I’ve had a lot of trouble with IdentoGo. This location opens at 8:30 but it’s not posted anywhere. The guy there had be waiting over an hour for my appointment that was at 8:10 because I was at the wrong location. There are two Identogo locations in San Angelo. But there’s only one advertised. I would recommend going to the other location at 300 E. 3rd St., it’s hard to find but there is a sign in the window. Melissa the owner of the building was extremely helpful and very kind. Her location is open from 8-5 on M-Th and 8-12 on Friday.

The guy did not say hello or anything when I walked in. I didnt even know he was in the room until he told me to take out my ID. Had no personality! Just took payment and told me to have a good day 😒

Rude and unprofessional is the best way to describe the individual at the Identogo on Abe Street. Furthermore, I am guessing I will have to return and resubmit my fingerprints. The individual working there was unprofessional in every way. Rude beyond belief, and we will see what happens as to whether the fingerprints will do for a background check I am seeking for a volunteer opportunity.

I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I made an appointment a week ago, and there was no one there. No sign on the door saying when they would be back. I waited 20 minutes and then left. Come to find out, several other people had the same experience. Then when I was able to get an appointment today, they guy working was rude and downright creepy.

Went for fingerprints. One guy working the office, just yells NEXT and you go into his office. Takes ID and verifies you had an appointment then cleans your hands with alcohol (weird, why cant I do that??). Then, without gloves, mashes your fingers, one by one, on the scanner and rolls it around to get the full print. My concern was if its getting my prints, is it picking his up too since he does not wear gloves? Strange but I was in and out fast. Glad thats over!

I just left that horrible place. This guy yelled out of his little room, NEXT waits for you to walk in rubs your hands with alcohol you dont apply the alcohol yourself (creepy) then proceeds to caress your hands while getting your finger prints. An absolutely unnecessary amount of touching. It is very uncomfortable and I would not recommend it for any women out there. I can only assume he doesnt wash a guys hands with the alcohol. Absolutely disgusting.

The lady who was filling in was ver nice.

The location has apparently been closed down, with no indication of such given on the website or at the location itself. I had call the customer service number to figure this out. This is lazy and not how you run a business.
