These guys are the only place I go for my two cars now. They have done my oil changes, tire rotations, emissions, brake checks. You name it they have been able to help. I have never waited more that an hour. If you call a head and they are busy they will make you an appt.They are honest and I trust they are not just trying to get money for services my car does not actually need.They always reset my car computer after servicing which even the dealership has failed to do in the past.I know that they look into each cars manufacture recommendations as well.The prices are good and the location is convenient. They are my one stop shop!!They also have uhaul rentals available. Ive never used them for this but its just a nice added service if you are in the market for that. They also sell some moving supplies and make keys.I even get a email/text notice of when my car is due for service! Nice touch!

I have used them for repairs and emissions for 3 years now, on 2 of my cars. They very helpful, honest and know what their doing! They sevice Jaguars, but they have helped me with a few things anyway. And did excellent and fast work. I absolutely recommend them!

These guys have really expanded their business, but they still respond quickly and professionally.Ive used a lot of inspection stations over the years, and if I ever move from Taylorsville, I will still come back to use their service.

I brought my car in for a standard oil change, fast forward a month later and the oil filter slipped off causing engine damage. I brought the car counting on these guys and they are not wanting to find a solution. Will definitely be looking to start paper trail with taking legal action but I strongly suggest going elsewhere with your business.

Emissions test:Do not wast your time with other places and wait a long time. Go to MM they are very fast.I’d recommend them.

I rented a Uhaul from these guys, and they were awesome! Super friendly, super helpful, and inexpensive. My bill came in $90 cheaper than I thought it would be. I left my phone charger in the cab by mistake, and when I showed up to get it, he had it in his desk waiting for me. Excellent service, Ill definitely use them for other things in the future.

Robery Court here. I took my Ford Fusion there a couple of times and was actually liking their service, BUT then I found out that the owners bought a German Shepherd puppy which they use now to guard the body shop in the rear. The poor puppy is all alone, crouching in a corner or under a car for shade. The puppy will be outside in the heat if the summer and the bitter cold of the winter to serve only one purpose: Become aggressive to discourage theft. In other words: A JUNKYARD DOG. This poor puppy will NEVER experience any love, never go to a dog park, NEVER HAVE A DOG COMPANION TO PLAY WITH. He is condemned to be alone, get mean and his soul will crumble without ever having felt how it is to be part of a family. You lost mine and my brothers business.

They screwed up an oil change and break pad replacements. Then they tried to charge me to fix their mistake. The bs they told me made it clear they thought I didn’t know anything about cars, and were clearly trying to scam me. I was a loyal costumer until that.

I had an appointment at 9:00 a,m, and had to leave after waiting 2 hrs later still nothing done to my truck ! it was still out side the bay. This is the worst place to take your vehicle. really bad customer service! Suggest go elsewhere!

As a woman I’m usually hesitant to visit repair shops that aren’t the dealer. The owner here is super friendly and helpful! This is my new place for all my car needs.

They werent there exactly when they opened, but they showed up shortly after. I have worked with them a few times and they are very helpful and fair with the price. They help me to understand the problem. And, if possible, they make quick work of it. Ive gone to them for renting a Uhaul, oil change, for registration, and replacing the radiator and break pads.

Went in for emissions, super fast. We were in and out in about 15 mins. I didnt have to make keys, but if I needed that done, I would have done it here!

After I waited for about two hours for an oil change, they told me they didn’t have the oil to do the service on my VW Passat. I told them to use whatever synthetic they had and it should be fine. They didn’t leave it there! They didn’t want to let me ruin my engine by using the wrong spec so they told me NO! They ran the risk of upsetting me in order to maintain integrity!! But that’s not all!They told me that I could get the oil and they would do the service for a small labor fee. I thought that was a great deal so I thanked them for maintaining integrity and off I went to find the oil. I came back about 20 minutes later and the lobby was full again! They were so committed to helping me today that they still got my car done with less than an hour left in their day! If you’ve ever worked in a shop, you KNOW what a pain slipping that last thing in can be!Not only did they go to all the trouble to save me from myself AND squeeze the service in at the end of the day, they DIDN’T EVEN CHARGE ME THAT SMALL LABOR FEE! They said that since I waited so long, it was on them!! Seriously??? I couldn’t believe it!They have a customer for life and with a family of three cars, we will be taking everything we need there. They even do rock chip repairs and propane for my grill! This place is a diamond in the rough! Check them out! Now!!!

Clowns. They were supposed to have a U-Haul van ready for me at 8—not only did no one assign it, but the number you’re supposed to call “24-hours a day” for support didn’t answer. But I did get a very quick and useless voicemail from Troy a few times. Don’t list your number to call for help if you want your Saturday night alone for watching Netflix by yourself.

THEY FILLED AN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION WITH GEAR OIL TO HIDE HUGE MECHANICAL ISSUES!!THEY FILLED THE MOTOR WITH STOP KNOCK ADITIVE AND AFTER THE FIRST OIL CHANGE THE CAR IS RUNNING HORRIBLY!!!!!WORST PEOPLE EVER!!!!

Called to simply switch a tire because I dont have the tools and was met with rudeness and hostility. Already got a feel for their business and would never recommend their services.

We rented a uhaul truck to tow. When we went to hook up the trailer, the hitch was locked. When we called M&M, I was told to bring the truck back and he would take the lock off. When we got to M&M, the owner told me that his trucks dont tow. We told him that we just wasted all the miles. The owner was a complete ass! He was so angry he was spitting on my wife while he was yelling.There were kids running all around. Very unprofessional place!!!Uhaul Corporate did refund our money. This place is a rip off. I would never trust them to touch anything of mine. I will use a red rider wagon before ever renting from them!!! I would push my car 100 miles before buying gas there or have them fix my car!!!!
