I couldn’t be happier with my decision to work with Veritas. From the initial consultation, Ben and his team (Riana is exceptional) have been nothing short of incredible. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and have very fair pricing.I was a bit skeptical about giving the insurance negotiation process a second try after working with another company and having little to no success. I was disappointed to say the least and felt powerless to negotiate with the big insurance companies.I am so glad I reconsidered and listened to the person who referred me to Ben. He goes above and beyond and is always accessible, although I’m sure he is quite busy.It does take awhile and you need to be patient with the process..but this is just the nature of the beast and is not a reflection on Veritas and the team...they know what they are doing. I’m still in the middle to tail end of the process and I’m quite happy and already starting to see a healthy ROI. The investment will pay off very quickly. In all honestly, Ben should charge more for his services...sorry to say:)Go with this team! You won’t be disappointed.

Very knowledgeable team and very helpful! They are always kind and willing to answer my millions of questions. Credentialing took a long time, which I understand, but it was me who continually asked what was going on and the next steps. In the end only one insurance company negotiated fees (some fees went up and others went down) and the others dont negotiate but it took them 6 months to tell me this. I wasnt worth the money I paid them.Update - found out 8 months later they didn’t have me credentialed with 4 insurance companies they said the had, no too happy with a company that doesn’t perform even close to what they said
