Arena was our service girl! She was awesome! We had Our sons birthday party there, and the children had a wonderful time with our Birthday boy! We all enjoyed every minute there. Was so disappointed. We spent 147 for the all inclusive for 4 people...werent told that my son was 4 11 was told he was too small to zip line, to big for the jump pit, the obstacle course was to high for him. My daughter is 6 2 she was too big for everything... just wish they wouldve said something. All about the money. Teens that work there were not very friendly. The manager was very polite. Was extremely expensive for not what it was worth. Went to the trampoline park in Odessa and it was awesome and around the same price about 35 a person with socks...but so much to do. Music was good here and colors were awesome but actual experience just not up to par. The concession stand was $3 per drink which was about average but again..customer service was so rude. They walk around and just stare at you and dont look like they enjoy their job.

*my son LOVED his birthday party here, and family enjoyed themselves…* BUT—We got the $355 party package. Not even having 11 children/jumpers to begin with, a couple toddlers.. ordered ONE extra pizza, small drinks were supposed to be included-he brought us all large sized drinks and charged us for them! The pizza was the wrong one (pepperoni instead of cheese) and charged us for it, still.-we put a $200 deposit down. Thinking we’d only have to pay $155 for the rest of the “$355” party package, is the reason we ordered an extra pizza in the first place.WE WERE WRONG. I had to pay $270 after the party because of the large drinks, extra (wrong) pizza, and extra jumpers/spectators?!?! So $470 for a $355 package.I asked how much it would cost for extra spectator passes and was told they were all included in the package.The woman manager was originally trying to charge me over $520 until I asked her for a list of jumpers and she admitted to overcharging me, it wouldn’t exactly tell me why or what the costs were until AFTER I paid.We will never do a birthday party here again and are advising others, if they do plan a party here, be extremely careful of the overcharges and lack of communication in the pricing.

Absolutely amazing staff!!! They were very patient and kind to our big group earlier tonight. We are only in San Angelo for a few weeks because of a family emergency and our kids needed some fun in between all of the craziness so this really made their night. The staff were extremely attentive and so helpful when I was trying to get my older kids attention from the other side of the building. I really appreciate such a down to earth place here with calm, friendly staff! We will definitely be back!

What a great place to take the kids. Lots of different stations to play at. Fun for kids and adults. Climbing walls and towers. Zip lines. Snack bar. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Very polite. My kids love this place.

Wow! Such an awesome place! I took my littles here for the first time today and we had so much fun! I had no idea that there was so much more to do than just jumping. For some reason I had the impression that it was just a trampoline place. I was wrong! It has a zip line, a rock wall, an obstacle course, and so much more!! I wish I would have taken photos but we were having too much fun that I did not even think about taking a photo! Employees were super friendly and helpful. The entire place was sparkly clean. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend! Five stars!!

Kids really enjoyed. Unfortunate you have to pay for a spectator pass and socks (I was wearing sandals), not to mention its definitely not disabled person friendly. All I wanted to do was watch my daughter enjoy her birthday and was unable to do so because of the stairs and sock requirements.

One hour is plenty of time on a non busy day/night. Because there isnt alot to do. Great seating area for parents to chill while the kids play.

This place has terrible customer service. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left we felt on welcomed and skipped over. I sincerely hope that this place burns to the ground.

Our visit was an hour before closing and the staff was excellent. Facility was clean, free of trash ect. Will definitely visit again.

My son loves this place. Everytime we are in town we have to stop there. I just prefer to sit on the comfy couches and watch.

Kids love it- wish it cost closer to the price you find in bigger cities, but half price hrs on Wednesday and Thursday are nice!

First visit,kids had a great time. Be prepared to spend the money for a birthday party though.

Rude staff, I don’t recommend at all. Ridiculous rules that aren’t told to you when you pay and by the time you are told of them it create a huge inconvenience. Would not recommend taking your young toddlers here.

This place was amazing. If you have kids this is the place to take them. They will have so much fun. The staff is very friendly and great at their jobs.

I was goin there just to have fun and they came up to me saying I was harassing then but just giving them a hand shake and then when we went to go play a game on the wall the said 5 and under but 5 and over can play too but they can’t climed just jump and they got mad at me for telling them and also the said I can’t be saying thing around little kids but one of the staffs were saying things too but they just don’t care

We just had my daughter’s birthday party there, and we had an excellent experience!!! I needed a room changed the morning of, and they worked so diligently to make it happen. Our party host, Cinch, was phenomenal! He was so polite and on top of everything. He made it such a relaxing experience for us all and everyone loved him. All of the kiddos in attendance had a blast! I highly recommend having your party here, it was worth every penny!

It’s a cool place for all ages. Their hours/days open are the only downfall.

Fun olace for the kids...seating for parents is nice and they even have massage chairs. Balcony offers birds eye view of the kiddos. A little spendy for hourly play and super spendy for bday parties. Otherwise its a fun treat fro the kids now and again.

They are awesome in accommodating our group! Looking forward to coming back!

We had alot of took my grandkids here I was on vacation visiting them . They had so mu h fun.

The prices are reasonable and there is a lot for kids to do. The place was also very clean and the food was fair. However some members of the staff were downright rude. One woman would walk around and make corrections on only certain people about mask wearings. I was sitting in one of the chairs facing the play area without my mask on, with no one even remotely close to me, and she corrected me, but allowed two people directly to my right in another set if chairs, whom she had been talking with earlier to not wear their masks. I guess compliance only matters if youre not her friend. In addition many members of the staff were wearing their masks below their nose which makes it completely ineffective and useless. If youre going to have rules, enforce them on everyone.

This place is a joke! You cant even breathe in here without one of the rude staff members yelling at you for something. I will never come back. This place is extremely over priced and the food is not good. My son did not enjoy his birthday here and wanted to leave. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money here.

One reason they charge to much the employees are rude they made my friends little brother cry bc the were rude the stair case hurts your feet no backflips or one person to platform they were cheating in the employees were Dodge ball charge to much for consecians no arcade the harnest for climbing is really looses when I tripped he just laughed at me and walked away the employees were getting on the opsticles and just sitting their no letting anybody goOn the Zipline was slippery

This is not Dallas. This is San Angelo. The pricing does not fit the wages on this town. As far as the operating hours, they are only open for 4 hours a day half of the week.
