I have had so much stress trying to serve papers through a third party when I finally did my research and found Wasatch constables. Constable Jennings has far exceeded any expectations I had. I wasn’t sure how it would all work out but I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else now after this experience. The communication was incredible and the dedication to doing his job was apparent. He was willing to get the job done and I am beyond grateful for his service. Wasatch Constables is a professional and effective firm that was instrumental in my process service needs. They were timely in their service and their prices are commensurate with other process servers in the area. The Operations Director, Ms. Joey Hackworth, in particular, was very pleasant to work. She was patient with any procedural questions I had and she consistently demonstrated a high level of knowledge which made me feel like I was in good hands. I cannot recommend Wasatch Constables highly enough!

Constable Jennings did a great job getting court documents served on an uncooperative recluse. He stuck with it and found the guy hiding in the bushes! He stayed in communication with me and offered helpful advice. He was professional and friendly at the same time. Id definitely use this service again even though I hope I wont need to!

I normally use another process server, but I had a feeling this particular defendant was going to try and avoid service. Sure enough, she snuck out the back door of her office, and over the course of a couple weeks, almost hit the constable with her car, actually bought a different car with illegally tinted windows so he wouldn’t recognize her, and wouldn’t leave her house until the coast was clear. But he got her! Earned my business for life!

10 stars Joey was able to find the person I was trying to contact who is extremely aloof and serve them with papers. I made a mistake on the paper work and Wasatch Constables served her again. I would use Wasatch Constables again and highly recommend them to anyone. Also Joey answered all my questions including the infamous pineapple express question. Do you wear disguises? If you want that answer your going to have to see them yourself.

As a law firm we use Wasatch Constables regularly. Constable Jennings completed our process quickly and concise. Job well done.

Horrible communication skills and get left in the dark about everything had to hunt the person down just so I could get my paperwork and made a time to meet them and they were 15 minutes late better save your money and just deliver the papers yourself if you can

There was a sticky note left on my door to get in touch with an individual, no details were on the note. I called the company and spoke with a gentleman who was friendly and very professional (which is the only reason I am giving the 2 stars, without his courtesy it would be lower.) I texted the number per the sticky note instructions to get information and the person still hasnt responded. This situation is really upsetting. My advice is if you are looking to hire someone to serve papers, this company isnt the best choice. I made myself available and still no response :(Perhaps I should clarify, I am the person who was being served. I contacted the phone number on the sticky note and that text was never answered.

Absolute worst team of professionals I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I had an open and shut case when the defendant failed to appear, only to be told by the judge that the constable did not correctly fill out the return of service form listing the defendant as a registered agent of the business. When I contacted Wasatch Constables about this they reserved the defendant, did not list the defendants name or affiliation with the business, and were duped by the defendant into thinking they have moved resulting in a non-serve notice. To make matters worse they are invoicing me for them making a mistake, even after I explicitly told them that I would not pay for a re-servicing fee. If you want to win your case, hire a real professional and avoid Wasatch Constables like the plague.

I used Wasatch Constables to serve docs for a small claims case. They have been working on it since January 9th. They told me they would give the parties 30 days to accept service before they would file the unable to serve documents with the court. Then today (the 14th) they call me and say that they were able to finally get ahold of (by phone) the second party and he said he would meet them to accept service. Well, he told me the same thing months ago, and guess who I had to hire because he never showed? Well now, since they didnt file the unable to serve docs with the court and continued to try to find him past the 30 days, I have to again push back my court date a second time. And according to the secretary, the constable wouldnt be willing to file these docs now that hes made contact. They dont do what they say theyll do, and cause your case to be postponed. I would not hire them again, because they dont follow their own processes and cause delays. I need this judgement to finish my basement that was messed up so badly by this contractor. Now, I have to wait longer for the actual case, which means I also have to wait even longer to enforce the judgement I will receive. I would not recommend this service. I gave them all of the information to find these defendants and did their job for them, with the exception of actually handing the defendant the paperwork. It was a waste of money. From Wasatch Constables Unfortunately we have not had any luck serving Company Name. The registered agent is actively avoiding service. This case went out for service on 1/9. Under our standard service priority we have 30 days to resolve the service. Resolution can result in either service of your documents, or in the case of no service being made, we will prepare an affidavit of due diligence for you to file with the court. That document provides proof to the court that you attempted to have him served but were unsuccessful. It will also detail our attempts, including the comments being made by our deputy that the subject is avoiding service. As long as we can provide proof of service, or proof of due diligence, we will not process any type of refund.

Very professional. Used their salt lake office which seemed to take a little bit longer than if usin the Ogden office.

They came to our house while we were asleep and almost broke the door down looking for someone who used to live in our apartment. They were extremely rude and terrifying.
