Good job spraying the cracks in my driveway where ants have been active. I appreciated his explanation of how the ants work and how the spray takes care of them. The specialist also filled in a hole in the side of my house where the gas line enters my house with metal mesh and silicone. Very helpful, pleasant, and professional.
New customer. Today was supposed be our first service. I was told that service would be between 12 and 4. I was annoyed because a 4:30 no one had come. I double check the my email to see if I completely signed the service agreement. I had a confirmation email saying I had. I then saw an email saying my service was completed. I check my ring camera. Nope. I call the office, explained what happened. The assured me that they serviced my house. I assured them they didnt. I went outside and confirmed that there was still spider webs and wasps nest on my house. They still told me my house was serviced. Finally they told me they would come out tomorrow and do a Re service. I got off the phone and checked my ring camera again. At the time they said the service began I saw a man with a hose at my neighbors house. I go over and found a door tag. They serviced my neighbors house. Both houses are have numbers. If I hadnt signed an agreement with them Id go somewhere else.
Avoid!! Horrible Customer service. Did not show up on day they were scheduled, I took day off to let them inside. Left 5 messages, with no response, then they supposedly showed up 5 days later when no one was home and sent me a bill. I also doubt they even showed up as I have three cameras on my home and not one recording of any edge rep.They will say anything to get you to sign a year contract, Dont do it!Even wanted to schedule outside service in the middle of winter when it was snowing. Wasted hours trying to talk with someone, they send you emails, but block any response. Just terrible all around.
Been having a gopher problem in my backyard. They have been very responsive and timely in getting right out and setting traps. I have appreciated how well they have communicated with me.
I have used edge for a while know and really like how friendly everyone is, they are always professional. They are also always willing to spray in the house when they come out for the quarterly service and I ask them to spray inside, even if I didn’t request it ahead of time.
Quick, easy. Look forward to seeing the results. Box elder bugs were all over the front of our house.

The rep (charisse?) went over all the traps and looked in all the nooks and crannies looking for varmints. She found one mouse and one bait station that needed to be refilled. She did a good job.
Professional, reliable, dependable and effective. Make sure you engage with them on your initial inspection for things you should do to deter any infestations and address your concerns. Future visits are only as disruptive as you need or want.

Garbage service that doesnt work. If you give them your card info they will charge you for a multi-visit contract without you agreeing to it and then try and charge an early cancellation fee when you call and try to see what is up. Stay away from this company and their predatory door to door sales tactics.
My opinion is still out of them. Paid $265 for them to remove gophers. They stated that they would adjust the aggressiveness depending on how things went. Gophers had destroyed my lawn, I just redid my yard so I wanted them to be super aggressive. They placed 1 trap, when the guy said he would place 3 or 4 but he didnt have any more with him. He didnt come back and put more in. The next week they couldnt find the trap and didnt place any new ones. During this time I have 3 or 4 new holes/mounds. I called and complained they sent out a surpervisor who then placed 3 traps. He didnt even know anyone came out last week. He told my husband if more mounds pop up to call and he will bring out more traps. So long story short, Im not super impressed so far, but holding judgement until we see what happens. I feel like I was see more results with Irish spring soap in the ground, but that doesnt totally get rid of the problem.UPDATE: So after I spoke with them, they have been very attentive. We have been dealing with Jarrett how has now placed 5 or more traps now. I am feeling much better with this company. I would now raise to 4 stars.UPDATE: So after being with this company for a few weeks. I would choose a different company. What I was told when I first called is not the same as what Im getting. Pricing is different and a 2 year contract for a product that I dont need and the product I do need is too expensive. This is ridiculous. I dropped the rodent service and only continued with the bug spraying because of the contract. They dont have combo pricing for multiple services. Bad mistake on my part. Listen to me and choose some one else. You will find better service for cheaper.

HORRIBLE! After canceling their service 6 months prior (on the phone), the charged us again, without servicing our house. In an attempt to have a conversation about being billed, I spent over 1 month calling weekly, leaving messages, no response. I ended up refuting the charge with my CC agency. Meanwhile, out of courtesy I spent another week calling to inform them of the issue, again no response. Then out of the blue their service staff shows up?! Absolutely ridiculous. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There was no effort after the initial setup of leaving common traps around our house, other than looking at them. I would suggest to anybody considering their service that you purchase the $1.98 Metal Pedal Rat Trap from your local shop, set them and monitor them on your own. I guarantee you will save $$$, catch more rodents because you are monitoring them more frequently (more than 1x in 3months) and you will never have to deal with Edge Pest Controls absent customer service.
We went to edge for a one time service. They had us sign a contract looping us into many services for our hours that cost $129 each. We made it very clear that we only wanted one service from them. Calling them, they dont really seem to care and if you cancel, you still have to pay half of the agreement. We have resolved this issue now.Totally not worth the price either, $129 for only an outside spray? We still have bugs in our house..
First the grntlrmam who came to the house was amazing and was very detailed. His name is Greg. He answered all my questions . The tech Jarrett was just as amazing. He made sure that he sprayed where I needed it sprayed. Im a customer for life. 👍👍👍
This firm does a great job and takes care of these nasty little pests that invaded my home and the diseases they brought with them into my home. Im so happy I hired them! They have a great team of technicians all qualified to provide the services they offer. My peace of mind is worth every penny i pay!!

The product is awesome! Works well. The customer service is horrible. Starting from the initial sales person who first lied to us and never sent a contract. He gave us his number and then would never answer or return a message. When you call customer service your on hold for an hour and then they are not helpful at all. Don’t have answers to questions and are dismissive. We have asked them to let us know when they are coming and have never been notified beforehand. We have asked them to return to do the interior and have never had them return to do so. We have had a few of the people who have come out to spray be rude and confrontational about items we are asking of them. I really wanted to like Edge because I really liked the idea of their products and vision but was left disappointed because of their customer service. They received a 1 for the product.
I paid over 700.00 for 1 years of service. They promised they wouldnt charge me any more fees. But they did. I will never use them ever again. Hidden fees and dishonesty is why I gave them a 1. They are horrible
They are reliable and have done a great job in getting rid of our pests. We had an ant infestation a few years ago and they were great to come out quickly, we have used them ever since. They only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is that they are difficult to get ahold of by phone.

We used Edge for about 4 months to try and get rid of our mouse problem. They came out multiple times and since we are currently working from home, we would always request that they call us ahead of time so that we werent suddenly getting a knock at the door when my husband and I were in the middle of Zoom meetings (which occurred multiple times). Despite these repeated requests, without fail the Edge technicians would just pop up. During this time the mouse problem was not getting any better. In fact we were seeing an increase in the number of mice in our home. Theres something about mice running around your dining room when you are actively paying for pest control that will leave a bad taste in your mouth. So we got desperate and contacted another pest control service who quoted us a price at about 1/3 of what Edge charged. This other service came out for 2 visits, patched every hole that the mice were coming in through and set a bunch of traps. He noted that the traps that Edge set were set incorrectly. Since that time we have not seen a single rodent. We still had 3 visits on our account with Edge but were paying a $194.99 fee (50% of the cost of the services) to just cancel because whats the point of Edge coming back out? They dont actually do anything. Wed rather pay $200 for nothing than $400 for nothing.
We have used Edge the past 7 years and will be terminating our service with them.Be aware they require a 9 month service contract with a 2 month cancellation fee if canceled.Be aware! I called customer service because I wanted to cancel pest control plan this year. He guy who answered, Demian, asked me why I wanted to stop pest control. I explained that I would just like to cancel and I did not need it anymore. He said it wasnt a valid reason and kept asking over and over. He was very impolite and rude. English is my second language. I do not appreciate his behavior that I received. I used Edge pest control over 4 years. I will never never comeback Edge. Customer service is horrible.
Horrible service!!!! - Their techs do not complete the full service and the office phone is never answered and calls are never returned. I have had the worst experience with this company - if I could leave negative or zero stars I would!
They are not as thorough as they claim after initial visit. Last guy lied about treating my garage and said he knocked down as many spiderwebs as he could. My brother who was home said he never even went on the garage and I see webs below waist level everywhere.
Quick responsive. They listen to my concerns and tell me there plan. They are polite to me and my family. No concerns at all.
I asked the rep to treat for ants and wasps while he was here and he told me he had none of the equipment or spray to do those treatments. I expected him to have these basic items.
I’ve used Edge for 7 or 8 years. They do a great job. They will come out in-between services if you see activity. In fact, they came and re-serviced my yard today. Until I saw the report of what they did, I didn’t realize my quarterly service is coming up later this month. They didn’t even mention that. They just happily came out and sprayed. I am so glad I heard about Edge from a colleague. I used to have Bee Line Pest Control and they were all around horrible; even their customer service representatives were impolite. Not only does Edge Pest Control have a phenomenal, kind and personable service technician by the name of Travis, Edge also has kind and customer service oriented representatives. If I ever speak to someone at Edge I know I’ll always speak to a kind person. Travis also goes above and beyond as well. I have a 3 story home and Travis has gone up on our roof to make sure he sprays for wasps, that are high up there, in addition to remove the wasp nests and take them with him. He also services the inside of my home for spiders and due to that service, I never see any spiders. Travis is always so friendly and professional every time he services my home quarterly and I really appreciate that. I will always be an Edge Pest Control customer.
I called because for the first time in 35 years, gophers have invaded my garden area. They came promptly, and applied an Initial General Service (Foundations, window wells,) then treated the Gopher mounds with Bait and Traps. They are scheduled to come 4 times, weekly, for the Gophers, and 4 times, quarterly for the other pests. Time will only tell if the Gophers disappear. It is too early in the year to see much about the other pests, although I was instructed to watch for them. The technician was friendly and business like.
Edge has been terrific. We have used them for several years with a high rate of satisfaction. They treat both inside and out in a very professional and thorough manner. Angel is by far one of our favorite reps and he serviced our house again today. Very pleased with the service.

We have been with Edge now for 5+ years and have been approached about changing due to other companies offering cheaper rates but have always stayed with Edge. Cheaper is not always better, we did the research and made our choice based upon pet friendly products used and the quality of application. They always call before coming and ask if there is any special areas of concern and if there are they take care of our needs.We will continue to use Edge based upon proven track record and their continued quality service. Signed up because I was told I would have my gopher problem taken care of, including spiders and what not. Come to find out they charge extra for that service and dont even spray inside anymore. Worst that Ive been trying to cancel and cant get anyone on the line. Ive been on hold for over an hour now with nothing.
The mice and the bugs roam freely after seven months of service. Customer service reads from a script and apparently the company has no management since it is impossible to speak with a manager. I paid 400 to terminate with the agreement that they would put on the termination ; terminated because of customer complaint. $ 1200 and still home to happy bugs.
I really hope these guys can do pest-control and Landscaping better then they drive. The driver of the van cut me off with no turn signal and after that he was all over the road. I would never call this company just because of this experience and if they can’t respect drivers on the road what makes you think they’ll respect your yard and house.

We called Edge based on the reviews, and they definitely held up their reputation. We have seen mice in our house and she was very thorough searching for the source of where they are living, following a trail of evidence we hadnt noticed, and making sure to do what was needed to get rid of them. I feel like other pest control services we have used would have done the bare minimum, set a couple traps where it was convenient and gone on their way. She spent the effort to pull things out, move appliances (with our permission) and really solve the problem. Hopefully we flush them out or catch them soon, but either way, I was impressed.
I only talked to them on the phone after I read Google reviews which indicated people couldnt get out of their contract like they said they could when they signed them up for a 2-year or whatever contracts. I am managing the home at the moment, not the homeowner and did not want to tie them up in a contract. I found another company B-Line but offered a one-time service with the option of a contract and they were clear about the cancellation fee would be $30 whereas age policy was to charge the customer half of the remaining contract when they canceled and the gal text me this information later cuz she wasnt even clear on their policy of cancellationNo doubt there is a plethora of pests that can disturb our homes. And when a homeowner is dealing with an issue they may be vulnerable to signing a long-term contract for a lot of services for problems they may or may not have in the future. So tying customers to a contract seems a good way to profit on their vulnerabilities
Edge was great. During quarterly service call, removed hornet nests and sprayed for common bugs. The techs left detailed report of their service which was very helpful. Highly recommend this company.

We were having a major invasion of small beetles. Called on Thursday evening and got set up for Friday afternoon. The phone rep was very thorough and seemed to be knowledgeable. The technician arrived and explained everything she was going to do, and how their product and service works. I waited for a couple days, and theres a ton of dead bugs, and not seeing very many live ones. So far so good!
Nataka came by and was very polite and professional. He worked quickly which was nice because I was trying to wrangle 2 kiddos to not bother him- but he was very understanding and kind with them. They have been helping us with some ant hills outside and while the activity has not deceased completely it is MUCH better than it was before. Ants are pesky so we understand and I think by the end of the summer they’ll be gone!
I wish kind and courteous killed bugs... Unfortunately, I am three treatments in and my house is still crawling with Beetles. The sales guy said no problem. The actual exterminator said, well, Box Elders never really go away and the customer service person (corporate manager) said no refund because they started services already. The only reason I signed up was because of the beetles! When I called to cancel and complain about being mislead, the very kind phone rep said that it wasnt true and theyd be out at no charge to try again. I was then charged. Three months and 3 service calls in, I cant tell a difference. The bugs are everywhere. Very disappointed that I feel like I have paid for absolutly nothing AND was misled and cheated out of $600.

I highly recommend this company. They had the best customer service! They let me know the availability and got me on the schedule as soon as what worked for me! They were very professional and told me some way to help prevent some pests along with their spray. They were on time and talked me through everything before doing so to make sure we were on the same page. Their customer service is top notch. We got disconnected and they called me back. They did not fill all my rodent boxes. I specifically asked them to check them all before the last service. They only did one box. Ive was on hold with customer service for almost 30 minutes to have them fix issue. They have committed to come out tomorrow to fill them.

Buyer beware!!!!!Do not hire this company. Ive had their services for a year and have not been happy with their mosquito treatments at all so today I called to cancel spoke to Justin from corporate headquarters. He was the absolute rudest person I have ever spoken to. I have explained that their services do not work and seeing that I have already spent nearly $1000 in the past year I was now wanting to cancel because I really cant afford to pay another $1000 for something that does not work. He advised me that I am under contract for 2 years?? I have never seen a copy of this contract. For me to cancel he was charging me approximately $ 1000 for early termination fee. Justin did not give me any options, and basically said he cant do anything as I am under a contract. When I asked to speak to someone else he flat out refused to and basically kept repeating the same thing over and over how hes the only manager there that can assist me. Horrible customer service. Save your money people.
They sign you up with a promise of cancelling anytime if you are not satisfied. I had them for almost 2 years and when I sold my house, I informed all my services that I needed to cancel. Edge refused to acknowledge my written cancellation request(the only company to do so). When I got the next service reminder, I called to tell them that I’d sent a cancellation. They told me that they cannot honor it as it needed to be done after talking to a “service rep” and that I was contractually obligated to them. They asked for my new address and said that if it was in their service area, I was contractually obiligated to continue receiving service. I once again advised them that I wasn’t going to continue to receive service from them. After I moved, they serviced my property one last time and charged $349.98 on March 20 of this year for it. I called and complained, they agreed to refund $190 (the quarterly fee they charged), but so far have not.As for the service itself, it was $190 quarterly where they came, often with last minute notice, spray a little and leave a black box or 2 behind. Can’t see that these did much. They left receipts that didn’t address the issues but instead referred you to a main number.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this business. I called them for Rodent control, last week they put in a couple of sticky trap boxes, when they were here I asked if they could do more than that and was told no. When I called today they told me I need to wait another week to have them come add a few more sticky traps. I am now stuck in a contract with them for a year and just called another place that will take care of the problem for me. I should be able to either get out of this contract, or have them pay my bill to the other company.I dont recommend Edge.

I had Edge Pest Control come to my home in June to do a routine service around my house and foundation. This experience was fabulous! Then in July, I noticed there were ants embedded between the cement sections of my patio. I called Edge again, and they came out and sprayed the areas where I had noticed the ants. The representative was on time, professional and instructed me not to hose off my patio for a few days to give the ants time to bring the pesticide into the ant nests. I am very pleased with Edge Pest Control. This is why I use them Everytime. Also, they didnt charge me for this service today! Thank you Edge Pest Control !!!

Review is for their lawn care fertilizer service.First, be warned this is an annual contract with deep penalty fees.Second, be warned they will change “policy” without notification.Third, be warned, they price their service as a premium service and is 30-50% higher than competition.And finally, be warned the quality is mediocre at best. Fertilizer thrown all over the concrete. Spotty weed management.Our contract clearly states that service will be from March to October. Appropriate for early Season greening and weed control. We never hear from them so I finally call and they tell me their new policy begins mid April. I would have never agreed to the service under the “new policy.” I will now have the most yellow grass in the neighborhood with the added bonus of weeds. I’d be happy to put your sign up Edge, to tell everyone this is the quality of work provided.

Weve been going with Edge for well over a year now. It works!! We live in a wooded area and have always accepted lots of spiders inside and outside the house as normal. We had webs on the bricks of our home and just basically everywhere. Since weve gone with Edge, we rarely see ANY spiders anymore - inside or out. The webs are all gone as well. I recently cleaned out our shed and garage and was expecting the worse as far as uncovering a bunch of hidden critters in areas that havent been touched in years - but nope - no spiders. The technicians are super easy to work with, professional and friendly. Kathy who came to do our treatment today was fantastic! They always call before coming and ask for any special instructions and provide feedback after the service is completed. They spray in the house on initial visits and will spray in the house anytime upon request after that. Honestly, we no longer need them to spray in the house as the barriers to the outside work and there are just no longer any bugs inside (as of a year ago). Highly recommend Edge.
They guarantee satisfaction on wasps ants spiders but they only focus on one at a tie. we have had ants the entire time we have been under contract and they keep telling us it takes two to three weeks before they go away well it has been over a year now. We will not be renewing and do not think they do a good job or even care after you sign the contract.

The two women that came out from Edge did a great job spraying for bugs this week. They spent quite a bit of time here covering the entire perimeter of my home and spraying all of the overhangs for wasp nests.I pointed out some ants in my back yard and they actually dug up some of the ground to expose the ant larvae. Usually the Edge guys are in a hurry and spend 10 minutes trying to spray a 3/4 acre lot and a 5200 sq ft house. At best they do 35% of the house and lot. These two gals spent at least 30 minutes here and got everything sprayed. I really hope I get these two women in the future. If I get the guys in a rush agaIn I might cancel my service with Edge as I have to spray it all again myself anyway. Why pay Edge to do the job when they really aren’t doing the job?

Weve been using Edge Pest Control service for several years and have been very happy with their exceptional customer service. We just signed up for their lawn care service this past year and have been equally happy with that service as well. Recently, we had them come out to take care of our pocket gopher situation. After an issue that I contacted them about, Lauren, a Customer Service Manager, took the time to reach out to me and make sure that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. That definitely restored my confidence that our business really IS important to them.
Had identified a problem with box elder bugs, which did show up day after service performed, in two particular rooms (maybe 6 or 7 per day in each room). Upon second application, had tech spray inside as well afterwards. Bugs reappeared in both rooms that were sprayed the next day. Edge solicited my feedback and said if I were to award them a low rating to contact them first with my concerns. I did so, stipulating I would like to be contacted with a response, but to no avail. I am thus giving them the rating of 2 stars, primarily for the lack of responsiveness, that they did not bother contacting me about my concerns and recurring problem with the box elder bugs.
We love Edge!!!! They have been servicing our house for pest control for over 4 years! They are wonderful, take the time to listen to your pest needs, and better yet- they got rid of the giant spiders we had in our house when we moved in! Seriously- spiders with bodies the size of quarters! Haven’t seen one in years!
I highly recommend this company. They’ve done a great job of keeping pests at bay. Since hiring this service I’ve seen a HUGE reduction in wasps and spiders, and have been pleased with their communication. I even received a follow up voicemail this time from the technician, summarizing everything he did today. I really appreciated that!
We asked this company to spray for ants, which included spraying in the attic and inside our crawl space. Their rep arrives at our house and is too scared to enter any of those spots and explains to us how ants dont live in the attic or crawl space. The next day we check those places and ants start pouring out. When we call to complain, they transfer us to customer service who proceeded to hang up twice. When we finally get another service scheduled, they decide to send the same representative. DO NOT make the same mistake as me and sign a contract with these guys. Youd be better off burning down your home.Update: The number they provided in their comment does not work, and the new rep they sent to our house just did the same thing as the previous ones. These guys are a joke.
Impossible to cancel! Stubborn and unhelpful account managers! Do Not Use Edge!Edge pest control has decent service but they are impossible to cancel. They also resign you up for contracts over the phone without a physical signature on paper.When we tried to cancel, I called multiple times and spoke to 3 different account managers before we were able to actually get close to canceling. I was put on hold multiple times and cut off once and did not receive a callback. Also scheduled a call back with Hannah a couple days after talking and she did not call back on the scheduled day. I called back the next day and was directed to a different manager.If you do use edge and want to talk to a good manager who shows that she cares, ask for Kaddie. She did not put me on hold and was genuine and helped me the most out of everyone. Also was willing to help negotiate better service options and cancellation options.
Had occasion to use the between service guarantee, this company truly makes sure the job is done and comes back free of additional cost if you see any pests. I was scheduled the very next day when I called about new wasp activity. I am extremely satisfied.
I did not confirm an appointment today. I work from home and am in meetings most of the day. The Edge person arrived and I asked him to not service my home this day - I was in the middle of a meeting. I asked him to reschedule it. He refused and said he was going to service the outside front of my house anyways. I asked him twice to leave and he refused. I am cancelling my service contract with this company.
Be careful if you sign up for any sort of package with this company because they will NOT let you out of it, even when you realize their prices are ridiculously expensive. Worse than a gym membership. I talked to them several times in person and they were never even remotely accommodating. Would not recommend.
Huey was the sales rep who came to my home. He was extremely professional, informative, experienced & kind. There were no sales man vibes @ all. He took the time to answer so many questions & walk around the entire house with me, inside & out. He was also very respectful & aware of COVID precautions. I have already texted a few friends in my neighborhood to reach out to Huey.Austin came today for the first treatment. He was on time & explained everything in detail from start to finish. Also, very respectful, professional & kind.I am a new homeowner & really happy that Huey knocked on my door yesterday.Not for nothing, I never write reviews, but really felt like these guys needed to be acknowledged.Thank you Huey, Austin & Edge.UPDATE:Reuben was awesome! Logan seemed very knowledgeable and was pleasant to work with. He added more rat traps, took care of the ant hill and advise me on an old critter hole. Thanks for sending him
After a year of service, the bugs around and IN my house were worse. They do not let you know when they are coming, just show up. And when you tell them you are going to be on vacation and not come on certain day, they show up anyway! Tried cancelling and they refuse so had to block charges on account. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!
We have been using Edge for about 6 years consecutively and they have been great. We had a major problem with Voles and they eradicated them with a couple different variety of methods. Along with their regular services we have been very happy. If they miss something or we see any unwanted pests they are very quick to come out. The only thing they have tried to do that I didn’t like was to count those services as part of our quarterly service. Their value is on par and competitive with others in the area. I recommend them.
We have been so impressed with Edge and have been receiving services from them for 2years. We thought about canceling because of a goal to have so much in our savings, when we called to cancel and spoke with Jason the manager, he was able to give us an amazing deal of three free services and our original services after the three services to remain the same price. It’s always been great working with them and new that the quality of service and products were amazing but they have impressed us even more.Thank you Jason and Edge, we were sad that we were going to cancel, especially with us living in the country and get mice. We are grateful to continue getting services from you!
