Not only do they meet every deadline with exactness, but their people are always dressed professionally and very friendly.Their downtown location is so beautiful and spacious, making any deposition easy and convenient. Important depositions were scheduled on my calendar but I did not receive the 24 hour notice from Advanced, so at 7:50 p.m. on the eve of depositions, fearing that I may not have actually scheduled, I called Advanced, expecting to leave a message. They answered! They were not scheduled. But without any drama, they calmly arranged for a court reporter to be at the depositions, without an extra charge. Very impressive. Great service. Advanced Reporting Solutions is awesome!!! Great staff that will take care of any needs. Awesome reporters that are professional and easy to get along with. The Salt Lake office has many conference rooms that can serve a small group of four or five to conference rooms that will hold twenty or more people. Multiple rooms have video conferencing and other video services. The internet is free and fast! There is nothing they cant get done!! They even have a huge selection of snacks, drinks, and break room with a kitchen. Located with multiple restaurants right by them. I love this place!!
