If I could rate this company a zero I definitely would. They are absolutely TERRIBLE about communication! I would text/call and go days without a response even if i reached out numerous times. Also got the runaround from this company for 3 weeks telling me my position would be opening soon only to find out they never even had it. Absolutely terrible company.

I received great customer service from Jennifer and Cindy! They were able to help find me a job and I couldnt be happier! If you go to work everyday and dont call out you can do well with any company they send you too. Go to the office off Jake and theyll take care of you.

They work with you if you have any issues with a shift or children at home. I recomend Monroe Staffing to anyone looking for a job

UNPROFESSIONAL. If i could give them zero stars, I would. They never open on time, close early without notice, and sometimes they apparently just never open at all. GOOD LUCK PICKING UP YOUR CHECK IF YOU WORK FOR THEM!! Theyre supposed to open at 8. Sat there until 8:30 waiting to pick up a check today before I had to give up and go home. This is only like the thousandth time its happened.

Disappointed! Referred by a clothing company, told to apply with Monroe directly, arrived at 10am last week, walked in dark, nobody to be found, later some girl comes in telling me she would be a minute, (so she could smoke)handed me an application (in the dark) guess they cant afford lights! told me no recruiters there today to bring back my App next day!??? Really ? Oh it gets better! she then tells another applicant to go to another agency!!They slow! with out getting hi s name! or mine!wow is all I have to say! you have to post here cause they delete your post on FB

After working for this company for three weeks I was offered a job at a better company on my day off I took the job without verification of where the job is located, being asked to call back the next day to get the location information I needed. when I did so the employees were confused and rude said they would contact me but they never did when I tried to get in contact with them again several times it took me going into the office them telling me they put my name down then calling them again At which point they told me I had quit too many jobs and I needed to look else where. I did not quit any jobs from Monroe staffing and am now unemployed because they were at fault and don’t like the fact that they messed up and refusing to except it or help me at this point. I would give zero stars if I could the women there are fake, catty, and have no compassion. I’m struggling as it is and now I’m struggling worse. Thanks for nothing On top of them fire me without reason and then taking it I’m now officially violating my probation

Monroe staffing seriously needs to reevaluate their staff . Especially JENNIFER SOUTH this BIMBO was very rude, un-welcoming and DISCRIMINATING! Instead of GOSSIPING she should get a broom and sweep the FILTHY place! I even saw bugs everywhere absolutely disgusting! I really hope corporate does something about her she has got to go, completely unprofessional and ignorant .

Place has my check and advertises that they close at 5 but here i am rushed here straight from work so i can pay my bills this weekend. Arrived at 240 and no ones here. What a shock

Called regarding applications for hiring. Weds.Apr. 15th. Very Rude woman answered and acted as if she was too rushed to finish the call. GOOD REASON YOUR REVIEWS ARE LOW. Get New Staff or be out of business soon....your choice.

How on earth you close at 4 on a friday. When ppl need there money. But you should be open until 5. This is very unprofessional. A hour early.

Wouldnt dare come back to them. Something happened and ended up having to speak with a lady name Teresa on two separate occasions and both times she was very rude and unprofessional. If its not what she wants to hear she will over talk you and continuously tell you her opinion she isnt a good people person and doesnt like to hear what you have to say and I will not recommend Monroe staffing to anyone! Being polite got me no where with her she told me to continue to deal with the person I usually talk with because she was done.

I went up to Salisbury Monroe Staffing and Jennifer South that I talked to is very rude and has a very smart mouth. I do not see how anyone would work for a company that is so rude and is very disrespectful. They never call back when you apply. She was very rude and when you ask for a manager they make a excuse. She is very unprofessional.

Filling out paper work for a temporary job. And overheard the ladies in the office talking rudely about the clients that had walked in and the clients that had called in,during the time I was there. SMH
