Daisy Maids did a good job - but they charged me $550 for a deep clean, and I would definitely say the price was not worth the outcome. Ive had Chikas Cleaners come and do a deep clean that was MUCH cheaper and they did a more thorough cleaning, like wiping hand prints off walls, cleaning the door knobs and surrounding areas, etc. Daisy Maids didnt even clean the inside of the windows (hard to see in the pictures I uploaded, but inside of windows are not cleaned). Didnt clean the floor inside the pantry. Missed cleaning several light switches. Completely skipped cleaning/vacuuming my daughters walk in closet. Dont get me wrong - the things they did clean (fridge, stove, micro, etc.) look fantastic. But for the expensive price, I will likely go back to Chikas Cleaners as its the same cleaning but significantly cheaper.

I paid $370 for a deep clean for my house today. I had done an online quote and I also spoke to Victoria on the phone during my booking process. I was asked how big my house is and I explained that it is 3000 sqft but only 2000 sqft is finished. I explained that I just wanted the 2000 sqft cleaned and thats how the $370 quote was reached. However, today when they arrived, I made sure to remind them to clean the one, 500sqft, finished room that was downstairs in addition to the main floor. They just shrugged. They finished cleaning and asked me to do a final walkthrough, so I walked around and briefly checked to see the bathrooms and such. I went downstairs to see if they cleaned it, as one of the maids watched me do so (she waited to see if I noticed that they didnt clean it, rather than telling me they didnt), and I asked her if they even did anything down there. She said no, they told us not to clean anything but the upstairs. They cleaned the house for less than 3 hours, didnt wipe down the counters (found crumbs), didnt mop the floors, did a poor job sweeping in areas that I saw them sweep, etc. Additionally, they emailed me saying I would be in the 12-3 arrival window, then changed it the day before to 10-1 but then switched it back to 12-3 window the day of cleaning, without telling me. So basically I sat around waiting on them all day because of their piss poor communication. I called the office to talk to them about them not cleaning the downstairs, which was to be included in my quote and they said sorry a bunch of times, said they didnt quote for that, that they had quoted based on 3 bed 2 bath (see below screenshot of the form that I had submitted online for the quote). I had made it abundantly clear online and on the phone that I had 2000sqft that needed cleaning. So according to the office, they quoted 370 for a deep clean for my 1400 sqft main level.. Even so, the office did say they would send a different crew to come finish the job, including my basement for no extra charge. I appreciate that they did that at least, but unless things go much better when they come back, I dont expect that I will be becoming a repeat customer for Daisy Maids. They are true to saying that they dont charge per hour, they charge per job...because they clean for much less time than is necessary to get the job done.

They were incredibly friendly and respectful! They were even able tu work their cleaning around my toddlers nap schedule. Luz, Adelaida, and Gave did a terrific job!

I have used Daisy maids for over a year now. The ladies that do the actual work are great. The management is terrible and unorganized. On more than one occasion my cleaning was cancelled same day due to their inability to keep and schedule their employees properly. I finally decided to cancel their service after they would not allow me to cancel a service due to my family being ill without charging me 50% of my cleaning cost. They have no problem canceling on you as a customer absolutely last minute and have no willingness to work with you should you need to cancel. Again, the ladies who do the work are lovely, their management is terrible. I have moved my business elsewhere.

Daisy Maids did a great job for our Deepclean. They were very detailed oriented and put a lot of care into their cleaning. Our home is sparkling! Luz, Grace, Alma, Ana,and Valentina were amazing. I highly recommend for both quality and value.

Rosa A, Adelaida, Maria P, and Maria M went above and beyond cleaning my two bed two bath. Im over the moon about the service they provided and will certainly be using Daisy Maids in the future. I had recently washed my sheets and just threw them on the beds; they made all the beds. The bathrooms, carpets, and tiles are all impeccable. They cleaned both the inside and outside of the fridge and microwave. They deep cleaned my oven which has suspiciously smelled like burnt bread since I moved in and (as I used it for dinner tonight) smelled like nothing. They got stains out of the stovetop that Ive been working on for weeks.They were timely, kind, and provided an incredible service in a short amount of time. Absolutely would recommend.

Used to work for daisy Maids, this company is Horrible, It treats its clients like grap, they have poor management and Give the cleaners only a few towels to use in each area, Things cant get thoroughly clean with few towels. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

For the first time since the pandemic started, I had my house cleaned. All of the employees that showed up wore masks the entire time which made me feel very comfortable that they were taking covid seriously. They did a deep clean and my house is SPARKLING!!!! Ive been using Daisy Maids for a little over a month now and they are absolutely wonderful. Always polite, professional and quick! They always arrive within the expected window and give me a curtesy call 20 minutes beforehand. The first cleaning was a deep clean, and I have since signed up for bi-weekly cleanings. They always do a fantastic job, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for either a one-time cleaning or a regular cleaning service.

Daisy Maids was extremely disappointing. I paid $250 dollars for a move in deep clean for my new condominium, and asked for the cleaners to wash my walls, (at an added cost). When they informed me that it would cost another $300 to wash my walls, I decided to do it on my own, which wasn’t a huge issue.The greatest disappointment occurred when we got to the condo the evening of the cleaning. The cabinets were all dirty, with crumbs and sticky substances. The freezer had not been cleaned, and still had visible crumbs in it. The blinds were lightly wiped, and water streaks were left on the windows from the rags simply being pushed through the blinds. The window seals were COVERED in dust and bugs.Needles to say, I ended up deep cleaning my condo the next day. There was a clear lack of effort put into the job. I will not recommend this service to any other friends or family in the future.

I hired Daisy Maids to help me with my move out cleaning from a house wed been living in for 5 years. Yolanda, Adelaida, Aurora, and Liz were the four lovely ladies that came to my house and cleaned it. They did a fantastic job at a great price! I dont believe wed cleaned our oven a single time in the past 5 years and it honestly looks brand new. They took care of all the difficult cleaning my fiancè and I didnt want to deal with and were so glad we chose them. Attached are some photos of the results!

Show up and cleaned everything at such a fast pace that I now need a nap! I received a gift card to Daisy Maids so had the opportunity to give them a try. I have been working from home and also have 2 dogs, so I was a bit hesitant on how things would go. Silvia, Nikelle, & Grace didnt skip a beat and were very understanding of the situation. They were extremely respectful of my work space and it allowed me to carry on with my day without being worried about noise or distractions. They started the second they arrived and worked non-stop during the 3 hours or so they were at our place. Everything looked perfect, would use them again.

I am very disappointed with the services I paid for an received. I was going out of town and wanted a little help cleaning 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. I was told there was a 3 hour minimum and the cost would be $185 dollars. The cleaning team was in my home for barely over an hour, and before leaving did not call me or try to ask if there was anything else I wanted cleaned before leaving. Then upon arriving home the cleaning was not to level I would expect from a professional cleaning company. The oven wasn’t cleaned out, nor the microwave, the floor wasn’t swept or even lightly mopped. The backsplash still had grease and food spots. And the floor in the master bath was not done properly.I called the front office and expressed my frustration, I was basically told that even though the cleaning team was only there for an hour the charge was still $185 and that the 3 hours mentioned was an arrival window, not how long they had to clean. I politely told them that I felt very baited and switched and that it was dishonest to not clean properly and to not clean for the entire time. I also told her that I had security cameras and I overheard the cleaning teams conversation as they were leaving, one of the girls said “should we ask if there is anything they want done?”, and they decided to not ask. I also mentioned that I was a first time customer and I would not be using their services again if we could come up with a resolution. The girl on the phone just said sorry, but there was nothing they were going to do.Honestly for the money and the hassle I would not recommend Daisy Maids. There are much less expensive services out there and with way better results and customers service.

On approximately May7th I called to make an appointment for a “Deep Cleaning” of my 1300 S/F condominium. I was told that the first available appt was on June 16th, but they could not give me a time frame of the arrival and would call me in a week to advise me of arrival time. I asked about the cost of a DEEP clean and was told, based on S/F it would be approx $ 185. I agreed to that and confirmed the date, with the time to be set and I would be advised later.Today, June. 9th I still had not been called, so I called them and was told “we don’t have you on the schedule, but we can make an appt now.....which they did. However this time I was asked for a Credit Card # to book it. I gave them them my CC #, and then asked to confirm the cost for a 1250 S/F DEEP Clean and was told it would be in the range of $310. ! I told them what I had been quoted and asked why it was now $310 but got no explanation,, This is the the most unprofessional group I have ever had to deal with! Don’take a chance. Find a company that is legitimate! This is a scam!

Cristal, Grace, and Alma came to clean my home yesterday. They were professional and on time. But the best part is that they were FAST! They cleaned everything way beyond anything I would have dreamed. Ive scheduled them for bi weekly cleaning, but they are so efficient I might do weekly! HIRE THEM!!!!

Just had the Daisy Maids team (Cristal, Alma, and Grace) come through. They did a stellar job. I referred my brother to them and would recommend them to anyone. I have a white German Shepherd who has been shedding her summer coat and my entire house was layered in white fur balls - no longer! I can now walk into my living room without spikes of anxiety. Nikelle, Silvia, Stephanie and Adelaida did my most recent cleaning. The girls are always polite and friendly. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is I wish they used better smelling products, the smell of bleach isnt very pleasant and gives me a headache. And they tend to rearrange things that I then have to put back. But overall they do a good job.

Brooklyn, Grace, and Martha did an excellent job! They were on time (even early!) friendly, and left the apartment we moved out of spotless. Great job. A note for Daisy maids, not for the cleaners, is that it would have been helpful to know the freezer is not included in the move-out clean. Otherwise, 5 stars!

The service was great for its value, but where it really shines is the oven cleaning. Our oven has not been this spotless since we bought it. Worth it just for that alone.

Mixed review. My husband booked a move in/move out service and asked for walls and inside windows to be cleaned - we were getting our house ready for pictures and showings. Four ladies showed up on time. We did have a water emergency and had to shut the water off but that was almost fixed when they got to the house. However, the lead really didnt want to wait and called her supervisor who told her to give us 15 minutes. My husband had it fixed well before that. I wanted the fridge and freezer cleaned but the lead was mad I had not cleaned it out before. My plan was to get everything out of the refrigerator when they got there because I didnt want the food out too long. I quickly got that done but she was cranky about that. She told me things several times and then told me I was rude when I told her I knew what she was readvising the third and fourth times. They refused to clean the walls and windows, even though we asked in advance. The lead wouldnt unplug the fridge so the freezer was not able to get cleaned. They called in another crew because the job was bigger than they planned time for. What the ladies did clean was pretty good but I spent the rest of the day cleaning the freezer, the parts of the fridge that were missed, the walls, and the windows. I try to be a decent human so I did give a tip but I dont think Id hire them again. Id rather pay more for better experience.

Just blew off our cleaning. We are setup to have cleaning done every two weeks. We got a reminder that they would be coming between 11-2. At 4 when no one came I called (still during business hours). I was told “oh sorry guess we forgot to come, all of our teams have gone home and we can’t come again until your next appointment in two weeks”.

I just love my home after the daisy maids have been! Maria Franco, Maria P and Rosa have cleaned our home to a high standard for thanksgiving. They really pay attention to the bathrooms - and I love it! ThankYou ladies!

We had a great team (Cristal, Grace and Alma) out to our house last week for cleaning and they did a great job. Courteous and professional. We have a weekly clean scheduled for the next couple of weeks and are really excited about having them back at the house. They really did a great job of detail oriented cleaning and the products seem to leave a nice clean look even a few days later.

I have only hired cleaners a few times because I never seem to be pleased, I am but like “Monica” off of friends, these gals were awesome though. Prompt, great communication, kind, and very thorough. I came home from work and was thrilled! I didn’t see anything that I wasn’t satisfied with. They did everything we discussed and did it well! Daisy Maids is absolutely incredible! They spent nearly 6 hours cleaning our house and got out stains that had been lingering (and we thought were permanent) for years. The staff was extremely professional and did an absolutely incredible job! I would highly recommend Paola, Silvia, and Rosa! Their tireless work brought out a shine in our house that we haven’t seen in years. To top it all off, their service was an incredibly good deal, in general, but especially more considering how long they worked to sparkly and shine our house. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I really appreciated the attention to detail from my cleaners. Many services tend to just clean the regular spots, like floors and countertops, but they often miss the more subtle spots, like floorboards and handrails. The Daisy Cleaners were pretty good at finding all the tricky spots and cleaning them as well.

When I walked in the door, I couldn’t believe how fresh and sparkling my house was. I had no idea it could even be so clean! I am ecstatic and obsessed and can’t wait to have them come again and again. Thank you, Brooklyn, Adeleida, and Martha!! You are absolutely wonderful!

I am writing this review for my step dad. He wanted to share that Nikelle, Alma and Adelaida did a great job cleaning his home.

I needed my house cleaned before the bustle of Thanksgiving/Christmas. There are several options in my local area I could have chosen but decided upon Daisy Maids because they are a known professional brand. They were not the cheapest option out there for me, but I also know you get what you pay for and I would hope the higher cost includes insurance and a decent wage for their employees. Also, with Covid I wanted a company that had strict protocols in place with their service. I received 4 housecleaners (Paola, Adelaida, Martha and Sylvia) who swiftly and efficiently went to work. More importantly, they were thorough and I was very satisfied with the job they completed. My kitchen was sparkling and my bathrooms gleaming; I couldnt have been more delighted. I loved getting a clean house and would definitely use this service again.

The overall service was great, and the price was fair. I ordered a deep clean of my bathrooms. Upon initial inspection, everything looked great. However, upon later inspection I noticed some details that were overlooked for a deep clean, which I was able to fix myself with a small brush and rag.

I have used this company for years to clean my business and my home. Recently the customer service and quality has gone way down. I had to find a new cleaning service.

I will never use you guys again or ever refer you to anyone. You guys were 2 hours late and didn’t even properly clean everything. On top of that $150 was stolen from me. It was in an envelope with my name on it, not the maids. I wish I could give zero stars.*I left a comment on their Instagram and they deleted it and blocked me. Shows what kind of business they run.

I called Daisy Maids to have them clean up after some HORRIBLE renters that I had. They left my home an absolute disaster. Daisy Maids was able to come quickly and they did an amazing job. Cristal, Silvia, Aurora, and Leonor left my home looking great and smelling amazing! I couldnt be happier with the service I received.

I requested a deep cleaning of the kitchen, 1 full bath and 1 half bath.Karina, Silva, and Allison did a very good job. The stove was really, really clean after they were done. The rest was done good. Their definition and mine of deep cleaning is different, but they did a good job for what was done. I may have them over again.

Cristal, Aurora, Adelaida and Silvia came to my home on time and did an amazing job! Everything is sparkling clean. They did in 2.5 hours what it took me a week to do on my own after the tenants moved out. I am totally sold on the Daisy Maids!

I live with 3 boys so my house is always messy and I never felt like I could get it really clean. Lisa and her crew came in, were super nice, and were STRAPPED. I mean vacuum, swiffers, every cleaner I could think of. They immediately got to work and when I came home later, they had left a sweet note and I was so pleasantly surprised to see they even cleaned INSIDE MY FRIDGE?! It was amazing. I would definitely use them again. They cleaned everything very well, and even when I had an issue with my card they were so quick and easy to help me and change it. Love them and would use again!

I’m 9 months pregnant and can’t clean like I normally can. I’ve never hired a cleaning service before but I can say that I would do it again AND recommend them to anyone! Daisy maids did such an amazing job on my house and makes me feel better about bringing home a newborn with the extra disinfectant option I got. Huge thank you!!!

I hired this professional company to come out to my home to clean my walls, baseboards and blinds. Aside from taking a week to be able to get a hold of anyone in the office, the job that was done was less than admirable. When I got home I could not even tell that anything had been done. I moved furniture away from the walls for them to be able to clean behind (which the office staff told me to do) and they didnt bother to even wipe down behind my couches. The baseboards had multiple spots missed that I had to go back over myself. I feel that they did not take any pride in their work and each customer is just a number to them. When looking for someone to clean my home, I was hoping I would hire someone who took their time and paid attention to detail. I would not recommend this company. I am extremely unhappy with the service and response I received from them.

After some initial confusing with time of arrival (not the cleaners fault) I got over to let them in. Stephanie, Cilma, and Marja did a fantastic job cleaning the house before we put it on the market. They were clean, thorough, and professional.

Hired them for my parents house they did so well. Im parents were in tears of how great their house looked. In fact im going to hire them for bi weekly cleaning

I hired Daisy maids to do a move out cleaning on a rental property that I own. Its been occupied by a single guy who had very little interest in cleaning. Some areas, like the kitchen sink and the bathroom (s) were in pretty bad shape. Originally, they quoted me $290 to come in and clean. They asked me to send pictures of the worst areas so they could let me know if there would be any additional charges. I sent the pictures and never heard back from them. So I was surprised to hear that it would be an extra $60 when they saw how bad it was. I knew the rooms were bad, so I agreed to the extra charges. I told Daisy maids to not worry about cleaning the fridge or two rooms that had been unoccupied. And i also knew that I would be replacing carpet in the living room. So I told them not to worry about vacuuming in there. Unfortunately, I guess they figured that meant they wouldnt have to clean the rest of the room though because the baseboards were still dirty when I returned to look at the house. Also, we have a large fireplace with a big area above it that can be used for trinkets and otherwise. That area was left completely untouched also. It was so dusty and dirty that I ended up cleaning it myself. When all was said and done, they did a pretty ok job. My first impression was that it looked much better. They had sent me a message saying they couldnt get all the soap scum from the shower because it was so bad. But they did clean the other bathtub and toilets basically spotless. I moved my family of 6 into the home after the cleaning took place and the more I look around, the more things I see that they didnt clean. I didnt realize that a move out cleaning wouldnt include washing walls. All the walls in the home are still very dirty. There are cobwebs in areas that shouldve been taken care of. All the light switches have fingerprints/dirt on them. And theres a big black spot on my hard wood floor that looks like it never even got touched. Again, I agreed to the extra cleaning fee of $60 for excessive cleaning, but the thing is that with two rooms, a fridge and a living room carpet not being cleaned, I assumed that theyd use that extra money to clean other areas (not just the bathrooms). And beyond that, they didnt even have a vacuum of their own. Luckily, my renter hadnt had a chance to grab his, so it was still there. But as a cleaning company, I would assume they would have a vacuum. I tipped the girls $50 for the efforts (prior to them even starting). So when all is said and done, I paid $400 for them to do a sub par job. Im thankful for the work they did do because it meant I didnt have to with all Ive got going on, but if Im going to pay that much money to someone, I definitely expected the results to be a lot better. I likely wont use them again and for sure wouldnt recommend them to a friend.

Everything worked great with them! Abelina, Karina, Adelaida, and Aurora did a great job. They were able to have our apartment move out ready in just under 2 hours.
