The service was exceptional! We called ahead to come see a car. Sam was ready for us when we got there. During a test drive, I noticed some vibrations when braking. Sam drove it around the block and agreed. He had a mechanic come get it. While we filled out paperwork, the mechanic called and said the brake pads were ok...maybe needed changing in 3-4 months...and Sam said to replace them now for us! Sam already had us buying the car. I really appreciated his honesty and felt he gave us the best deal he could.

I bought a damaged title Camry from them almost two years ago. I was very nervous to buy a damaged title car but everything worked out great. They were very upfront about the car and title. My car was rear-ended. The trunk and bumper was replaced. For a few months the truck did not close like it should and I had to double check that it was closed. The car eventually settled with the new trunk and closed like it should. I loved that car. Unfortunately a relative crashed my car and it was totaled. I wished I could find a similar car. My point is that I loved my experience with High Line Auto and would be very willing to buy from them again.

I have purchased many cars in the past and I have never had such a pleasant experience as I had at Highline Auto. Sam is the least pushy salesperson that I have ever met. He answered all of our questions and was always responsive, but never tried to rush me or pressure me. We got a great car at a great price. On the way home we noticed a problem with the vehicle. Sam immediately responded, ordered the needed part and repaired the car the next week. I would definitely recommend Highline and I will use them again next time I am looking for a vehicle.

High Line literally saved me about $7,000 for a similar car with a clean title. Why not have the same car for significantly less money? Ill definitely purchase my future vehicles here. Also referred my friend here and he purchased a similar car with low miles. It looked and smelled new. He was naturally skeptical. His car has also been great for over two years also.

I would definitely recommend highline. We just purchased a Town and Country here earlier today. Sam was so helpful and totally not a high-pressure sales guy at all, which we appreciated. We took a week to decide to buy, and he spent quite a bit of time with us and didn’t rush us or seem like he was put out by our indecision. He answered all of our questions, and we had a lot of them! Unlike other small dealers who do rebuilds who seem to not know (or worse not want to disclose) the previous condition of the car from its collision, Sam was happy to tell us all about the cars’ histories and even showed us pictures from their crashes and told us exactly what was fixed on each van we were interested in! We actually test drove the minivan we ended up buying before it was all cleaned up, and it was a mess, but we caught the vision of what it could be, and they cleaned it up really well. It was fun to see the before and after. Sam offered to take the minivan to our mechanic for us, and when there was a minor issue found, he fixed it for us. He stayed open late to accommodate for our schedule to get the paperwork. I have to also note that it was SUPER great to have a small dealer with so many options of minivans. Usually it’s a pain to used car shop at the smaller dealers because you have to travel to a bunch of dealers to see one car at each location. Highline had SEVEN minivans for us to choose from, and Sam went through all the different specs and differences on each of them with us. Sam gave us a great deal, and we are super happy with our purchase.

My wife and I had been searching for a vehicle for eight months (were definitely slow decision makers!) and we finally found what we wanted at High Line Auto Sales. We purchased a Lexus Hybrid and we couldnt be happier. We were very hesitant to purchase a vehicle with a branded title, but Sam helped us through the process and gave us a three month warranty to ease our concerns. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I took it to the Lexus dealership just to identify any issues that needed to be fixed. Wonderful car. Came with fresh new tires at cost of the company. However, customer service is absolutely terrible. Half the time I felt frustrated after getting off of the phone with them. Was typically greeted by a tone of what do you want? Every time I called regarding my car plates. I had asked to have my plates mailed about 4 or 5 times on different occasions, because I am a student and work, so I dont have time. They never mailed, and when I called to ask where the hell my plates were at, I was told I honestly couldnt tell you. Asked to have a note placed on my number and have a person by the name of Sam call me back, (which I never was by the way.) Eventually had to have someone go down there FOR ME to pick up my plates, because apparently they never had the intention of mailing them.Id recommend this place for the quality cars, but if you want to get frustrated continually, this is your place.EDIT: After receiving some attention, I would also like to point out that when purchasing the car, I was told I would get a new battery as the battery in the car was dead when I went to test drive it. After 2 months of having the car, the battery died and I had to get a new one. The battery given to me wasn’t in fact new, but just a battery they pulled from their junkyard. I am not impressed.
