These guys here are the rockstars, have delivered here several times and have nothing to complain about. Really friendly and fast unloading every time I have delivered here. Receiving is not open until 8am but sometime they get to work early and start unloading you before 8

Ehhh..... Got here for a drop about 7:45 am. Had to wait for Boeing receiver to walk from the other side of the warehouse to unload my reefer. Finally was unloaded by 10 something am. Typical warehouse unloading time. Not too shabby of a place. FYI, Bring your own wire cutters or pliers.

I absolutely love working here. I work the Fri, Sat and Sunday shift. Nothing like having 4 days off and 3 easy days on. The other people that work there are super laid back and chill. This place isnt one of those crack the whip until you die warehouses. I mean we all push ourselves to get stuff done but it is more self managed, which is better in my opinion. All of the Supervisors and Managers have amazing attitudes, are there to encourage and teach you new things. Other warehouses Managers are there to rush you along and complain when things arent moving fast enough. All Im saying is that they really do push for employees first and try to help if you are having a hard time with your job and encourage to do better. I wish more places were like Alb Int.

This is the worst place I have ever worked at. Many of the employees feel the same way, but are too scared to speak up because they will get made fun of by everyone, even sometimes publicly humiliated in front of their colleagues. There are bosses who come to work drunk or high. Favoritism plays a role in a lot of the leads and supervisors. Take my word and dont work here.

This is a great company in Salt Lake City. It is growing so fast, the changes I have seen in my nearly 2 year employment have been drastic. Many different areas that build many different composite parts. You are limited by your ambition here. The demand of the customers is the only drawback, as sometimes weekend work is required to meet our production goals. (I wont complain about extra hours). But constant process improvement, and an emphasis on improving the workplace culture are making big strides. I am happy to have had the opportunities that this company has placed before me.

Amazing place to work for. Aerospace composites is the future of Aviation. Starting wage is really good, benefits are really good, and the people are amazing.

Ask any employee, worst place to work for. Sexual harassment, threats of violence, and mandatory over time without any choice. Also they hinder any development to progress, unless you’re a favorite, and then in that case you can come in with whisky on your breath. HR is a joke, even though I had a dozen people vouch for me on the abusive culture there, they told me there would be a training for culture change, there was not, ever. Period. Their pay is one of the worst for such a large company with big contracts. Unrealistic expectations, and the workers cut corners to make the numbers happen, then get in trouble if caught, unless you’re a favorite. Druggies work there. I know more than half that still work there smoke weed daily and others day drink. Avoid this place, it’s just as bad as ATK, from what I’ve heard. It was such a hostile work environment, I was in touch with the corporate attorney to have HR do anything since they and my supervisors were not. Also got asked if I had autism from my supervisor, in a very serious manor of curiosity. Sexually harassed as a man, by other men there, and had my life threatened on a few occasions due to people being over worked and high strung, and on drugs/alcohol. There’s my experience, and they still owe me the contents of my locker, but I got a severance so I guess that can cover that. This is simply because I’ve learned they haven’t done the culture change they promised me, even though I am gone, I have many friends that work there. They are not impeccable for their word, they have wage theft me and others. I wouldn’t go out of my way to tell you all this unless I was being genuine with my cause. And facts. I hope you consider this as you move forward, whether with business with them, or working for them. 1/10.
