Superior customer service. Ive never had a problem at Enterprise generally, but this was a new place and I needed a truck for the day. I was a little wary when they redirected my reservation to the new truck rental facility, but they were ready for me, had me in and out in minutes. Plus, I brought it back that same day and the manager stayed open and extra 20 minutes while I dithered cleaning out the truck, so that he could check me back in. He could have just let me drop the keys in the box, but he went the extra bit, which was pretty cool.
