COMPLETE SCAM!!! THEY CHARGED MY CARD AND CANCELLED TWICE ON ME WHEN I HAD AN APPT!!!
Bad customer service, poor listening skills. I called and explained in detail my issue to a flat, uninterested man who then cut me off to ask some questions. Okay.. Name, zip code, and then..... Whats the problem? Seriously? If you cant even listen to me when Im telling you the issue, how can I trust that youll be able to fix what I need you to? If Im already having problems communicating with you, I doubt very much that Ill feel comfortable moving ahead. It doesnt take much to be nice and professional on the phone, guys, even if youre faking it. At least pretend to listen.
