In my opinion, probably as nice as a towing company can be. It sucks having your car get stolen and having to pay the towing and storage fee, but it is what it is. Only critique is the location is iffy. But the guy I communicated with was super nice and quick to help.

My car was burned and Salt Lake Police called Salt Lake Valley Towing. After the weekend we were prepared to pay the tow bill, which was over $500 and have our car taking to that scrap yard. Steve refused to tow or take our car to the scrapyard because he didnt want his clothes to smell and didnt want to wait in line at the scrapyard. He told us to call someone else to haul the car away. We are glad we called other tow companys because they gave different information then what Steve told us. **DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY**

Aggressive in wanting to take my car to their questionable tow yard so that they can charge me for holding it and do who-knows what to it. aggressive with my car. didnt care about anything. terrible business.
