They kept my car for a month and two weeks. They quoted me before they knew the part that was broken and then needed to charge me more than I had budgeted for. My car is doing amazing and is now running better than before. Yet the poor communication and the time it took to get it done is the reason for the rating. Otherwise it was an average experience.

Traveling through Salt Lake City on long cross-country trip... while driving through town, my Lincoln Navigator started overheating. Found this place as the closest I could find. Hobbled it over to them. Mechanic German went to work on it immediately. Family checked in at a hotel. He took major parts of the vehicle apart, found the problem, repaired it, and I drove it back to our hotel the same day. Amazing! He worked overtime and got the job done. I could not be happier with them!

I had car trouble on Memorial Day. He fixed my car on the holiday so I was able to make it to work on time and transported me twice to WesternUnion to take care of some personal business. Extremely affordable. Definitely recommend.

I was visiting Salt Lake from out if town recently and my power steering pump went out at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Miguel had already left the shop when I called but rather than leaving me stranded, he said he would turn around and come back. I was lucky enough to make it to his shop without the engine overheating and they pulled my vehicle in immediately. Within a few minutes they diagnosed the problem, went and picked up a new power steering pump before the parts store closed, and then stayed an hour and a half late to install it on my vehicle and get me back on the road. These guys went WAY above and beyond the call of duty. On top of all that, the price was significantly lower than I expected. They say everybody needs a good Barber, a good Doctor, and a good Mechanic. I cant help you with a Barber or Doctor, but if youre looking for GREAT service at a fair price, youll find your Mechanic at Jason Auto Repair.

I went for a semi synthetic oil change and they got me in right away, very friendly and they didn’t disrespect/take advantage of me because I’m a woman! Only took about 15 minutes and the price was excellent!

Owner helped me as soon as I pulled up and fixed my heater within about 30min. Charged me a very reasonable price and i was on my way. I will be going back!

Great service and a fast turnaround. I have an older car that could use a lot of upgrades but they did exactly what I wanted done, no trying to sell me on extra repairs. When I picked up the car they made sure to walk around and point out the new parts they put on, showing me the old ones they replaced. All in all a very positive experience.

Worst shop ever had my car for 2 months cost me $2000 and it barley made it around the block before it broke down again then realized they had driven my car 300 miles while they had it I had to turn around and pay another shop $1500 to fix his problems and then to hear him tell me I am just poor people and he doesnt car if my car is working um...

I snapped the head off of a really hard to reach bolt while trying to replace a crankshaft position sensor myself. I was expecting a several hundred dollar bill to undo my mistake, but these guys got everything taken care of in one day and had me back on the road for less than half of what I was expecting to pay. This is a very lean, no-nonsense operation so you know you arent paying for their marketing budget. These people are problem solvers. I have already recommended this shop to several friends and family. I really cant overstate how happy I am with the work theyve done and the low price they charged me.
