The worst customer service in the history of the overhead crane industry. After being passed through 4 different people for a week with no return phone call to a promised quote from a Adam Z., after 6 weeks of trying to get a quote for parts on one of their cranes we gave up and engineered it ourselves. What a joke of a company.
