We had a miscommunication with the film put on my side windows and the owner called me and got my issue taken care of. Very happy with the customer service they provided.

I originally went to Pro Tint to wrap and Tint my new car. Everything went great. Fast forward to today, 6 months later. Some of the wrap started peeling from around the mirrors and a few bubbles in a crease on the front quarter panel popped up. I made an appointment for a quick fix and wait session. Kelly rewrapped the mirrors without any pushback what so ever. He tried to fix the bubbles in the crease and did a pretty good job. He wasnt happy with how it turned out though so recommended I made anther appointment to get the front panel wrap replaced.Things dont always turn out how you expect but the character of the company is how they respond to problems. Props to Kelly and Pro Tint for doing the right thing and making it easy for me to do business with them.

Have had 4 vehicles tinted here in the last few years. First three were professional and I feel like I got exactly what I expected. A great tint at a reasonable price. However this last time, I paid extra to upgrade to the next better package. Looked okay on first glance, after a couple days of driving it I feel the tint level is significantly less than any of the others and Im not feeling like it lets less sunlight in to keep the pickup cooler. Service was still as professional as previous trips, but Im not satisfied with the most recent tint levels. Have recommended this place to many, but at this point the sales pitch got me and I leave a mehhh customer.

I had called a few tint places and got either bad vibes or poor communication. I widened my search area and this place came up with great reviews. Trusted public opinion and was not disappointed! They did a fantastic job! There were little bubbles in the tint when I first got it and I was told to not roll down the windows for a few days and to let the tint cure and the bubbles would go away and they did exactly that. I appreciate them informing me of the process and I’m happy to report the windows look flawless and I will be coming back.Extremely satisfied12/10

They have good prices, the staff is super friendly, I was kind of suspicious at first because it was a small shop and I didn’t want to get ripped off or anything to happen to my car I have very bad trust issues, but the man reassured me and sure enough I was more than happy with my tint! I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR GREAT PEOPLE TO DO GREAT TINT. Definitely will be back, and definitely will be telling people about them. I have a new Subaru Crosstrek that needed tinting. Set up an appointment. We discussed options and I selected a tint package and dropped the car off. They called me after it was done. The work done on my car looks great! Ive received a couple of compliments on how good it looks and the job they did for me. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the clean-up, which I consider part of the job. When I picked up my car then there was a paper towel left on the floor in the back seat. My babys car seat was unbuckled and tipped over in the back seat, and some papers I had left in the back window was now on the floor of the back seat. So great job on the work done, just to work on cleaning up so the customer knows you wasnt in too much of a hurry to care about them and leave things back how they were found.

Windows dont even look tinted. You can see right in no difference what so ever. Dont go here if you want actual tint on ur windows.

Went to take my new(5k Miles) Dodge Challenger in for a tint job but when I got the car back I noticed scrapes on both side windows along with some bubbles/white spots, so I called them back and had them re-do the windows that was a mistake because now there is another new scrape on the passenger side window(about 3 inches long) and another new scrape on the driver side back window(a little over an inch).Theses scrapes arent in the tint(they re-did the windows and the ones from before are still there) there in the window so no matter what I do now, I cant get rid of them unless I replace the windows, now Im sure theyll say the scrapes were there before but I doubt that(newish car) because when I got the car back this last time two new scrapes were on the windows.I know there is no perfect tint job and expect to have some small white bubbles and for the back windows not to be fully flush but I dont expect for my windows to be scraped! I havent even rolled down the passenger side window and the back window on the drivers side cant roll down so its not due to dirt scraping it as neither of the windows have/can be rolled down. The Driver side window has a scrape from side to side not up and down so that wasnt from rolling the window down either.

Got a Clear Bra to cover the entire front end of my new 2014 CRV. The staff was friendly, efficient, and flexible with my schedule. I had my 2011 WRX tinted when I bought it new and now getting my Wifes 2016 Outback done Friday. After 6 years, tint still looks and performs like new. No bubbles or fading. They do great service and will be a customer for life!!!

There is really no better shop in the valley. I had paint protection film installed on my 15 4Runner and couldnt be happier with the results. Ryan and his team were great and got the job done same day. Ill be back later this spring for tint.

I brought my Dodge Caravan in for a tint job and couldnt have expected more. Ryan and Val walked me through all my options, and when I came back my vehicle looked better than I had left it. I had the windows on my Mini Cooper tinted here about a month and a half ago, and I couldnt be more pleased. I went in on a Thursday and got an appointment for Monday. It only took about an hour or so, and it still looks fantastic! Highly recommend.

Took my wifes 2015 Nissan Leaf there and got the highest spec tint (to keep out the heat only) but didnt want the darkness. Couldnt fault the work and the tint is doing what they said it does. Even gave me a discount if the Wife posted about it on facebook along with a picture. Im taking in my car to have the same done today.Update: 7/13/2015. Ive now had my car done with a lighter tint but still the same heat reflecting properties. I am WELL pleased about it. Now I just need them to come to my house to tint my West facing windows.
