Our company has been using EPAG for years and I cant say enough about what a quality company they are to work with. They are so responsive to any questions we have had and if necessary they fix the issue quickly and always correctly. They even check in periodically just to make sure we are happy and that there are no issues with our equipment or their app. The rates they charge are very fair and there are never any surprises on our month end summary reports. They are a great company and I highly recommend them!

We moved to EPAG right at a year ago. We are a small facility but have multiple terminals with multiple merchant IDs. Not only was Tom Keaty amazing at helping us get set up with EPAG, but he also helped with the transition out of our current company. I have had very few issues with running cards, but when the issues did arise, Tom and Justin were on top of it and got it fixed quickly! They also have fixed the issues so that they shouldnt arise again. EPAG is easy to deal with and easy to process! From running the cards- to batching the days- to printing the monthly statements on the fees, (and understanding them), they are TOP NOTCH! I highly recommend EPAG!

I even get a call about once a year from Justin asking if I need anything or have any questions for him. What other company does that?! They reviewed our statements, saved us a substantial amount on our merchant service fees, and the customer service has been second to none. If any little issue comes up, I can call and, within seconds, speak to a person (!) who knows who I am and is familiar with our account. They made the switch painless, too! EPAG IS A SOLID INVESTMENT! These guys and gals have had a much bigger impact than I ever would have thought, but I am happy to report that they are the best investment I have made in my company in the last serval years. They are reliable with their word when it came to their fees, service, and product. The pricing is fair, but I would pay double what I am now for what they have done for me since I switched over. After talking with my sales guy, I found out I had 3 different processing companies charging me all at the same time. They helped me clear out everything I didnt need, which saved me more each month than what I pay now for my credit card services. I have one company now and am planning on keeping it that way. I own a small company and could not afford a large credit card processing company. I found EPA, where Thersa gave me a quote that was locked in and had no cancellation penalty...on top of that I get my payments the next day! My old cc company took 3 days to process.Small or large company you will be happy with the rates and customer service.
EPAG was helpful and exceeded my expectations on rates and customer service!Initially I didnt even want to look at my credit card processing service with them as I was happy with my bank, but Im happy they were persistent and patient with me. Otherwise I wouldnt have know that my bank (who Ive worked with for >10 years) was charging almost DOUBLE!
I am an employee at EPAG and have been for the past 8 years. I can honestly say I love this company and everyone there. The owners are the best I have ever worked for. They treat me like family and there is nothing they wouldnt do for me or anyone else. They truly care about our clients and go above and beyond to help them. They are not striving to be the biggest but I think they are the best.
This company does not do what they say theyll do. They called and had promised great rates but we were not sure if their systems would meet our needs or work with our accounting program. They said the only way to see was to sign up and test it out. They promised they would charge us anything if it did not work. So we signed up to test it. Their systems could not do what we needed. They told us they would refund us. They did not and we continued to get charged fees. We have emailed, called and text them with NO RESPONSE. Weve had to dispute the charges with our bank and now are getting emails threatening collections. Shady company with no customer service.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!These clowns provided credit card processing for me for the pat 5 years. In that time span, I have had two accounts with them for about 2 years, then one for the other three years.When I closed my first business, I called and canceled the service for that account. Little did I know that they continued to draft my bank account for that CLOSED account ever since.If that werent enough, they have been billing me for a third mystery account the entire time as well.I have made at least half a dozen inquiries about my account over the past several months about my account, only to never receive a return phone call or email. The only time I ever heard from them is when they wanted to upgrade my system. When I finally was able to speak with them (b/c they were upgrading my system), they promised to get back with me about my questions regarding some unexplained billing...they never did.Ultimately, I canceled their service altogether. I was told that I would need to fill out a cancelation questionnaire, which I did. I returned it to Justin Green, and he said he would take care of the cancelation for me. (He did this via email, so I have proof)I was billed again this month for not one, not two, but ALL THREE accounts. I had no idea I was paying for three accounts until I researched and learned that they dont even do the processing...they are simply a broker. I finally contacted the company they broker for, and found out I had been getting ripped off for years.I called their office and asked to speak with Jefferson or Justin last week. I never heard back from either one of them.

EPAG goes above and beyond. I have gotten bids from other companies and they cannot beat the rates. If you have Technical problems they contact you immediately and you dont have to wait on hold for hours. I cant say enough positive things about this credit card processing company.

Epag does charge more money than what they promised, I stop using it for a period of 3 months and they charged me $80. Per month for nothing, when I canceled they charged $350.00 cancellation fee plus$ 35 a month for 2 years for a processing device that cost $25 at eBay, as you can see I am screwed for another 2 years and over $2000.00 in damages for services they never provide so be careful if you sign with this company read everything before signing cause they will not explained this to you.
We never have any problems with our terminal or any payments going through to our account.
Absolutely terrible company to work for and will not give you a paycheck. Stay away!
If I ever have a question Justin gets back to me within an hour. Ive been using this company for several years and havent even thought about switching.
