mother had her riding mower worked on. They picked up the lawn mower and charged 328. They did not level the mower deck. Now it mows uneven. 328 dollars and it mows uneven. No we wont be using them again.

Haven’t used them in years because of their horrible attitude toward people. Maybe I run in the wrong circles of people, but I have never met one person who had a good thing to say about them.I decided to give them another try after more than two years of avoiding them. They were the same old arrogant eye-rolling people as before.Why can’t it be different?

I have taken serval mowers to them, they do good work on them and do sell great products. However the gentlemen up front have NEVER got my name or number right. So I’m always having to call them to see about my equipment. Then they still don’t get my number right.

I got a chain saw from Lowes the other day a husqvarna and i used it. It took for ever to start and in short i returned it. They took it back no problem. I went to concho power equipment the next day and found the same saw specs for less and when i got it they filled it up with gas and oil for me. Made sure it started up and when i got home i felt like it worked way better then the 1st saw. I just want to say if there is something i need that concho power has i am going to them 1st from now on.

They where absolutely rude to my mother and me. An example of this is upon loading the lawn mower on my trailer, one of the final comments I was left with was as as follow and I quote, Your mother must have squealed pretty loud for them [Briggs & Stratton] to have paid for this. My family has been using this company for many years all the while receiving continuously worse service every time we breakdown to use them. This will be the very last time. I have informed Lowes and B&S of all problems we have had with them.

Took my Honda generator in. Excellent customer service, cost to repair was great, generator works like a charm. I’ve buy all my power equipment here and have never had a bad experience

They did a great job fixing my tiller, however, they are very disorganized and do not keep customers up to date with information. In other words, you have to call them to find out whats going on or they will just make decisions for you. Again, great mechanics, terrible customer service.

Took trimmer in to get checked was running but not well replaced bulb ran worse. They said 6 weeks ouch ok fine fix it 6 weeks later went to pick it up. Ponytail said hed check. Came back said too worn out they couldnt fix it They brought it out it looked like it been on shelf for 6 weeks to me. Well by then I needed a trimmer so I bought one there. Ponytail said since you bought that we wont charge you for other one. I said Im not paying for it to sit on shelf 6 weeks Ill pay for new one thats it. By this time you know who comes over starts in. Him and ponytail talk he starts to talk about charge on other trimmer before he said a price I loudly say NOPE! Ill pay for new one thats it I havent been back since I take my Honda and stihl trimmers and saws elsewhere been spending money there 25 years not anymore.

We took our Toro riding lawn mower in because the back tire was not spinning properly. Obviously they did not even drive it because 2 wks. later we pick it up and all they have done is change the filter and adjust the blade. It still will barely even drive because of the tire. We will be finding someone else to work on it and anything else we need repaired.

I couldnt put less than 1 star otherwise I would. The lady at the repair counter that bragged she ran the finance part of the operation and had worked there for 10 years would not even check with the repair personell in back to see if they could fix my equipment. She did not even know that this shop sold this equipment years ago. (I know this as I talked to the gentleman in the bike repair portion of the shop, and that is what he said)The lady continued to argue with me (the customer) about getting someone to see if they could help me and finally just ignored me. So I left. This is a place that would offer a drowning man a glass of water. I would recommend NOT going to the repair shop for ANYTHING, as there are plenty of places in San Angelo to get STIHL products, and Honda service/products and anything else that they may sell. (if you want to be disrespected, then by all means go there) No one deserves to be subjected to this type of disrespect from someone trying to win your business. Hope your new car is a lemon!
