Not sure why this job thinks its important enough to consistently call its employees to overtime 10 minutes before clocking out. And most supervisors are very rude. I wish I could tell them that power trips are unattractive, especially so when your job isnt that important to society.

Pay was amazing but my experience working there was not as good. Management is bad, they dont care much about their employees. Mandatory overtime is called randomly depending on mail volume. If you enjoy sitting on a computer for 12 hrs than be my guest. But this job has drained me so much that I had to quit.

The pay is great for doing simple work but the management is awful! They only treat some of their employees well if you’re one of the favorites. They do have flexible hours but be prepared to work overtime at the last minute when they call it.The HR Rep at this place- Danielle! -isn’t a nice person and not helpful!! She always sounds impatient and doesn’t want to help you. She needs more training on how to be a HR personnel!! And her answer is always to call a “shared services” but they can’t help either or they don’t know the answer. Seems like no one there knows anything.

Great place to work, especially for introverts. There is a talking section but it mostly consists of showing up and doing what is expected. There can be a lot of rules to remember and a lot of bureaucracy to deal with but it’s easy and the staff is more than happy to help. High pay for low effort. If you can handle sitting and typing in a controlled environment this the job for you. They allow headphones and there is low amount of human interaction if you choose.

The job itself is great. Very flexible hours doing simple work for great pay. Slowly making better improvements from last time I worked there. However, I am giving two stars due to them treating people more as a number rather than a person. I was incapable of working a few days during my probation (which I get theyre strictures on attendance during probation) due to something health related that I went and got checked out after second say of missing work because it wasnt showing signs of going away like I had hoped. I got a doctors note to prove I wasnt just pretending and even after still having a slight issue with my health i still pushed myself to go to work so I wouldnt miss another day but got terminated anyways. Sometimes things happen out of our control. I also believe that because I stated beforehand that I believe I was getting carpal tunnel from this job that they didnt want to have to deal with any possible issues in the future and used this as an extra way to let me go...Again. Job itself is good. Pay is good. Scheduling is decent enough. Once you can get full benefits ( after 3+years and becoming a career) its supposedly really good. Sometimes people leave stuff they dont want that are up for grabs which is kind.

Excellent pay just shy of $15/hr. But very hard boring work. One of the highest paid jobs you can get without a college degree.

Im a career that is making $19.50/hour after just a year of being here. It isnt difficult or boring if you have a brain.
