After having to replace my rotors and break pads for a big trip up north that they got done quickly, I noticed on my way back that something wasnt quite right. I popped out and noticed my brakes had completely seized destroying the new rotors and pads. I took it to another shop in hopes of being able to make it back home where I was informed that they wouldnt have someone available to fix it until August and theyd need to probably gut the master cylinder. Dreading a huge fix that would cost a lot I ended up towing it back and Dustin took it in immediately and made it right, stating the ebrake had probably failed and caused the issue and got it done within a day with as little cost to me as possible. I really appreciate the care, honesty and hard work these guys put in for their customers and will be back when I need something done

If you want to support the good guys, be treated like a beloved neighbor, and walk away with total certainty you were treated fairly then you should go here. I know some people people prefer to get robbed and treated poorly at the nearest big tire shop. Not me.

Had a fat screw in my tire and I was tripping out bc I have to drive back to California. In less than 30 min these guys had my tire off and patched for less than $30.They were super professional, friendly, and fast.My parents buy all their tires here. If you purchase from them theyll do patches for free.Ill never get TIRED of this kind of service.

I cannot recommend Foothill Tire Pros more. The owner, Dustin is kind and honest as is everyone who works here. My brakes were destroyed after going to Jiffy Lube to have them replaced. I had to go back 5 different times for them to fix the brakes they installed. After going to Foothill Tire Pros they replaced what was broken and installed new pads to make sure my car was safe to drive. The owner was able to get Jiffy Lube to pay for their mistakes and I felt completely taken care of. My car now drives how it should and I wish I wouldve gone to Foothill Tire Pros first. Phenomenal place, amazing people and service. They work from a humanistic perspective instead of looking to take advantage of you. Go here before anywhere else!

These guys are pros. Took in my daughter’s BMW for alignment. They got me in efficiently And I could tell my car was particularly difficult given it had aftermarket rims an extra wide tires that weren’t stock. But they didn’t complain rather took the time and care to get it done meticulously well - for a fair price too. Would highly recommend

I had my winter tires put on at Discount Tire on a Saturday, by Monday one of them was almost completely flat. I went to Discount Tire Monday afternoon where they did a quick check with soapy water and could not find the leak. They let me know Id have to come back and leave my car for 3+ hours on Tuesday. I decided to give Foothill Tire a try because I was put off by the lack of service at the other shop. I arrived at 7:55AM and waited about 2 minutes before they had me back up to a bay. They had the wheel off less than five minutes after my arrival, I told the gentleman what had happened and he said it was likely a stuck valve. Ten minutes later and it was fixed. In less than 20 minutes they fixed an issue caused by another shop that wanted 3+ hrs to do the work. I will use Foothill Tire Pros from here on out.

I dropped my truck off there they had about 15-20 cars lined up out side to work on so I thought well this might be a long one maybe I’ll get my truck back tomorrow.... not the case just under 3 hours later Iget a call that it is ready to be picked up. I had one of the single best customer experiences of my life here - I stopped at Foothill with a tire emergency midway through a cross country road trip and not only was Dustin kind enough to give me a loaner for the rest of my trip but on my way back 3 weeks later he was able to get all 4 of my tires replaced and back on the road in less an hour. You really don’t get customer service like this anywhere!!! Such a relief to find such a high quality tire shop at a critical time in my trip.

Great service! I needed my front tires replaced, so I went in asking for the cheapest option. They told me which ones were the cheapest, but also told me honestly that if I could afford it I should get the slightly more expensive ones (since they’re great all-weather tires and I don’t do snow tires). They weren’t pushy, and I didn’t feel obligated to spend more money, which I so appreciate - I hate getting talked into unnecessary car purchases! I decided to get the more expensive ones (for the reasons listed above), and they installed them in less than two hours! This was especially helpful for me, since I live alone and couldn’t leave my car there. Despite it being a busy day they made time for me, and it was so worth it! Definitely coming back!

Friendly reception in the front office. Diagnosed my need right away. Determined the tires I needed were available in SLC but not at their shop. Had my brakes redone for a very fair price. They test drove my vehicle before and after, told me everything that my car needed and were honest about what I urgently needed and what could wait. No pushy salespeople here just an honest, local business that’s been around for 20 years.

Stopped once on my way to a meeting to look at tires and find when they could do it. Saw one I liked in stock. Came back that afternoon. Sat for maybe 30 minutes, or less. Best part? Realized while waiting that I’d never asked how much! I asked while they were half done and their answer was more than satisfactory. Driven by them for years, never used them before. SO much easier and more pleasant than a big box or a chain. Now I know and hopefully you do too.

Needed tires balanced. In and out in 15 minutes. Toyota truck wheels can be a little tricky balance correctly but they nailed it. Smooth sailing.

This is a great honest company that has been in business forever. I came upon them because I moved offices in my office have to be right across the street from this place. They always give me great advice and don’t try to up sale me. Today was our first Utah snow there are probably 50 cars in line waiting and they still got my car done at 3:30. Great staff! Originally went in to have my tires rotated when they noticed a crack in my wheel. After trying and failing to have the wheel welded (crack was too big), they sent out for a new one, and two days later my car was back in business! These guys are awesome! Fast, efficient and honest. They did a fantastic ball joint, control arm bushing and alignment job for me about a month ago. Recently, another mechanic shop(check review history) had screwed up my car with sloppy work on a break job and I noticed smoke coming out from under the hood. I was terrified there was serious damage being caused by driving and pulled in to have them check the other shop’s work. They were able to identify the problems caused and also what I needed done... and charged me next to nothing for this. I was having a difficult day and little kindnesses like these will make me a customer for life. Did a great job, got us in and out quickly for an alignment and a tire change over. Very kind and professional also! The only suggestion is to supply an Alignment sheet when requested. We enjoy having proof that an alignment was done and the numbers are food to compare to later on.

Excellent experience all around!Took a tire to get repaired (nail in it), driving on the spare on a busy Saturday morning. In about 20 minutes they had the original tire repaired, installed on car, spare re-installed below the van, and the tools I had used put back into proper places in the trunk. Total cost $22!For that kind of quick and comprehensive service I expected to pay 2 or 3 times that much.There was no attempt to upsell extra services which was appreciated.I will definitely be going here for all future tire needs.
