Horrible company. The claimed no one was there to make the delivery when 3 people were there the whole day. After calling, they said they couldnt reach the driver and there was nothing they could do. The agent didnt even know the name of her own manager.

I unfortunately have had the bad experience of having these guys deliver products to my store from companies that I purchase from they are the worst delivery company the most recent issue they called me on a Thursday to set up a delivery for Friday between 12:30 and 2:30 at 4:45 after staying on hold for 30 minutes with them they told me oh yeah we changed the delivery date to Monday this may not seem like a big thing unless you have to take time off work to receive products and you have customers waiting for products that arent here if I have a choice I will never use this company. I gave them one star because there was not an option for zero Stars

This is not the TForce freight that you are looking for. They have moved and are up on California avenue. If you are shipping out LTL freight, do not come to this one. My first experience with the company today and other than Google maps leading me to the wrong spot, this company seems to be really great. Everybody was very friendly in the office and I always taken care of very quickly dropping off my palette of LTL freight.

Said package was delivered, they never even attempted. I was home all day and the ring shows nothing. I even had a UPS package delivered (and signed for) 5 minutes after this company said they delivered. I can prove it with footage from my Ring. I do not know why companies use this company. I ordered through office depot. Never again.

Too bad I cant give zero stars because that what they deserve. Im a business owner waiting on 2 pallets to be delivered 4 days ago. Each day Ive spoken to customer service and they promised me delivery next day and my delivery was escalated to urgent. No show, no attempt to contact me, nothing. I spoke to customer service (FYI, general customer service is farmed outside of the US) each day to ensure my delivery coming, no show. Every day I called to demand an answer as to why it wasnt delivered and I got the same answer, were short on drivers. NOT MY PROBLEM! If you cant provide the service that I paid for, dont accept the job! I will never use this logistic company and I will be contacting my vendor that actually contracted with TForce to deliver my product and inform them of my experience. I will recommend they do not use Tforce in the future and cannot use Tforce for any of my deliveries.

Good service. I got the desk I ordered from IKEA in perfect conditions and when it was supposed to be delivered. Received two calls from them, the first one to confirm the hour of delivery and the second one when the driver was close of my home. I was scared because of the other reviews but thankfully everything went right. I’m giving 4 stars because I don’t like the fact that you have to be in your home to wait the product to come, not everyone can be in their home all day waiting for something. In overall it was a great service.

I ordered a desk from office max. They use T-Force for there shipping. The order was suppose to be delivered on Monday. I got call from driver saying cant find address. I offer to meet somewhere. I meet the driver there next stop. They didnt have my package in truck. Said maybe tomorrow. Tomorrow come no delivery. I called office max and they called the dispatch of T-Force. They noted on my delivery for today. I wait until 5PM no call or nothing. I lookup the order of office max says delivered and a scribble as the proof. From now on I going to avoid using a company that uses this company for deliveries. I am very unsatisfied with T-Force customer service and shipping methods. On the other hand. I give 5 stars to them delivering my current items from Ikea. But I cant write two reviews.

This company is completely unprofessional. We were supposed to receive a shipment. We waited all day and they never contacted us. Order status said the shipment would come by 8:00 pm. At 7:15 pm I got an email saying that they tried to deliver and no one was there while I was sitting in my apartment. They said they updated the order status and it took me contacting 3 people at Office Depot to finally figure out when the package is supposed to come. They also expect you to sit around at least your house all day waiting for them to come instead of scheduling a potential delivery block.when I asked Office Depot if they could give me a block of time that they might show up they said no the company didn’t do that. This is a very frustrating experience and I hope to never deal with this company again .

So the owner has replied to other reviews saying their reviews have been heard and they are going to be doing things to be better... they still suck like all the other reviews. I wish I got to choose who was delivering the package because I would have never picked these guys.

Their drivers are dangerous and almost hit people when they drive. We were in the parking lot at Home Depot in Ogden and their drive raced through the parking lot and driving over curbs to get around cars. People we jumping out of the way to avoid being hit. The driver drove over the side of a curb and was literally 1 inch from my truck to when I was inline to get a pickup. I confronted the driver and he told me I should have gotten out of the way.

UPS Freight wasnt great, but since T-Force took over it is been awful. They break things, and dont admit to it. They dont delivery on time. Also today, they called at 2:45 at the end of the day, saying no driver coming to pick up my 6 pallets in Heber, UT driver got a late start...excuse me ? Your a freaking business? Professional ? NOT! If he was late starting you should have called this morning. Now I have 6 pallets sitting here on my dock, and i couldve sent them on someone else. You guys need to get your *$%#@ together.

Ikea delivery service. No communication. No phone call made. Last piece of Pax system. They have missed 3 deliveries to a business open 8-5. Their only contact was an email after it was missed saying to call Ikea. The last delivery was missed the 20th with no attempt at any form of communication. I have made 9 calls to IKEA. They have called these guys at least 3 times trying to help a delivery go smooth. Unbelievable.

A shipment status was changed to “No one at location”. I have a doorbell and driveway camera that prove no attempt was made. If it is late in the day and they can’t deliver before their shift is over then it would be better customer experience to change the status to “delayed”.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Avoid TForce at all costs. They have made 3 appointments to deliver our freight and missed all 3 appointments, never calling. We have to call them, get angry and then they promise to deliver it tomorrow. Then they dont show and claim they dont have any record of talking to us. Not only are they 2 weeks late which I could have understood, CoVid and all, but 3 days of making active appointments and still no delivery or communication and our tracking number has been abandoned, they havent updated it in over a week. Our several thousand dollars worth of goods are just sitting in their yard and we are wondering if it is going to take legal action to get it out. Avoid these guys.

I am very disappointed with the delivery services they have provided. I have been waiting for one important package all day long and I got nothing at the end of the day. I decided to called in and they said the package cant be delivered because of transportation issues. They didnt even care to updated in the tracking progress and the customer service is not very helpful and unprofessional. This is the first and should be the last experience with this delivery company ever again.

Update: We did find the address finally and we did get our order. For whatever reason they keep the wrong address on Google. Very confusing. IKEA and this courier need to work out their problems together. The email we received said the pickup site was Draper but had an address for Salt Lake, but a different address than Google has. Very frustrating that they have a call center located in Delhi, the third person we spoke with in their call center finally had some answers and didnt hang up on us. Why cant you call the location directly to see if they have your order or to ask for the address if you run into problems?Review left on Sept. 19: Ordered through IKEA, they use this courier service. We’ve received two emails from this courier both emails had two different addresses for where to pick up our item. Went to the first and low and behold, they’re nowhere to be found. We called their phone number... they had a call center in Delhi, and they have no idea where the warehouse is located. IKEA said we should have 10 days to pick up our item, but these guys say we have 24 hours. I guess now 12 hours if we can locate them. IKEA’s call in line is a joke. I’ll review for IKEA too, but it won’t change the fact that they suck at customer service. Buyer beware.

The situation at TForce got even worse.Today 4/13/2021 I reached the Tracking department, i gave all information regarding the missing pallet 73093 from IKEA and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up. Totally unacceptable.

The actual worst we have ever dealt with. Think of all of the problems you can possibly have with a courier service and we have had them with this company. They are awful and should be put out of business. Leaving your customers to feel helpless and out of luck over a problem THE COMPANY CAUSED is unacceptable.

Like others, ordered a time sensitive product from Office Depot. We called T Force in the morning to see if we could pick it up in their salt lake distribution center. We were told it is on the truck for delivery and no longer able to be picked up but it would be delivered By 8pm that day. Waited all day for it not to arrive and then to get an email from the headquarters saying they don’t know where the package is. Today(Saturday) we called and headquarters and they said they can’t get a hold of the SLC location but it should be delivered today but yesterday we were told they don’t do Saturday deliveries so we are getting so much contradicting information. I just need to know if I should order my product again or if I’m actually going to get a delivery.

Ikea used this courier for deliver of product. We have been advised by ikea they will be doing contact less delivery and could place the items in the garage. This courier simply knocked once on the door and started delivering the items on the porch without waiting for me to answer the door and open my garage. This is very inconvenient and not professional at all on either ikeas part for giving us wrong directions or the delivery companies part for not following them.I would also like to point out that because they didnt wait for anyone to answer the door, my PREGNANT wife had to move the items off the porch and inside. Thanks guys you are totally cool!

Tforce is hands down the WORST delivery company I have dealt with. They refused to work with me on a delivery (30 minutes from the scheduled window) time and were more worried about themselves than the customer. Unfortunately it looks like they will not change anytime soon based on the other reviews. STAY AWAY from Tforce!!! (I would give ZERO stars if I could)

Terrible delivery service. They gave a window at from 10am to 2pm the same morning. They called at 9:56am while I was driving so I did not pick up the phone. I called them back and there is no response yet. My package has not been delivered yet. They should learn about new technologies to check status of delivery like other companies apps showing exactly where the package is or simply hire delivery guys that actually want to do their jobs.

100% GARBAGE courier service. Ordered from Office Depot (12/19) with next day delivery, and today marks the fourth day (12/24) that Ive received a Delivery Exception. Amazon, UPS, FedEx, USPS has never had any issues finding my place. Google Maps literally shows EXACTLY where my house is in our complex. I suspect these folks will not be in business long. Nor will Office Depot if they continue using TForce as their delivery service.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Delivery guy “BIG Dave” has no respect for anyone. Product was damaged and left in the roadway to be run over. Had to get Home Depot that hired them to deliver to come back and pick it up. Kimberly wouldn’t return my call but I see why by the bad reviews! Do not use this company!!

Same issue as a lot of other people who have left reviews here. Ordered something expensive from Office Depot with one day delivery, here we are, 5 days later, very little communication. Ive sent in multiple messages that are said to be answered quickly, no results. Exceptions thrown for weather that doesnt exist, they didnt say anything today, just let me wait. Im willing at this point to drive two hours just to pick up my packages. Office Depot needs to review who they do business with because this is quite honestly unacceptable. Ill be contacting them to let them know that, and to inform them Im never purchasing anything from them online again.UPDATE: Called TFORCE at their central location twice now, they still cant reach their SLC location or the driver. All my messages to them are getting ignored as well! Seems like TForce isnt in control of their own branch.

Scheduled delivery was yesterday, Sunday May 19, 2019. Tracking said it would be delivered between 9 Am and 9 Pm . BIG window to deliver . As I checked the tracking order last night at 9:30 pm it said Not delivered. No update, no text no e-mail. My order totaled over $1100 dollars. So where is it, and Why wasn’t it delivered?? Very unhappy with “T Force Trucking” ! I will be emailing IKEA now, to suggest they find a reputable and reliable company to deliver their products.

Shipment was due 5/1 as after 5 days of delay still have not received the package. The tracking on the websites states due to inclement weather none of which existed. Can not get a clear answer from anyone as to where our package is.

I work there two days last the 16th was my last day tried to messages the boss alex about my check I left him like 40 or more texts about my check all he said to me was your check will be mailed how I have no car insurance and he still is not messaging or calling me back and tomorrow is r payday so alex is not good boss because of this

Jan2018 ordered for a product to be delivered and assembled at my place. They delivered on time but did not assemble. When I complained via their website form they replied saying I will have to call the vendor I got the product from to reschedule.What kind of customer sevice shop1. Misses a commitment made for which customer has paid money2. Gives customers the run around to figure how to get the same job done again for which i had already paid up for.
