Im not sure of the politics of this establishment, but for some reason they are threatening the only attorney Ive ever hired, with losing his license. The reason hes the only attorney Ive ever hired is because I could actually afford him. Which means he really wanted to help us. & I know hes helped a lot of other people who were poor, like us. If we couldve found him a guy like Cole, when my husband was charged & dealing with our case, we probably wouldnt have had to deal with the DOC & AP&P for the last 15 years!I wish youd just stop wasting your time messing with the one lawyer that actually isnt all about himself & his money. How ALL people should be!!

They dont answer the phone, not even the front desk.. When they do answer, you get put on hold which is ok, because they are transferring you the person in charge, but they dont answer the phone. You get a message that says leave your name and number. And then they dont call back

The Utah state bar. Rather than taking reports of criminal activity by members of the bar. And in such no one should think nor believe that the administration of the bar has any indicia of reliability in the defense of the law of the land nor human rights...

Tried calling to get a referral for an attorney, lady says look it up online. Apparently they only help with personal injury lawyers. Not everything is about car accidents and suing insurance companys.

Have dealt with for attorneys in Utah the past 5 years. Three of them totally abandoned be to my own devices, the fourth has left me hanging for over 2 years without even a demand letter written on an accident claim that is not even contested. They never contact me and when I do call they tell me I need to provide them with this and that, stuff Ive already provided or they have gotten themselves with minimal effort. I tried to contact some legal help with my legal help and am sent to an online site. Talked with an attorney who works in Utah for a different states bar, He volunteered that he felt that Utah attorneys do not assist their clients well.

Most forms are online... That was my answer when I asked question to the young lady working the front. Prison guards are more pleasant to speak with. Know one here smiles or has any manners. Hopefully I never have to go back

Rob Jepson, the director of the Access to Justice Center, failed to give any examples as to his reason why he would not allow me access to justice. (Not that it should matter; individuals with low incomes have the legal right according to criminal law to counsel with public defenders.)

A criminal institution they protect corrupt attorneys. Rather than the law and the general public

Need more cost effective family attorneys. Also need more attorneys that understand fathers have rights too and we shouldn’t have them violated and trampled on

I cant get anyone who knows how to help me retain an attny and find help on other attnys conduct. I get conflicting info from different employees here and wait sometimes days for a return call. Very unprofessional, unbecoming and quite an insecure feeling involving a place that is looked upon with great anticipation of one getting help and advice they can count on. Too many examples of passing the buck.
