I cannot in good conscience ever recommend this company to do business in its current state. I have been a DSV customer since they merged with UTi, and I was hopeful at first. The exceptional sales manager eased the transition and my top UTi point of contact made the move over. Everything looked rosy.Until this last month. First they had a semi-truck delivery to my home in the middle of the country instead of my warehouse where all deliveries go. When I called about that, I learned that my main point of contact left the company (later learned she was pushed out and treated poorly). When I approached the branch manager in SLC about it, he said, and I quote, I dont want your business, not with your attitude. After that he yelled over me until I finally hung up.This is a company I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with in the last year, and I felt I was thrown out like old garbage the first time I had an issue with the service. I have 9+ years in the industry, and this is the worst I have ever been treated. There are better option in SLC, and I strongly suggest you use one of those.UPDATE!Turns out they are also super good at losing the checks you send them, then threatening you with collections.

I have talked with and worked with just about everyone in this office. Everyone has been very kind and professional. I wouldnt work with anyone else in SLC.
