Drivers have been accompanying my grandmother to care for her weekly needs with medical appointments, groceries, etc. Im writing this review because I asked her how its been, and she loves the drivers. Whoever is the driver, thank you for being respectful and empathetic to Betty Nguyen. Its never easy going through with medical appointments, but she said you guys have been compassionate when listening to her open up about her stresses. Really appreciate it, guys. So far my parents and I have not had issues with Unison. They have been punctual with time. Would like to meet you personally in future to express gratitude :)

Claudio and his staff is on time, communicative, reasonably priced, clean vehicle, kind and helpful. Ive recommended Unison Transport to my occupational therapist for her other patients as I know Claudio and his staff will take good care of them as they did for me. Excellent service, thank you.

Unison Transport helped make a dream come true. From the first conversation with Claudio I knew I was in good hands and that all would be taken care of. My goal that day was take my childhood friend on her final trip to Sundance where she and I spent many many happy memories. When Mike picked us up, he took extra care to make sure she was safe and comfortable. He also checked with me and my other friend to make sure we were all good. At the end of the day, Claudio called again to ask if we had a good day. We did not have a good day. We had a fantastic, great amazing day! Cant thank everyone at Unison enough. Bless you all. I am using Unison for dialysis and doctors appointments. The drivers are punctual, courteous and understanding. I had a bad experience with other transport companies I used before. I was on edge before I switched to Unison and they are by far the best. I will keep using them as long as I need them. Thank you Unison.

I am extremely disappointed with the services that this company offers. I researched quite a few transportation companies, and I read many reviews. I chose this company because they had one of the cheapest rates and decent reviews. However I was let down, on the day of transport they failed to provide the one service that they offered as a business. I had emailed and arranged transportation three days in advance and on the day of transport they failed to show up. The manager called me and they had a plausible excuse, but the reality was they were not able to provide me the transportation that I needed. I ended up missing a scheduled appointment, and had to pay a no show fee for the missed appointment because of their unreliability. They claim to own a fleet of vehicles and a sufficient staff of drivers, but they still failed to provide adequate services that they advertise. The only advice I can offer is to book with caution. They are not as reliable as they claim to be. The low rate that they offer translate to the quality of service that they provide, a low quality.

I called Unison with an urgent need for a client in a wheelchair to be transported at 9:30 pm. They scheduled it with no problem and the driver was there right on time. My client had not finished her task by 9:30 and the driver was so understanding, and waited. The driver was very friendly and made us all feel comfortable in sending our client with him. The price was more than fair. I highly recommend Unison Transport. We will definitely be calling them again!

I planned a trip to SLC with 5 other friends for a convention and found out the day before we were leaving that one of them was going to bring a mobility scooter and we needed to find transportation to and from the venue every day for the next 4 days. I called 7 different transport companies and this one was the first to call me back right away. I sent them our tentative schedule and they emailed back within a few minutes that they could work with our entire schedule! We went from almost canceling a flight and a great opportunity for my friend to having excellent care and personal drivers we grew to love! They are friendly, helpful and make changes in schedule if needed. We will absolutely use them next year when we come back! Thanks so much!

Driver was prompt and courteous. My only criticism is the cost. For an 8 mile trip (16 miles round trip ) the cost was $100.00. Because of this, I can only use them on special occasions.

Awesome service, prompt, on time and very safe. Very nice guy, i do recommend the service to everybody, at least to my experience it was great.
