Brenda Cox runs a tight ship there in Salisbury!I never realized how multi-faceted U-haul has become lately.If you need something, from storage, to moving equipment, to actual people to get you moved, Brenda and her service employees are the ones to talk to in Salisbury! And not just Salisbury! I overheard her making arrangements to move a customer from Salisbury to Florida over a 4 day period and then fly her employees back home...THAT IS SERVICE!

The staff work quickly to keep you moving forward. Very professional and respectful! They deserve 10 stars!!!

Terrible customer service and a poor attitude towards customers. The employees promise to have particular equipment available; however, fail to produce the equipment that was reserved and paid for. Very little remorse or empathy is shown in poor attempts to resolve the issue.

They over-billed me and refused to help fix it. They agreed that it was an error, but couldn’t be bothered to spend their time on it.They told me to call Uhaul corporate. Poor customer service.

I had to pick up a trailer but was having electrical connectivity issues. Adrian and Alex went above and beyond in providing us much needed assistanance to make our move possible. It would have been a huge inconvenience without their help! THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH!

One of the trucks I rented was dirty inside and hadnt been cleaned. I even found a roach inside. It also smelled terrible.They did let me switch to another.

Dont use the storage there in salisbury they will take your payment give it to someone else and then sell your belongings without contacting you and the tell you that you black balled fro. Using uhaul forever and then treating you to take you to court for fraud even with proof of cost with photos

Been storing furniture there for over a year and everything remains to be dry and pest free.

Have all the things you need for moving awesomeness

Went to get a uhaul trailer, was told it was available. I was told in the office by Brenda Cox who is the Aunt of the District manager Mike that I wouldnt be getting a trailer rented from her that she owns the business this is after I had her tell her staff and other customers screw him he isnt getting a trailer....after I asked why she said that comment she denied it, and goodluck renting from uhaul in the future. I would avoid this business especially being she has the I dont care attitude and has no repercussions being her district manager is her family. Also anyone who is in customer service whos says screw the customer needs to find a different profession.

They were good. Flexible. The rental was easy. We rented a cargo van from them for about 10 days. It was pricey but who isnt. We couldnt use our inverter because the lighter adapter was broken. That was the only thing. Great to rent from.

TLDR: Go to this location.Friendly and professional staff that go above & beyond to provide better service. Brenda especially cares about her customers, and the sales reps work to get you the best prices. Uhaul corporate may be subpar (had a terrible experience when I got connected to the corporate call center) but this team is great and they make it easy!

Entire staff was great. Brenda the GM is on it! She knows her business inside and out. Years ago I walked in this place and rented a trailer for the day so I could pick up a new mower I bought and bring it home. All went smooth. So when I was in desperation mode searching for ideas/solutions I decided to try THIS Uhaul once again. Best choice ever. I called Brenda about 4 days prior to having to move. I needed to be out of a rental house but could not move into my new house for a week! Last minute I found this out. Ended up storing my belongings for a week and then moved them into a new house. Brenda gave me options I did not even know existed. Actually saved me money. She could have taken advantage of me and let me pay for what I ask for/about initially but did not. They even sold me boxes at a great price. An all in one stop shop! They came through for me in a crunch when it mattered as I had so many things going on during the time I had to move. A month later a had a friend that lives an hour away call me for help. He called other moving places closer to him. He was told they checked and could not find what he needed to rent within 200 miles! He had two days to pack and move 500 miles for a new job. I called Brenda that evening. Next morning she responded by 9am. She found what he needed and he could come by/reserve it. I simply can not speak highly enough. I have had three wonderful experiences now. No doubt that when/if I need something again I will only be calling this store.

Easy peasy....we needed to move some Furniture from point A to point B, and dispose of items at point C. Called, had a truck in 15 min, used for a couple hours, took back same day, $50, no problems. Friendly, accommodating, clean. Will definitely use again

Good customer service...But dont be late not even 1 day...Plenty of space...Refrigerated space...Plenty of free boxes if you lucky...

Fantastic experience. The pick up and drop off folks were helpful and honest. Its one of the few times I didnt feel as if the insurance was a ripoff. I rented a pickup truck for the day. They were super accommodating. Ive rented larger trucks in the past, same thing.

The moving trucks rented at this location can only be returned to this location, and there rarely any large trucks available. However this isn’t the reason for the bad review. The bad review is because they treated me as a bother when I entered, and were extremely rude and impolite after finding out that I couldn’t rent a truck from them. And to make it worse as I was leaving I can hear the two ladies talking smack behind my back. Which is clearly unprofessional.

I cant talk highly enough about Cat at the front desk. As someone who hires people, from the customer service alone I will be a repeat customer. This girl deserves a raise, and her professionalism is beyond par. Thank you!
