Came in right before they were about to close, they were so sweet and accommodating. The beautiful girl that helped me was so informative, fun to talk to and also said that she would keep me updated on new wigs as they come in. I’m getting wigs for fun as I love to change my hair color as often as possible, and wish I could the length too. With these wigs, I can! They are a bit more pricey, but they don’t look like Halloween wigs. I’m excited to be a repeat customer and change up my look as often as I do my makeup. Also, it’s wonderful to know that if I need a professional, beautiful, real wig because of health reasons, they have the best stock. I looked around and was blown away at how current the cut and colors were. Basically this place couldn’t get better!! I would run here if you are thinking about getting a good wig!!

I went to the store to see if I could find a wig for a trip I was going on so that I wouldnt t have to take rollers etc. They told me it would arrive in about a week and they would send it to me. (The trip to their store is about 75 miles for me.) B told me later it was on back order & wouldnt arrive until sometime in Oct. - too late for the trip. I was disappointed but understood. However, S called just a week before the trip to say it had arrived. I told her what B had told me and asked if she was certain it was the right size and color. I asked twice because I was skeptical. She assured me twice that it was what I had ordered. I cancelled the one I had ordered from a different vendor. I drove to the store in Salt Lake only to discover it was not the size I ordered. Had I wanted that size I could have ordered online and saved half the cost. I was assured that it could be altered without changing the shape and was told if they altered it I would have to take it. It did change the shape and the fit was worse. I cant use it and am out almost $170 and dont have anything now for the trip. I should have been compensated for the time lost, energy, cost, & disappointment, not to mention the fact that I had cancelled an order for one I could have received, all based on what S had incorrectly assured me. Yet, the company took no responsibility for their mistake. I obviously am extremely displeased with the treatment I received from this company and therefore could not recommend it to others.UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW: Beverly was out of the store during my experience yesterday. She felt bad about the incident as did all of us involved, and made everything right with kindness, understanding, and compensation, in a dignified manner. Its nice to know that their store has a business manager who cares about their patrons. My angst about the incident yesterday has been allayed by Kim in Provo, and Beverly in Salt Lake. Thanks to both of you for turning a negative experience into a positive one.

This is the best wig store I’ve ever been to! If they don’t have something in store, they will hunt it down and get it for you. They are fast, efficient and the ladies who work here are delightful. Bev is so knowledgeable and Jess is an amazing stylist! I will definitely be back for all my wig needs!

Have been to the South Jordan and the Millcreek locations. They are VERY helpful and really want the customer to be happy. TBH, I havent price-shopped around because they treated me so well the first time I went in. And I am extremely happy with my synthetic wig.

Wigs are incredibly overpriced for the quality you get. I got a beautiful synthetic wig that went down to my hips- originally, but the ends keep fraying and looking dead so now this wig goes to my shoulders. I take very good care of my wigs, but if I’m paying $400 for a wig there’s no reason it should be falling apart so quickly- I’ve had it for a month

I am not the most knowledgeable about wigs, but I have never been happy with my hair, and prefer having unnatural colors in which can make employment options more limited. I actually stopped at two other places prior to finding my way here, but I think I found my local source. I was treated kindly, asked questions about my needs and wants in a wig, and offered advice on wearing and maintaining the wig.I was nervous to take this plunge, but I felt like a celebrity trying on the different styles and hearing suggestions about which ones might suit my needs. Overall it was a great experience, and I will certainly be back when I am due for a new style!

Well i wrecked and damaged my hair with bleach it broke off till it was about 1/8 th of. An inch all over i was mortified i went to creative wigs mind you i was paniced i arrived 10minutes to closing and the ladies there were so kind especially Rachel that i went from embarrassed to relax in seconds !! I found exactly what i had in mind!!! Now in hind sight i wish i would have went there forst and not messed with bleach and die!!! Live and learn. I have had so many compliments on my hair, more than i have ever had in my life and i am 62yrs young!! I just want to say thanks ladies you saved me and restored my confidence!!!! For this i will be eternally grateful!!!

As a newly diagnosed cancer patient, my daughter was encouraging my preparation and took me to this store. I was frankly scared and wanting to avoid this reality. As we walked in I felt welcome, and soon excited for the adventure that looking different, younger, was going to provide. A wig with color after being grey was renewing. These ladies helped me understand and choose a wig I feel good in and have received so many compliments on. Their knowledge and friendly support for the road Im on was so worth the purchase. I consider them part of my team!

Ive never been a hair extension kinda girl, but didnt want my super fine hair to look stringy on my wedding day. I researched halo extensions and thought it would be the best option for a fuller look without damaging my hair. The staff was super helpful, accommodating and very nice. Im very happy with my experience here!

The ladies here are friendly, helpful, and very good at styling & reconditioning wigs. I have purchased four wigs here since 2012, and I have experienced great customer service each time. You can try on as many wigs as you like, and they can order whatever you want. I regularly bring my wigs back for reconditioning, and they work some serious magic on them here! If you have an old matted wig with damaged hair or a ripped part, they can make it look like new for a fraction of the cost of buying a new wig. Its a nice little shop with friendly staff. Yes, you can order online for 10% cheaper, but if you buy here you have the benefit of trying many different styles and colors on to get the exact fit. They will also order your wig in 2 colors and let you pick the one you like best. Its a great shop.

Small enough to get personal service. Lisa and Bonnie are awesome!Had melenoma removed and decided to try a topper. They made it comfortable and my hair looks way better than it ever did. Been going there for four years.

It. Was. Perfect. I went in nervous and shy, and left confident and satisfied. I tried on ump-teen wigs and was treated very personally and professionally. They took good care to let me try on any style I wanted. They were very supportive and non-judgmental. After I picked my favorite wig, they taught me everything I needed to know about it! How to wash it, dry it, curl and straighten it. How to care for it if it gets wet in the rain. They sent me home with a complimentary brush and styrofoam head. They didnt bother me about my price range, but were very kind. Thank you Creative Wigs.

Worse customer service ever. An employee told me I had two defective wigs that needed replaced-An EMPLOYEE told me this . The owner said we are a small business -we can;t afford to replace your wigs (I ask for one to be replaced) . They could afford to take my money during my 14 year cancer battler. Owner said many have cancer come there! This cancer patient will go elsewhere! DONT GO THERE-ONLY NICE WHEN TAKING YOUR MONEY!

I would not suggest buying anything from this store besides hair accessories, do not take any units here to be restored... I gave them 2 units to repair with pictures... and they totally ruined both cutting them and making tight curls in it that was not how I gave them.. it was 2 days before my wedding and they were a day late getting them back to me... and when I got them back they could not be worn.. seems the young females that work at this location dont like working there, lots of complaining and unprofessional attitudes, and they offered me not solution to the mess they returned back to me, I had to wear a 20 dollar unit on my wedding day.. it was horrible, I paid when I dropped them off and there are no refunds.. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE for your wig/extention needs..😣

Youre better off going somewhere else. The employees dont get along and its an uncomfortable environment, they will also mess up your wigs and blame each other saying there was Poor communication between them. One of them literally rolled her eyes at the phone ringing! We were told the wigs would be done in one day, of course they still werent done when we came back TWO days later. Nightmare.

Not the worst customer service in the world but not the best either. For the amount of money you spend here, you would think there would be a little more attention to customer service. Also, it would make sense for them to give customers information on how to care for the wigs, including styling.

My good friend had a very bad experience here while she was going through cancer treatment. The owner was unhelpful at resolving an issue with a defective wig. This type of business commands a certain level of sympathy and understanding in 2016. The owner had none.
