Did a small at home project. Just under 800 sq/ft. Price was very competitive. Staff worked well with me. Will use them again. Would recommend to contractors or diyrs.

I bought 2,000 square feet of laminate flooring, 13 stair treads & risers, a stair nose trim, as well as some adhesive and caulking. Christopher was more than helpful, very friendly and efficient. They even loaded the truck for me. The flooring looks to be high quality and the service cant be beat. Highly recommended!

I went in to just check out the store and compare shop. The man the helped me was great! He was very informative and not only showed me some great things, but taught me a few too. He didnt treat me like I was stupid, because I am a woman ( a lot of men do that ). He didnt try to take me to the most expensive stuff trying to up his sales. He listened to everything I had to say and showed me my options. Tim is a wonderful salesman. He even offered the free samples so I could show my husband the flooring I liked.

Friendly and not pushey .the only thing I would say is the one worker hit the molding on the door and it broke but he still put the broke piece on and I see the crack every day . He should have gone and cut a new piece and made it right .the head guy was unaware of this .

Save your money there bamboo flooring is junk and the won’t stand behind it. I reciently talked to a person that got bamboo flooring and there’s is cupping and separating at the joints and lifting . And I read about all the law suits they have against them. Cause the won’t stand behind what they sell. We have to take up the flooring and throw it away $7000 and it’s not even 2 years old yet.

The trip to this store was a waste of time. We were quoted a price of 5 % less with military discount. We were quoted this price up front which made the purchase close to something else we were looking at.We spent the time making a final decision and decided to go with their product and picked out the color we wanted.After spending over an hour and choosing their product we were then told that the molitary discount cannot be taken off items with sales stickers. In the beginning that is all we looked at was items that were on sale so they new up front we would not get the discount but pretended we would till we made the decision to go with their product. They acted as if we would still purchase the product after informing us the military discount will not go toward our purchase but tried to convince us that their price was still the best.After wasting our time we left and purchased a superior product from Sams Club for less and whos warranty does cover rental property.
