Terrible company! They are puppets to Siemens regardless of what is morally right. Siemens says jump, Airways says how high?. Safety is not a priority for either of these companies and punish individuals who speak up. OSHA has been to a site in Otho, Ia 3 times on 3 different occasions within 1 year to investigate Airways and Siemens. Oh and all 3 employees were terminated. Coincidence....? I think not.

Worst wind turbine maintenance company Ive ever worked for. Production comes first and production comes last at the cost of employees safety. No regard for equipment maintenance or employee salaries. Underqualified personnel receive promotions while the most experienced hands stay below them. Any issues within the main contractor and Airways backs down and leaves employees defenseless. Stay away from this company.
