If you have the misfortune of having your car break down while a family member is being treated at Shannon Hospital, Rudy’s automotive is very close to the main hospital.They were able to diagnose and repair my van in one day. They were friendly and accommodating. The cost was reasonable. I suggest checking with Rudy if time, cost, and convenience are a factor.Thank you Rudy!

If I could give negative stars I would. These guys are definitely criminal. Saw the other review about them being thieves in the night and that is 100% fact. Charged me 150$ for no reason because i wouldnt commit to their $1500 repair quote. Had a steering leak and squeaky wheels...said id have to replace the whole rack and get all brand new pads. Took it elsewhere who actually DID a diagnostic, turns out there was a cut in the boot (from the clamp) that just needed to be replaced and rotors just needed some R&R - brake pads were completely fine....200$. DO NOT GO HERE

After using several shops in town after I moved here, I finally found my forever machanic. Every time I go in they fix it right the first time. No wait to get in and usually have car back same day. 2 days when I had a transmission replaced. Very friendly and top notch. Rudy and john both are great guys, honest, and affordable. I would recommend to anyone. They had my daughters car fixed in a day and for two years I had taken to 10 mechanics from dallas to san angelo and noone could figure it out but they did.

Just needed a simple light fixed, it was all done nice and quick for a good price. Very nice staff, John was kind enough to talk me through the issue and tell me what to keep an eye out for in the future. Quality place.

Sp far ive used these guys service twice. They were timely and pleasant. And did a great job of taking care of the issues my car was having. They charged me with fair rates. So YES I Would recommend them.

Honest, nice people to do business with. They tell me true estimates about how much it will cost to fix my vehicles. With my old truck they even told me when it would be beneficial for me NOT to fix something!I highly recommend taking your cars to Rudys!!

Just used Rudy’s for no start engine, end up paying 927.57. Charged me 90$ for fuel pump module, where you can get it at auto zone for 50$ or even ford dealer for 75$. 300$ for fuel pump when you can get it for 150$ and 450$ for labor. I checked online when Ford Flex doesn’t start, it’s usually just the the fuel pump module is bad, but he told me both and module and fuel pump is bad. Ask them to check door signal and they forgot about it. Wouldn’t recommend this business.

I had to stop on my way to Big Bend when my car started making horrible sounds. I was nervous because I didnt know the area. John, the mechanic we met, was very polite and knowledgeable and within an hour I was back on my way. Really a great place.

They are thieves in the night. I pay $400 for tune up. And i had to put hoses myself. I video taped the aftermath of their work. It will be on all social media. 😷 since i couldnt put on this site...facebook...Guevara Bonita and you tube..yahoo and other search engines

Ever since ive moved to san angelo this year ive had some issues with exhaust leaks and then the brakes went out on my car as well an when i got my car over here both times, they got my car back to me the very same day an for that I will be using Rudys Automotive as my go to shop

They didnt want to work with me or my insurance co..so I (or anyone I know) will not be going to Rudys.
