Justin and Brian were great. They need a bonus. Arrived on time, packed up on time, delivered and unpacked on time. These two guys are amazing and you couldnt of ask for better workers. I would definitely refer anyone needing a mover to go with Rock Mountain Movers.

These guys are the best! First they moved all my stuff (22 years worth) from a 3-story house to a 2nd floor condominium. Up narrow stairs with a sharp turn and small landing. They were courteous, professional and not one thing broken! They cared for my things as if they were their own. Then, they arranged (Thanks Greg!) to move my piano into the condo. They got a scissor lift (had to be small) and got my piano to me! These folks, from the front office, to the guys, to the boss were AMAZING!!

After another company fell through on our small move, Rocky Mountain Movers was able to put me on their schedule the following day. Overall, we are pleased with the results and cost. The moving crew (Austin, Zepe, and Cole) were professional and capable, carrying some large and heavy items up a flight of stairs.

This review was difficult to write, there were certainly positives and negatives in my experience.NegativesCrew was a bit reckless in moving items leaving scratches and dings on my front and interior garage doors. Team lift on many larger items would have prevented this.The movers broke two mirrors, no big deal as they are minimal replacement items.They damaged one of my flat screen TVs beyond repair. Please Note, I did talk with a representative of the company about this and there will be a small reimbursement for the damage, nothing compared to the replacement cost. He claimed at first he talked to the crew and they didnt recall moving any TV of the size I had submitted in my claim, which was false because they in fact moved two large flat screen TVs, one 70 inch and the damaged one a 60 inch. Reason for the minimal replacement value is they didnt package and move the items into the storage unit. I understand as Im sure this company deals with many fraudulent claims. I packaged and moved all those items into the storage unit myself and can say with complete confidence and truthfulness nothing was damaged. After all, these were my things I had purchased and cared for. Also, I understand they would have packaged items better then I had, although they knew it was a fragile item and could have handled it as such.PositivesI had been building a new home and the close and move in date was a constant moving target. This company adjusted my move date several times to accommodate those dates without fees and hassle. Front desk was nice and friendly.Crew was friendly and maintained a positive attitude during my experience and worked hard to get me settled in and placing items where instructed.The crew was on time with meeting me at my pickup location.Lessons learned from this company. I tipped these guys fairly well and even provided donuts and drinks. Do not tip until you can verify all items are in tack and working as expected. Ensure to over protect all items as if they are going to be handled poorly.

We used Rocky Mountain Movers to move a baby grand piano which I could not imagine having done ourselves. It was SUCH a massive project and they were so careful and proficient in moving it, I was very impressed!One of my favorite parts of this company is their response and problem solving. While backing into our driveway (it was a tight space since we had a dumpster in the driveway as well) they hit a few fence boards of our new fence. The owner came the NEXT day and personally fixed our fence and it looks as good as new! I really appreciated that effort and integrity in this company! I recommend 10/10!

This company is amazing. They sent someone out prior to the initial move-in date. Gave me a bid ahead of time and honored their pricing at the end of the two day moving process. They had custom crates made for me for unique chandeliers, glass tops and furniture etc.I worked with Dallas and his team, they were completely professional on time respectful. These guys brought an upright grand piano up 11 stairs! I was absolutely impressed! They were very kind and friendly. They obviously knew what they were doing. We will definitely be using them again if we ever need to move that piano!

We used Rocky Mountain Movers to assist in our move from South Jordan to Herriman. We had two very heavy gun safes as well as couches and bedroom furniture. I did have much to move, basically just the bulky furniture of a 1br apartment. They wrapped the majority in plastic, which I appreciated. We were able to load the truck and unload in under 2 hours. Impressive!

The best moving company there is. Back in October, they did an onsite for me. I told me how much it was going to be and all that. Fast forward to April they still knew who I was and did a great job. I work as a property manager and hear bad stories all day long. They are the best there is.

The movers are rude and flip people off for no reason, I did call and the lady who answered the phone was really nice

We moved last week on the 22nd and used Rocky Mountain Movers for a second time. The team didnt seem to get along that well, some of the guys worked harder than others. They damaged the corner of my husbands desk and so he had to put screws in the side panel to hold the desk together again. They also had to go back to our old house twice because they forgot a water softener and then the refrigerator. This ended up costing us more for the move.Our first move back in 2013 was a great experience which is why we used them again. If we ever move again though, I would probably look at other companies, sorry to say.

The crew was early arriving and loaded things up quite quickly. However, they did track dirt and leaves throughout the house and left empty water bottles on the floor. They were helpful in getting things where I wanted them. I have used Rocky Mountain in the past and will probably use them again.

The crew that move my things were friendly and enjoyable. I appreciated the help with moving. But i was unimpressed on how quickly things were done. I moved my entire apartment in under 3 hours with a partner. In this case i had no more than 15 pieces of furniture and a maybe 5 extra smaller items. I had taken apart all of the furniture that needed and it took more than 3 hours.

I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Movers. We have now used them twice and if we ever move again, we will definitely be using them! Their team is very fast and friendly. They take good care of all of your household items and wrap everything in plastic wrap. They even installed and hooked up our refrigerator. The do an amazing job!

Rocky mountain was the only company to quote me hourly charge for a long distance move instead of binding not to exceed or binding by weight quotes. I took a risk by choosing them because of the good reviews here and Im really glad of that decision. It ended up costing lower than any of the binding not to exceed quotes. The moving team did an awesome job in taking care of my furniture, home, and finishing the job on time. Im glad I didnt choose one of those big national van lines.Rating 4 stars as they were not able to fit everything in their truck. Moving team did a good job of arranging everything as tight as possible, but still didnt have room for my porch swing, bike, mower, ladder, and a few other things. I still recommend them as I dont think any other moving company would have done a better job.

These guys are affordable and worth every penny. They came and moved my things quickly and were professional. My only complaint was they were 1/2 hour late arriving and we ended up moving during commuting hours and I feel that may have affected how much time it took considering over an hour of the time I paid was driving from my storage unit to my condo. Regardless, I was very happy with them!

I had a wonderful experience with RMM. They showed up right on time and were very professional and fast. They took great care with my things, and didnt blink an eye when my roommates moving company also showed up and started moving all of his stuff. They were patient as I figured out where they should park at my new apartment complex. Once there, they moved everything in and helped me set up my bed frame. They accidentally scratched some paint off of my apartment door with my couch, but they made sure to cut me a check for it so that my apartment complex could re-paint it. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

We have used Rocky Mountain Movers before, not for a move but to empty the house for full painting and carpeting, they did a great job then so we of course called them for a bid.The bid seemed very fair for a move of about 12 miles. They estimated the number of boxes we would need and also recommended how to approach the packing and preparing for the move. On the day of the move the 3 man crew arrived and worked very hard to empty the house. We ended up with less to move because of sold furniture and appliances so when they finished unloading at the new home it was quick and as was promised, the bill was less because they took less time.We couldnt have been more pleased with the terrific job they did. They moved it all with no damage, including the 80 year old Baby Grand Piano.Thanks to the crew for their excellent hard work!! On time and worked through it quickly. They had to go up and down four stories to move me out. so it wasnt easy. Wrapped up stuff nicely and did a good job of arranging it in my storage unit.

Justin, Kia and David were responsive to my requests. This was the tightest move I have ever done in that when my truck and my car drove away we could never return to the home I had sold. I normally have had days or weeks to prolong the agony of a local move. I had to change my day from Wednesday to Friday at the last minute and I don’t think RMM charged me b/c of COVID. 🙏🏻

We had only two movers to get our heavy furniture from our old apartment to our new condo. Distance wasn’t an issue, but we were still worried it couldn’t get done in our allotted 1.5 hours. It looked less likely when the truck couldn’t fit in our new steep driveway and had to be parked across the street, adding to their distance on foot. But, they proved us wrong, working quickly and carefully to get everything delivered right on time. Thanks.

The movers were nice enough, and did a good job, but they did damage our couch. The company sent someone by to look at it. He showed up with a toolbox and an attitude like I was just trying to get money out of the company. I hadnt planned on all the time he needed to work on it and run to Home Depot and back, since I had just come from work long enough for him to take a look. After hefixed the couch, I had to replace the screws he used with ones that were the right size and wouldnt tear the upholstery.Summary: good company, as long as you dont have to deal with damaged furniture.

Really upset at this company and their “policy”. My car broke down in the middle of the night and would only go to their location. I had to leave it out front of their building with a note that I would be there at 8 am when they open to get fixed (with my number). I got there at 8 and they had already towed it. Didn’t call or anything. The company that they used to tow it was horrible and charged $275 for a tow and to hold it for 2 hours. Clearly not out for the people and just for them and theirs. They really made matters worse and kicked me when I’m down
