The delivery was great. Very prompt and everything was set up for us. Bounce house was super fun and the popcorn machine worked great. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars was the pick-up. We were scheduled for a 9pm pick-up. By 10pm, we called the driver to see if he was still coming. He said yes, but then at 11pm texted to ask if he could pick-up the next day. The bounce house was in our yard so we were not too concerned, but still a little inconvenient to have to try and juggle the schedules for the next day.

They were easy to work with and I felt we got a good value. They did however give us the wrong inflatable, and by the time we knew it, it was too late to be able to do anything about. Double check the inflatable before you leave if you care about which one you get. Otherwise, they were great to work with.

I will most definitely use this company again. We had great fun with the bounce house and the bungee run. The men who set up and took them down, were quick, friendly and professional.

They were easy to book with, on time, and the unit was great quality! We rented it for a work party and it was a big hit! Kept the kids entertained (and some of the adults) all night long.

Super easy to reserve. Love that you can pick up or have it delivered. We picked ours up to save some money. The kids loved the bounce house and the snow cone machine. It was like a little carnival in the backyard. Very friendly people from the staff that I reserved with, to the warehouse guys that loaded up the truck. Enjoy them, we will totally use them again.

The obstacle course was so much fun! A little bigger than I thought, but the kids loved it! We had ages 3 to adult and every one had a blast for hours!

We didnt have the best experience with this past rental. The slide wasnt properly fastened before it was inflated, so the entire slide surface bubbled up like a balloon and the water wouldnt run down the slide. This couldnt be fixed once it was inflated, and we had 20 kids waiting to use it, so someone had to be constantly spraying the slide. In hindsight, we probably should have called and advised of our concern right away, but when you have 40 people at your house, its not that easy to coordinate everything.The other problem was the rental was from 11AM - 3PM on Sunday, but the slide wasnt picked up until Tuesday morning. We called several times about the delay in pick-up on Monday, and we were finally told it would be picked up before dark, but it never was. This messed up our fertilizing and mowing service on Monday and Tuesday. When I talked to someone about 5:30pm on Monday, I mentioned the poor experience we had, and suggested some form of compensation, but the person I spoke with said they would not do anything as it used for the entire event. Considering how much they have increased the rental prices, and their lack of care about a great experience, we wont be using this company again.

I rented 10 bubble balls for a young adult party. They were very popular. The kids loved them. We had equipment to play bubble ball soccer, but the kids thought it was a lot more fun just to play with the balls. Pick up and drop off was very easy with Bouncin Bins and the price was good.

My kids loved the bounce house. We got the birthday cake and it had a basketball hoop and 2 pillars that my kids loved. The ages that played in it ranged from 6-14. We also got a cotton candy machine. It was easy to use and worked great. My son can’t wait to rent another bounce house!

This company was great from start to finish. I did a last minute pick up rental (seriously, I picked it up the same afternoon that I called leading into a holiday weekend). The price was reasonable. Everyone working there was organized and calm while working quickly. The feeling was friendly. The bounce house was loaded for us, along with anything else we needed. We set it up at our house without issue. Everything was in great condition. It was huge and strong (we had a family get together—I’m Polynesian and we are mostly big people). We had a ton of fun! Loaded it back up that night. Took it back on Monday. Easy drop off. We didn’t use the water aspect of the bounce house, because we wanted a dry area for kids to play along with the slip n slide we’d already set up. That being said, I’m totally ready to rent another bounce house and turn on the water works. So fun! Loved it. Will rent again with this company.

The super friendly staff were great to work with and provided excellent advice. I love the option to pick up and have essentially 5 days (Thursday - Monday) for the price of 1 day delivered. Everyone had a great time on the bounce house we selected and all the necessary equipment was provide and worked flawlessly. We will certainly use them again!

We have been renting from this company since 2014 and have loved it every year. The quality and selection of Bounce houses as well as the price are unbeatable. They are always so accommodating and helpful on the phone and at the warehouse. They offer a return customer discount and a military discount which not many do. We have two summer birthdays in our household and this company always makes it a special event, we look forward to renting every year and are going to be renting again in the fall for another event. I highly recommend this company for event inflatable rentals to everyone I know.

After approving an early arrival and late pick up we got to enjoy our inflatable longer than expected. The guys who delivered it were courteous and made sure we were happy before they left. They were also more affordable than our local inflatable company which is why we picked them.

Customer Service and Professionalism are definitely areas of opportunity. However, they’re weekend package is unbeatable.1) I called with a simple inquiry and the lady just immediately asked for my contact info when she answered and said she’d call back. No call back or voicemail left.2) The guys at pickup warehouse are not very friendly . They didn’t have my order ready and was told I had to wait for them to load everyone else that was behind me before they could help me!! However, the man sitting in the chair giving direction was finally able to locate it.

Picked up the 55’ obstacle course for the weekend. It was super heavy…luckily we were just setting it up in a parking lot and did not have to transport it very far. One of their special dollies would have been essential otherwise. Although it says you can use it wet or dry, he slide doesn’t work dry very well and you tumble down it. When you get it wet it works well…except that the foot and handholds on the other side become very slippery and there are no handholds at the top to allow climbers to keep enough pressure against the footholds to not slip. This was so frustrating for both kids and adults that it was almost a bust as sliding down into the water is the funnest part of the obstacle course and many couldn’t get to the top at all.We strung two ratchet straps through side holes at the top and connected them to the tie down eyes on each side. This gave two handholds at the top that made it possible to climb the back of the slide. After that everyone had a blast, kids racing kids; kids racing (and beating) the adults.Take down was easy, but again it was so heavy that you better have three or four strong people to get it back into the bed of the truck😬.Bouncin’ Bins was great to work with. I would absolutely use them again!

This company is amazing. I needed an inflatable last minute because of another company’s cancellation and I was panicked. I called Inflatable Rentals, not expecting they would do it, but they set up within a few hours, the pricing was fair and competitive, and the guy who set up was quick and efficient. Incredible experience and this is who I will use anytime I need one of these monsters.

I thought your staff were really helpful and friendly, and we received great service from all the staff when we picked up and returned the games. You just need to update your pictures and instructions on the web site for the dunk tank. Everyone at our event loved the games that we rented. We will definitely rent with you again. Thanks!

I would give 0 stars if I could.We used them for our company party, they were on time and pleasant. However, when a gust of wind came, it picked up one of the bounce houses and threw it 30 feet in the air, coming down on employees and giving 2 young children concussions.The bounce houses were all deflated and so was our party. The attendant assured us that they had been staked down, but all that was holding them we discovered was a very small sandbag that any reasonable person would realize would be insufficient to hold them down.I reviewing our surveillance video of the activity, it was amazing that no one was more seriously injured. We could see the small sandbags attached to the bounce house whipping around with the bouncing house and had those made contact with anyone, they would have been killed.It has been 2 weeks since the event. No one was out to sue or to make a big deal of it. I called someone in Texas, they gave me the number for the customer rep in Idaho, She acted like I was inconveniencing her by speaking with her, but was assured I would get a call back. After no call, I left a voicemail and text, no response.I then called the Salt Lake office. I was very polite and patient, she assured me the owner would called. I never received a call. I called back the next day, was again transferred to idaho, I left a message.Now after 2 weeks, 2 children have concussions and have medical bills, not one person has reached out to me.If it were my company, I would have been all over this and reached out to my customer right away. Instead, I have been brushed off and ignored. The next contact they receive will be from a lawyer for negligence in setting up the equipment.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

We rented the obstacle course and it was very fun! They delivered it way ahead of schedule. It was nice to be able to use it for free for longer than what I had paid for. My complaint is they never picked it up the evening after my kids party. It took them until the next day in the afternoon to pick it up and when they did they forgot to take their extension cord. We still have it and they have yet to come back for it. Just wish they would pick up their equipment when they are scheduled to.

This was our first time renting a bounce house and everything went smoothly. We did a weekend rental and they loaded it into my truck bed with all the needed equipment.The only thing I didnt consider is how much it weighs. It required 3-4 people to get it in and out of the truck and roll it to the back yard. Definitely account for this if you opt to do it yourself.Overall great company to work and well be renting from them again.

Great price. Delivery and set up was great. Bounce house itself was great. Kids loved it. Cotton candy machine seemed to be missing a part and old, but worked.My reason for the 2-star review, they showed up at 11:30pm and rang the doorbell at that time to pick up the dumb thing. They said pickup would be 7pm. Anyone with little kids understands how discourteous it is to show up that late and ring the doorbell.

If i could give this place -10 stars i would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. my wedding night has essentially been ruined by this company!! i was having an AMAZING night until they got involved. on July 29th I emailed to confirm set up and take down of their wedding bounce house as well as the building it was to be set up. Tonight the delivery guy went to the completely wrong place, set it up, and just left it there. We reached out and it took FOREVER to have it delivered to the correct place. They were an hour and a half LATE!! They tried to “make it up” by giving it to us for an extra hour. Which we were CLEAR when we called them back that we needed it to be picked up at the original time (8:30pm) because our venue needed everything out by 10. To top it all off the bounce house was FILTHY. Wasn’t even white, more muddy and brown. My sisters flower girl dress was so dirty after getting in it. The delivery guy has been IGNORING our calls ALL NIGHT and has stopped responding to our texts. We asked for our money back and they said NO. I AM BEYOND FURIOUS. MY WEDDING NIGHT IS NOW FILLED WITH STRESS AND TEARS. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT.

This is the second time we’ve used Bouncin Bins. We ordered a, what turned out to be massive, double lane combo and reserved it for my daughters birthday party. On that day I looked through my email to see why I hadn’t heard from them and pretty quickly realized that I made the reservation for her birthday not her birthday party the day before. When we called, the awesome women that answered was pretty quickly able to get us set up with one that we could pick up, because their delivery drivers were gone for the day. I drove over and picked it up in time for the party. Returning it was a job, and I commend the workers for their quick delivery, set up and pick up as it took me a few hours to get it back some form of the same shape it came in.

So easy to book! Office was great to work with. Guys that came to deliver were quick and plenty early. They ended up here late for pick up, but even though it was late and dark, they were quick and efficient. Will totally use again!

Love this company. Always show up on time. I wish I would have realized that the slide I ordered was not suitable for younger children as there was a big bump in the middle of the slide that sent them flying. I wish they would post more information on things regarding the safety of the slide for certain ages. We had quite a few younger children and they could not use the slide. The one we ordered the year before was perfect. We had a few disappointed children.

Booking the slide was easy. The employees who I spoke with on the phone were very kind and explained things well. Drop-off and pick-up was smooth and everyone had a great time!

The houses were a lot of fun. My event was at a park and you have to be with the equipment the whole time, they showed up 2 hours earlier than expected and after being over 2 hours late to pick them up the company said I could leave it there, I went by the park an hour later and they still hadn’t picked up the houses. Wasted a lot of my day that was already very busy. They said they were always on time, maybe they need more drivers?

I was so disappointed. First of all they offered to bring it a day early which was great however I asked them for a heads up as it was a Friday and we have to work. We did not get a call therefore we’re not here a family member had to leave work that was closer than us to come let them in. Once the kiddos started to go down it with the water they were getting major scratches and we realized it wasn’t holding water because the caps weren’t left for us so the drains were scratching people as they went down, I called to see if they could bring us the caps only to be told it would be late evening before they could get here and to go buy some soda caps or syrup and use those caps which is so unprofessional. Lastly they were supposed to pick it up at 11:30am Sunday and we have called 2 times to get a time since it’s past 11:30 almost 5pm and they say it’s probably going to be past evening more into night so we can go anywhere due to them not even being able to give an estimated time. The whole thing has just been so unprofessional

Their customer service is exceptional. Every time I called, usually with an excited problem, they were calm and pleasant. Whether it was with a time crunch problem or how to use something, they were always happy to help. The set up and take down crew were fast and efficient. We’ve used your company many times and this time was the only one where we have had any issues. We were scheduled to start our event at 2:00 and by 1:00 I had heard nothing from your for delivery. I called and you had to track down the driver. He never did call but showed up at 1:30. It was hard for him to set up the slide all by himself. I always remember a two person team coming before. We had to find a zip tie for him to hook up the hose on the slide out of our garage because he said he needed to drive back to the office to get one and it was almost 2:00 at this point. The slide worked perfectly for the party once it was all set up. It is now 9:30 the following day and the slide still hasn’t been picked up. I called this morning and was told you needed to track down the driver again. This is probably just a bad day for someone at work, because we have always had great drop off and pick up from you before!

They asked me if they could deliver my waterslide early, which was nice; but they never called to let me know they were coming. Then when I got home I noticed it was installed incorrectly, and I had to insist that they come fix it (they initially said no). Also, several of the parts were damaged so the water didnt spray correctly on the slide. It seems that they would be inspected, and fixed so it operated properly. They are also late picking it up -- its the next day now, and its still on my lawn.

Arrived very early from when I had scheduled but I wasn’t charged any extra time which was very nice. It was a quick set up and the man who set it up was very nice and accommodating! Would definitelybook with them again.

We just finished up yesterday for this crazy COVID year and Mario (delivery driver and supreme being) was AMAZING!!! He was here early, set up everything and double checked that it was all secure and in good working order before he left. I chose Bouncin Bins based off of their reviews on google. I chose the self pickup so we could enjoy it the whole weekend and price wise it was a great deal! When we got to the warehouse to pick it up the bounce house I was given looked very dirty. The gentleman was very nice and I asked him if it had been cleaned as their website stated everything is disinfected before it goes back out. He informed me because of the timing with a lot of events nothing is being cleaned right now. I did call and inform a manager Michelle she was very nice and helpful I was just very stressed because now I had to spend extra time cleaning a bounce house that I had been told would be clean before I received it. Especially with covid still being a thing I would have expected this to have been done. Like I said michelle was very helpful and apologetic. Overall once I finally got the bounce nice and clean( took me well over a hour) the kids at the party had a great time. And the equipment did seem to be in good shape and everything worked there. I get it’s a busy time of year and things happen. While I did appreciate a 25 dollar refund on my purchase the stress of having more to do and clean the refund of 25 dollars did not outweigh that aspect.

Booked a slide in the morning, and in the afternoon called to cancel my order. They agreed to refund me, but refused to refund the full amount and were holding onto $50. It had only been a couple hours of booking that I canceled my order. I don’t see why they needed to keep a deposit if I was canceling well within a 24 hour period. Very upset with the way they handled my business. I ended up calling them back, and gave them a chance to make it right before disputing the charge with my bank. After speaking with her manager, they agreed to refund the deposit. - SO EXHAUSTING!Before considering them for future parties, I will try all the 10+ other options in my area. Had I known that I was agreeing to such a ridiculous clause, I would’ve booked with someone else to begin with. We ended up booking a reptile guy with Scales and Tails Utah instead- $400, and I already like them better. No deposit required, and I pay them at the party. I also think it might be able to hold the older kid’s attention perhaps a little better than a slide.

I was Not aware during COVID or quite frankly ANYTIME that they dont wipe down. They seemed staffed enough to wipe stuff down, it was filthy filthy filthy! Had to take a wash cloth last minute just for obvious Nasties but I believe that thing had never seen soap. Woman in office was nice.
