They haven’t done The job yet, but we are scheduled for July. But the designing meeting and everything so far it’s been very good. They will be replacing our shower and our sink countertop in new sink in our bathroom

No stars, 2 different appointments, both were no shows, they never called to let us know they couldn’t make it. They can go clown elsewhere! cancelling all projects we had in mind!

Our new shower works great for us. My husband and I wanted a shower that was beautiful and one that we would never have to worry with again. Bath Planet delivered. The shower is beautiful. The Forever Warranty is such a comfort. We paid more for this shower than we would have if we had purchased it somewhere else, or had it built and tiled, but we never have to worry with it again, so I guess its worth the extra money.

The young man who did our installation was professional, courteous and his work was perfection. The entire process was easy, very quick and the end product is beyond fabulous. I would highly recommend them yo anyone!

My father-in-law wanted to purchase a shower. Was going to pay cash upfront. They said his wife had to be at appointment. He told them she was not available that she is out of town taking care of elderly mother, and that he made all decisions.They did not want his money, as they insisted she be there, would not work with us at all. They were very unprofessional and uncooperative. We would not recommend this company at all.
