Poor customer service no appreciation for showing up early keeping your appointment when supposedly there is no appointment but if your paperwork says 8 in the morning and they start unloading till 10 why would they give you or someone an appointment at 8 in the morning and now its my fault I have to pay for someone elses mistakes I have to hang out till the end of the day to see if I can get squeezed in not professional at all
