Good but soap machine dont work and there is a dead mouse in the dryer.

Very clean and 4x Loader Washers, 3x Loader Washers and regular 1x Load washers. Vending machines for snacks and laundry items. Folding tables, clothes baskets to take clothes from washer to dryer. Money changer for customers only or use your bank card. Used to wash comforters and rugs. Will use again.

It was pretty rough. Super hot... 95% of the machines would not take my cards. I tried 3 different cards. I left to get cash so I could use quarters. Well that was just as bad because the machineS, multiple machines, would eat the quarters or just not take them. I ended up being able to use a couple washers and dryers and had to re-use them for more loads. And did I mention it was hot...😳🥵

Not a bad place to do laundry. It seems that San Angelo has no laundromats with the huge commercial washers..those are nice to have for bedding or several loads of clothes, but cactus does have the commercial dryers. The price is reasonable $2 wash and the have a small, medium, and large size dryers that vary between $1-$1.50. There are no attendants which helps keep the prices low so as a community lets do our best to throw your trash away, clean the laundry residue around the machines, and check/empty the lint compartment.

Quick to get in. Washers and dryers were clean. Everything dried first time around.

Change machine stole a 5 dollar bill. The laundry detergent vending machine stole 2.50. Not coming back until I am reimbursed.

Ft rv travelers and this place was the worst Ive visited. Machines not working properly- not washing, not drying, ate my quarters, no body on site to help or refund my money. Its messy in there, no ac so its hot. Had to drive across town to finish all my laundry.

Nice place. Is there away to extend the dry cycle or do have to start a new cycle. Some clothes dont get dry enough on one cycle, even on high.

Okay.....so the floor was dirty but really there was mainly just dryer sheets on the floor, and granted, I was there at 3am. The dryers are freaking awesome! The first dryer was done so i was folding clothes. The other dryer I was using had stopped as well. Then it started tumbling my clothes again and the digital readout said wrinkle guard. This went on three more times before I finally got tired of watching tumbling clothes being guarded from wrinkles. Awesome!!!

More often than not, its completely packed. Usually its pretty clean. I personally havent had any machines not work for me but have witnessed it. Overall not a bad laundromat. The new owner seems to actually care.

The dryers take forever to dry, overall the place is clean but they have no bathroom for customers to use and it is extremely hot with no a/c to mention.

I love this place, they open 24 hours so you can come when its convenient for you ! the machines takes coins or credit and debit cards! they have three different size washing machines they have three different size dryers Your clothes are always clean and the dryers what day will also! :-)

The last 3 times Ive been here, its been an issue. first I realize that every time I use a change machine they took a quarter. Um ok. So I use my card, takes a quarter then as well. which wouldnt be a big deal except that I tend to come to the laundromat with a specific amount of money. Next time I came I slid my car for a washer that never started. Another $2 down the drain. now Im here right now. Just a few minutes ago I slid my card to use the $2 washer and it took $5. Theres no manager on site and no number to reach the owner. I wont be coming here again.Update: the transaction sorted itself out.

Kinda hot with no A/C but theres always a ton of machines open and theyre pretty cheap. Also takes cards instead of just quarters, which is awesome.

Just lost 5 bucks in the charge machine. No phone number to call and complain!! Plus the quarters it cheats you from when you put 5s in it. I will get quarters else where!

This one has only top loaders for $2 a load. Dryers are in working order. It wasnt as clean as I would have liked. NO AC! Way to hot. So I will try the other places in town.

This place is dirty machine not working 45 minutes and it ran 16 minutes on timer. Had to pay again and shift laundry to another machine.

Needed to use the HUMONGOUS machines to wash furbabys bedding, etc. Also washed bed pillows... one machine accommodated 5 (thought that was pretty good even tho I had 6) Blessed with the help of a kind, wonderful man that was SO helpful and informative since I had not a clue because I dont frequent laundromats (yay). Not to mention he helped pass the time 🌹🌈🌻🏵I mean who actually LIKES going to the laundromat? 😑Thanks again Rich😎👌Cactus Laundromat put this man on the payroll, youll be better for it👍

Little high to me. 2-3 bucks to wash depends on the machine.

Only one of the four $5 washers are working. One took 10 quarters but stopped counting after the ninth. Another customer said a different machine took several of his quarters. Another customer came in and said yet another machine took her money also. The return button for change doesnt work on ANY of the big load washers!! I USED to come here once a month to do my laundry but I guarantee I WILL NOT RETURN and will inform people of this incident today.

This is a nice little laundry mat. We had washer troubles at home so while waiting to get the part to fix it we went down to the cactus. It is clean for a public laundry mat and the washer did good on clothes.

One of the machines didn’t give me soap, left a note for the owner, she called, met money. Gave me money and a box of detergent. . She’s always willing to help even when people are rude

The machines dont get your clothes very clean and several machines are out of order. Some of the out-of-order machines arent marked out of order so then you have to take your laundry and put in another machine and pay twice. This place is unclean. Terrible! Not very well maintained! Spent over $25 doing laundry and had to go somewhere else to rewash all the clothes! Dont waste your time or money!!!

The new washers might work great...If you use debit or credit cards. I used quarters; and lost $11 in those new machines. The manager was also quite rude & insulting to that fact; and, my disappointment, in losing MY money. She may have refunded my losses...But, she was hostile about it.Never going back to that place!

Lot of machines to choose from in different price ranges. I definitely liked the industrial washing machines and dryers helped to conquer the huge amount of laundry my college son had piled up 😳

Clean, 24 hours, card readers on every machine. Parking is a bit strange. But the way is it crowded does say something about its quality.

The 3 loaders are $6.00 regular washers are $2.00 and the dryers are $1.00. All work great open 24hrs.

Soap box vending machine takes your money doesn’t give laundry soap in return . Coin changer short changes you, put a five dollar bill in it, it gives you four dollar in quarters in return. I will never come back here again!

Filthy place. There was something gross in a washer I used (paint? Ink?) that left orange and brown stains all over my laundry. A new set of sheets ruined. I will NEVER come here again.
