Everyone at the service center I visited was very friendly and helpful.

I needed help coordinating a freight shipment that was giving one of our customers some grief. Called and spoke to Avvy and he was extremely helpful and professional in getting my shipment handled. Thank you so much for the all help Avvy you truly helped turn something aggravating into something pleasant and easy. You guys should hire more people like him.

Massive delays.We are getting our shipments by Fedex daily for almost 5 years. They coming from Idaho to LA. They used to be very reliable and convenient. Starting 6-7 ago they business turned up side down. Every shipment is delayed for at least 5 to 7 days. They don’t update us and every time we contact them they say it’s the new norm and not going to improve soon. I know they are short on truck drivers but if they work on hiring and care about their customer reputation, they can solve this problem within a few days. Not every Fedex hub has this problem but Slat Lake City hub is one of them

Don’t come here it’s been almost 13hrs they said still Couple more hours to get me empty..even u can’t park ur bobtail in the facility..worst place

The security here isnt too friendly the guy barely explained where to go to do drops and where to get empty trailer

Charging CUSTOMERS 61.00 for a call a head notice??? Are you guys kidding me?? Then if we dont pay the 61.00 charge and miss the delivery we get hit with a delivery charge again. What kind of customer service is that? Canceled my account and will push all our Vendors to not ship ANYTHING to us through Fed Ex. Not to mention when i call to ask why they charge 61.00 for a 20 second call a lady named Kim out of the Salt Lake, UT location hangs up on me. Great customer service for a company that USED to spend thousands with Fed Ex.

I drop and hook here daily. They are pretty average for FedEx. You can park on the street while you wait or overnight. park north of the Amazon truck entrance on the west side of the street. its quieter there.

Outside carrier delivering their freight..... Drop trailer in their yard. They will set in a door and get off our property.....well call you when its ready. Park out on the street. Least they could provide a Johnny on the curb..... Hope I dont have to come back again.

Hello owner operators. If you will deliver there watch for your stuff straps, load bars everything else. It could be (STOLEN) and they say it was not in your trailer (LIARS) THEY DONT WANT TO TALK TO YOU EVEN. I had 2 load bars they are $50 each. Dispatchers had to contact supervisor manager FedEx so they could give my load bars. Wasted 2 hours fighting for 2 long bars.

Nice people and the blonde female night time security guard is really polite and helpful.

Rude dispatch, drop off your trailer but they have no parking for you, you gotta park on the side of the road, and if you come on your appointment time you will still be sitting here for good 5-6 hours.
