My husband dropped off an electric typewriter last Thursday and they have yet to “get around” to looking at it. It has been 5 days and only 3 of those days are business days. Not happy with them at all at this point.

The BEST printer repair shop. Very kind, friendly and prompt. Fixed the printer with no issues. VERY knowledgeable and skilled at his craft. And you know how some people you can just tell are good and honest. That’s the impression I got of Richard and it turned out to be spot on. Thankyou action!!!

I took my HP printer to these guys and they did a fantastic job. They called me with a estimate and to my surprise did not charge me for looking at it. They were able to have my printer in and out quickly and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. Great honest guys.

This place is WONDERFUL. I dropped of my Olympia SM9 manual typewriter around 10:00 AM, and it was finished by about 3:00 PM. Dave, I think hes the owner?, gave me a realistic estimate, and included in his repairs a good service of the whole machine. He didnt just tune it up, he cleaned the typewriter and the case. You wont find another place that can complete a job so quickly (most places were telling me at least a week) nor that will put in so much personal care. I would recommend Action Office Equipment to everyone.

This i little repair shop is great, I brought in 2 of my typewriters in for repair and serviceing, so far everything works great, to be honest you only can do so much with these old office machines and how the previous owners of them treated them, any way, Dave who has fixed my typewriters dose his best and dose a great on fixing them. He always concern that its going to pricey to fix them, but that doesn’t bother me, as long as he can get it working again, unless he tells me if its worth fixing it is parts machine, so far they are all workable, i have 3 more typewritere too send in for repairs, in my collection so you could say i am repeat customer.

We have been fixing our printers here for about five years now and have always had a wonderful experience. The prices are reasonable and the service is always fantastic.

He has repaired my manual typewriter—a 1963 Olympia SM9—and did it so well, it works again. Give him up to a week to get your typewriter fixed, there always is a backlog, it seems.

We had a horrible experience.. We dropped off our printer and they called us an hour or so later and told us they couldnt continue unless we brought them more ink. He said he wouldnt use his ink to fix my printer. This didnt make sense to me so I asked him about it and he got defensive and raised his voice to me. It still does not make sense. Why wouldnt he fix it and charge me for whatever ink he used to do so. We went and got our printer to take else where... No thank you!
