Awful company. Ordered something with prime shipping before I was leaving the state. I’ve been at home for two days waiting for it and they apparently had a “problem” delivering it. I called here and they said it’s not even in the state yet!! They said it would be here in two days when I ordered it. I wish Amazon would do something about it and stop using this company. It sucks paying extra for a fast delivery when July 3rd turns into July 28th and then it says they had a problem. Wouldn’t recommend! Plus the guy on the phone was short and unprofessional.

I was kind of scared after reading all the reviews that were so negative. Delivery day came and I got nothing. No phone call. No email. And then 4:00 rolls around and I got a text that will be there in 10 minutes. Okay. Cool. Nice delivery guys. Professional. Carried my stuff in for me. So the delivery guys were great, corporate, not so much. But thats usually how it is. You should probably call your customers a day before just to verify delivery dates and times

Avoid CEVA if you can. They called me to schedule a delivery, I made arrangements to be home for the 4-hour window and it never came. They didn’t even update the shipping information or tell me it wasn’t going to be here. When they explained this to me after a 20-minute hold, I said “so CEVA had me block out a 4-hour window and didn’t tell me when they knew it wasn’t going to be delivered?” The person on the phone said “that is correct, do you have any other questions?”

If this is letting me leave another review, good, because the attitude given by that guy behind the counter makes ZERO sense, and myself and other local drivers I work with get it every time... Its extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. Im not even joking, all I did was hand him my paperwork and filled out the delivery log and he looks at me with this face like hes so angry hes about to cry. Like hes about to shoot someone or something. Its mind boggling that people are like this every time you see them. Ive literally not once has a pleasant interaction with this place and Im dumbfounded.I try to take reviews with a grain of salt, but people are right about this place. It must be a horrible place to work because no normal person Im a healthy work environment treats others with such bizarre behavior.

This is the 4th time I have ordered a product that was to be delivered to me by Ceva and my experience has been the same every time. I get a phone call to schedule an in-home delivery. We schedule the day for two business days out. I watch the tracking carefully and on the day of delivery it says that it is going to be delivered, I take the day off work to wait at home for it and it never shows up. So I call their local warehouse and after an hour on hold someone tells me that it hasnt even arrived in our state yet. So, next time I get a call to schedule an appointment, I get to do this all over again. I have started making it a point to ask who the freight forwarder will be when I order products online. If it is Ceva or XPO then I simply wont purchase the item. These two providers seem to be engaged in a fight for the title of worst freight companies in the state. I think they are tied for worst.

I ordered 2 small tables 1/20/21 thru Amazon, I was told I would be given a 30 min notice and I had to be present and they would be delivered 2/9/21 between 5 am and 11:59 pm. I awoke early and stayed by my house and phone all day and no one showed up and no one notified me. Moral of the story- stay away from CEVA!!!! And they dispatched only 65 miles from where I live!

Paid for 5 day economy shipping on August 9, 2021. Its September 1, 2021, and I have received nothing. As Ive tracked the shipment, it literally sits in every city for several days before going anywhere. The company I purchased the product from keeps asking me to review what I bought, relatively impossible to review something that I havent received.

Had a delivery appointment yesterday from 9am-1pm. Stayed home all day. No one showed up and no one contacted me. They had been sending me texts as late as the day before delivery date, so its not as if they couldnt reach me. I will never buy anything again from Costco that requires home delivery. Terrible service and I still dont have my TV.

Had my ebike shipped through these guys, first delivery date they had to reschedule, second “guaranteed” delivery date I had to call THEM to reschedule as my delivery window almost expired, overall extremely unprofessional, they have an automated answering service that doesn’t work and doesn’t really help at all, and their in person reps were unhelpful and dismissive, overall extremely disappointed, use someone else.

Some men came to deliver furniture to my apartment today with only my fiancé home.1st They measure at ground floor and and say it won’t fit, mind you if they rotated it it would fit because i had to come home during my lunch time and that’s exactly what i did.They also talked down to my fiancé and coerced her into signing the paper because they did their job.They also said they couldn’t take it out of the box but she could, and trust them it’s half the size when you open the box (how would they know if they can’t take it out of the box).This order came from Costco online where we paid $200 extra for shipping vs the in store price.What a jokeWe had a bed delivered from Costco the day before and everything was fine.

My wife ordered a big item from Amazon. They contracted ceva to deliver it. My wife paid for it to be delivered to room of choice. Just because it was big and heavy enough that I didnt want to deal with it. When it came to for the delivery ceva just wanted to put it through a door and run. Got Amazon involved and ceva still refused to do it. Luckily Amazon refunded the cost of delivery to room of choice. With previous issues with deliveries Amazon has made it right. But brought up the point that Amazon tried to have them fulfill the delivery they called Amazon liars. I dont know how ceva can stay in busy and screw customers like that.

Ive used them to ship to customers a few times and this is just the last straw! For an order to Canada they had the wrong address (I double checked it 3 times on my end). And now for my customer in Staten Island, theyve had her package in their warehouse in New Jersey for 11 days and no one called to schedule delivery! No email, no voicemail, nothing. How can a pallet weighing almost 500lbs be overlooked? Great question! This company is negatively affecting my business! I will never use them again!

Our furniture is missing, past the delivery window, and theres no way to contact them. They said they might contact us in a few days if they still dont know where it is. On the phone they claimed they have no way of contacting the delivery drivers and they cant see any information in the computer. If you want thousands of dollars to go missing, oh boy is this the company for you. If you want your things or any form of information as to where they are, some guy from craiglist or an ox and cart may be a more reliable and informative mode of transport.

Has a TV delivered through AMAZON with these guys. They held it in my city, without contacting me to schedule delivery, for 5 days. I called in several times to try and sort it out.I got a hold of them after the weekend and they said it was schedule for the day after when I called. I asked who they scheduled with and they read me my phone number back to me. I told them Id never spoke with anyone, if I did, I wouldnt be calling to schedule a delivery. They didnt have any answers for that and were confused.Overall, terrible service, seemingly lazy employees. No real care to get you your items or take care of your needs. Id avoid them if you can. Im surprised that Amazon outsources to these guys.

On the up side, they delivered the bed. However, they would not help me move it INSIDE the house out or even under covering! Sorry man, we have other deliveries. When its on a pallet its all you from here he says as he drops the bed at my walkway at the bottom of the stairs. So after having to miss work to wait three hours into their four hour window, I still cant leave because I have to figure out a way to get this inside by myself.

I wish I could give them no stars. Still waiting for my delivery, and no one seems to know exactly where it is, nor when it will be delivered. The waybill says 5 day sipping, more like 2 weeks. It went from Atlanta to LA then needs to hit salt lake and then Idaho. Horrible shipping company. Had I known when I made my Amazon purchase, I would have gone somewhere else.

I would give no stars if possible. Kevin, supervisor, Aaron CEVA representative, dont appear to care about timely delivery and were explicit about confirming that to my wife. What is with the FOUR HOUR delivery window? If I am lucky, it will have taken them ten days to deliver a 65 television from Sacramento, CA to SLC, UT. This wasnt a huge load...just one 75 pound television. I suppose if it takes CEVA that long to assemble a truckload that also explains why they cant predict anything closer than a four hour delivery window. My wife was home, as clearly shown in my surveillance cameras recording. But the driver left without making contact with her. With two yappy dogs any ring or knock would have alerted her of the expected delivery. I expected much better service from a Costco specified delivery service.

I originally had a delivery date of Wednesday. Which had been confirmed several times. They called me Wednesday morning telling me they didnt have my product and would call me right when they got it to reschedule. I called back in at the end of the next day, becuase I am paying someone to install my product. They then tell me they are booked til the weekend and cant deliver til Saturday?... Terrible customer service to not call me and reschedule when the product is received and even make my delivery a priority when it was originally scheduled for 4 days previous. DO NOT use this company for any reason!

If I could give them 0 I would, horrible service on costumer support. I am not sure why amazon used them, I will not purchase anything from anyone that uses CEVA as a carrier. I left all of my information on order since it was a scheduled delivery and nothing, I had to call them and through the horrendous wait times I finally got through and they gave me the right tracking number, then informed me they couldnt help me at that location, so I call the location that is supposed to schedule my delivery and they have a answering service pick up for the, well after 8am which at that time they were supposed to be answering their phones, stay away from ceva

I will not be doing business with them again. Ive imported twice and both times they sent multiple modified invoices after I thought I was paid in full. In addition, they continued to send unpaid invoices long after All invoices were paid.

Hualed a load for ceva from denver to slc and was supposed to get unloaded at 8:00 am but was told i have to wait till 12:00. So the right hand dont know what the left one is doing will NOT be hualing another one for ceva they can call swift.
