I am never one to leave bad reviews even when I have unpleasant experiences. But this was a little too much. I previously had layers and wanted them gone so I asked the lady that cut my hair to just get rid of them, cut it straight, and not to go much shorter than my shortest layer which was past my chin. I was very clear with what I wanted. I also had bangs that framed my face and I told her not to frame my face anymore than it was. Towards the end of my hair cut she said that previously my hair was cut uneven and asked if I wanted it fixed. (Which I now think that she made a mistake). I said of course and she continued. At the end it looked a little uneven but my hair was wet so I hoped when it dried it would look fine. I paid, tipped, and left. When I got home and my hair was dry I saw that my hair was a mess. In the front there were 2 entirely different lengths, one side much shorter than what I began with and the back had hardly been touched. My layers were not gone at all except for just a little in the front. Everyone who saw could clearly see the bad haircut. So at a last resort I asked my fiance to fix my hair, he had trimmed it before so I hoped for the best. He very successfully cut my hair straight and got rid of the layers. And he works at a machine shop. It is much better now, although a little shorter than I wanted, it is what I asked for originally. And after this experience I hope one can understand why I would leave this review.

I cant believe procuts ran threw my hair with no experience!!! Thats not how to cut hair while making my hair uneven!!! Just why do my hair with even under 4 minutes and no one else was waiting but one person!!! Ill never come back here know you complaining about getting no calls or anything! If you cant cut hair DONT CUT HAIR AND GO HOME period

New to the area and struggled with finding someone who would cut my hair the way I wanted. By chance I went and got Mayra.. she is absolutely amazing!! Now my entire family goes to her and I won’t let anyone else touch my hair.

Walked in here because of the good reviews and there is only one barber here and I asked him for a specific type of hair cut and he said they didnt do them here so I just went across the street to sport clips and the most amazing experience there. Dont go here. You been warned. Youre welcome.

I walked in for a haircut here and left with my head looking horrible. The guy didnt cut it anything like I asked him too and never even asked if it looked alright. When he was done messing up my head he went straight to the register before I had a chance to put my glasses back on. I completely wasted my money here. Gotta get another haircut tomorrow so I dont look ugly for my birthday. The second star is because he wasnt rude, but I wont be going back.

I have taken my 2 year old to get her hair cut here twice, both times by different women. My daughter does not like to get her hair cut, but both times the ladies were very patient and took their time to make sure she was happy and her hair was cut right. Thank you! I highly recommend them for all ages.

I just got a hair cut from Pro Cuts and I feel like crying! It is so choppy and uneven! If you ever go do not let the guy touch your hair. He has been there for a long time. You would think his haircuts would not look like an amateur did them but they do. Im really upset!

No I dont mind getting my haircut here but I really wish they had more girls that work there instead of guys cutting my hair makes me feel weird when a dude is touching me course I grew up going to barber shops but they never made me feel weird like this
