Brandon was knowledgeable and friendly to do business with. Cody has a great staff. Had a completely different issue, the supplier had not sent a part overnight which caused a delay, when the part arrived, they started as fast as possible, worked late to get it done. Pate was also excellent mechanic. Thanks WTD for helping us enjoy our new adventure.

Wonderful shop that I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants competent, quality service. Another shop had our truck for 9 weeks and couldnt tell us what was wrong with it. We transferred it to these great guys and they found the problem, got the part and got us going in just a couple weeks and for reasonable price too.

Took my 7.3 there to fix fuel knock and grey smoke. picked it up 3 months later same thing, but my ac and heater dont work and 1,300 down the drain. Also truck was running when i got it bad sign.

Best diesel shop I have ever seen! I was traveling and thought I had a water pump issue. Called Cody and he got me in to check it out. He pressure tested the system and it turned out to be a very small issue that he fixed and didnt even charge me! I tried to pay them but they would not except it. I was impressed and I highly recommend West Texas Performance . I broke down, and parked my Semi Truck at a Travel center on Hwy 87. I asked a Trucker for local roadside repair info, straight out recommended West Texas Performance.The travel center staff too recommended them and I confidently phoned. Tech Pete came over in less than the half hour they had promised, got down to business, fast troubleshooting, and in about one and half hours, he was done with a repair that typically takes 3 hrs or more.Very reasonable charge for a job well done! Maybe they learned. practically put me out of business. took 3 months to replace engine. Cody nor anyone else would return my calls. got 8k miles out of diesel engine replacement and then they really stopped returning calls.

My truck broke down between Austin TX and California. Tow truck driver towed my truck and 38 fifth wheel to their facility around 4am. Waited outside until they opened. The owner Cody and mechanic Ashley took care of me straight away. Fixed and out of their in under 1 hour. Very friendly and professional. No problems all the way back to California. Once they get your money they dont care bout you. My truck was having problems cause they installed the draw straw wrong after installing a bigger fuel tank. Whats the point of paying 2k dollars for a bigger fuel tank with labor if all you can use is 35 of 50 gallon tank.Just take your money else where, granted their isnt a lot of places left that have great customer service but.

This is the best diesel shop I’ve ever dealt with.The owner, Cody, is really knowledgeable and always available to help. I have gotten alot of work done at this shop, from suspension lift kits to exhaust and EFI Live tuning, and they are hands down the best. Best quality and best prices. I’ve sent everyone I know with a diesel to them and they’ve all had nothing but great things to say about WTD.It’s rare to find places that still believe in customer service, so I feel lucky to have a shop like West Texas Diesel to go to.
