I read the reviews about cell phone fix and it had a bunch of great reviews so I took my iPhone to get the screen fixed and the gentleman I talked to was very nice and told me that it’ll take about forty minutes and come back at six and true to his word it was ready when I got there at six.They’ll have my business for now on and actually I have cell service with west central wireless and had their insurance on the phone and when I try to get it fix well……. it’s a long story and I won’t get into it but I dropped the insurance cause after monthly insurance payments and wasn’t able to get it fix with them that was a joke and it was cheaper with cell phones fix and they give you a year warranty excluding certain things but worth it.

Great service. Great prices. My phone needed to be serviced. It had to be taken apart and a internal component needed to be replaced and soldered and they had my phone back to me in less then 24hrs. And the piece that was replaced has a 1 year warranty. Couldnt ask for much more.

Great service. Friendly encounter. Fair price. The gentleman quoted me a price over the phone, and it was fair. He replaced the screen, and put on a tempered glass screen protector. The job was done in about 45 minutes. Cannot complain. Exactly what we needed to get the phone back up and running. Highly recommend this shop, for cell phone screen replacement.

The second I messaged the buyer on Facebook marketplace I got a response at the speed of light. The seller was very helpful and responsive with their texts. When I went to the store to pick up my product the seller was very funny and gave me and my partner some of the best customer service we’ve had in a while. Cell phone fix, did a great job on my cell phone. I think I rather save my money from cell phone insurance and pay cellphone fix, for repairs. My insurance would not fix my cell phone. Instead they would replace it with a detuctble fee, plus I would have lost valuable information that I had stored on my cell phone. I highly recommend cell phone fix. And their no fix no pay terms are big plus.

My iPhone X went swimming for about 30 minutes. I thought it was a goner. Cell Phone Fix gave me a small chance of the phone working again, but said they could get my data off. After just a day and a half in their shop they called to say they got all my data AND fixed my phone! Skip the bag of rice and head straight to these guys if you have a wet phone!

Cell Phone Fix is amazing! I was having issues with my speaker hearing during phone calls. They replaced the speaker and now its better than when I first got my phone. The cost was 1/4 the price of a new phone. Totally worth going to see these guys.

We took to these guys a iPhone X with a cracked screen. Everything worked, it was just cracked. They did diagnostics right in front of us to verify the phones functionality. They told gave us prices for different warranties and had the phone fixed in 30 minutes. They were very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend!

The first person I spoke to was very kind however the older gentleman was very rude and tried to Over charge me. The price I was told was 140 not including tax but then came out to 156 and some change. Then when I asked why he was charging me so much he then yelled at me that i would have to pay this amount t where ever I go. I then decided to change my purchase (outer box) and just go with my screen being fixed but then he had yelled that he had already put the protective glass on So I would have to be charged that as well. As I was trying to leave he yelled about the warranty that they were only be able to fix my phone for free if the screen glitches but not if it popped out.

Absolutely the WORST cell phone repair store in ALL of San Angelo. DO NOT do business here unless you want your phone held hostage for TWO WEEKS while they continuously tell you they are “working very hard” only for them to cal and say they CANNOT fix it. After all of this they refused to refund me my money and told me to go elsewhere that “they did not care”. I truly and honestly have no idea how this place has such high reviews. WILL NEVER BE USING THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMENDING ANYONE TO THEM.

I got my screen fixed and it was perfect for 2 months, no drops not even a scratch on my screen . i dropped it partially on the ground and on tile & the screen CAME OUT and shattered the whole top portion of the phone . maybe it was just somehow a really bad drop from my pocket to the floor but from ONE drop a screen shouldn’t break and especially pop out and chip . the phone still works perfectly but just the screen is horribly damaged, from one drop . quality phone screens should be much more durable . they said there is nothing they can do because the 1 year warranty only covers un-cracked screens.

The staff is very friendly, kind and honest. I came to the store asking for fixing the front camera and the earbuds of the iPhone 6 Plus. It could be $70 for fixing those things. However, the guy told me that he see the earbuds still working, it is just loosing at the connection. He would still charge me $70 if he don’t let me know about it, but he showed me and explained to me everything. He only charged me for $40 instead. My phone worked perfectly now. I recommend this place for everybody.

Seriously the only place Ill take my phones to be fixed. Great customer service and always as quick as possible. Theyll also give you a courtesy call if they find anything else wrong with the phone other than what was originally discussed.

The men that operate this store are extremely rude and extremely disrespectful. They treated my mother like trash. They offered my mother a warranty the last time she fixed her phone there and did not honor it. Even though they didnt honor the warranty my mother still wouldve paid because she really needed her phone fixed. They spoke very ugly to my mother as she tried to explain her predicament. If anyone is looking a nice respectable business to fix your phone, this is not the place to do so. These people are a scam.

I went in this morning after I tried to do a little home repair last night. I had broken my screen flex cable in an attempt to change my battery (iPhone 5S). Phone acts funny now, reception isn’t as good either but the repair itself looks good. The digitizer replacement is much lower quality though.

These people are a freaking joke. I called twice to get an estimate to get my phone fixed and they put me on hold for 15 minutes while they loudly conversated in their language. They also charge whatever they want with no consistency. The first time I called, they told me it would cost $50. The second time, I called before going there just to confirm the price and after they guy yet again put me on hold, he states it is now. $80! I dont think so! Ill take my business somewhere else.
